Purpose: The most important goal of people in the society is to have a suitable job and if the consultations for determining the field of study are done on time, the society will not face the problem of educated people looking for work. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a career guidance model for elementary school students based on individual talents (case: Hormozgan province). The current research is applied in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the method of data collection and analysis, it was exploratory in terms of the type of implementation. Materials and methods: The statistical community of the research was made up of experts and experts in the field of career guidance. The data collection tool was through interviews, and after conducting 15 interviews, the codes reached theoretical saturation. Findings: After coding the first stage in MAXQDA software, 41 initial codes were obtained in the form of 9 components and 3 dimensions (individual, educational and systemic) of career guidance of primary school students based on individual talents. Conclusion: Therefore, education and training by increasing the quality of education and equipment of primary schools, making it mandatory for schools to create records of students' talents and interests, hiring counselors and educational coaches, raising awareness of various jobs, holding in-service courses in The field of how to teach career guidance to primary school students and to put career guidance on the agenda in primary school.
