Abstract:

Background and objectives: Institutionalization is a process through which actions are repeated in society and take on common sense from individuals. This concept has been repeatedly raised in recent years by the Supreme Leader. Looking at the summary of his statements, we find that, from his point of view, institutionalization is regarded as a starting point for the transformation and accomplishment of great movements in society. Therefore, addressing the semantics of institutionalization and understanding its different dimensions from the point of view of the Supreme Leader about values can be a good way to understand how institutionalization of values and the use of its consequences and results for officials and executives of the country. . Methodology: This research, reviewing library documents, summarizes the statements of the Supreme Leader and, using the method of theme analysis, extracts the themes and concepts surrounding the institutionalization of values, and ultimately, with a conceptual model, has introduced the institutionalization of values from the point of view of the Supreme Leader. Findings and results: The model of institutionalization of values extracted from the statements of the Supreme Leader is presented in four levels: 1. The institutionalizing factors (officials, elites, Friday prayers and eulogists, broadcast and public media, and student associations); 2. Institutionalization policies and approaches (sustainability and continuity in institutionalization, generic public engagement, avoidance of parallel actions, use of thought, language and practice, abundant research, pursuit of ideals, and repetition with explanation); 3. Institutionalization processes and strategies (mental readiness of people, rational and scholarly explanation, promotion among elites, the need for planning and promotion); 4. Abstract:

Background and objectives: The scientific pathology of the way of conducting cultural activities can lead to beneficial results for the performers and audiences of cultural activities, and this involves applying a coherent and comprehensive model for pathology. Investigating existing models of pathology and complications shows that, firstly, the literature on this area does not provide an independent model for the pathology of cultural activities, and secondly, each of the models in other domains only investigates some aspects and other aspects have been neglected; therefore, one of the ways to achieve a comprehensive pathology model is the purposive examinations of the existing models. This, in addition to creating a suitable position for the focal areas of attention in the pathology process in the mind of the researcher, makes it possible to cover as many points as possible. The aim of this study is to achieve a comprehensive pathology model for the implementation of cultural activities through comparative study of the elements of various pathology and complication models. Methodology: In this research, the qualitative theme analysis method has been employed. In the present study, first, all of the models of pathology and complication identification were identified, and then by extraction and comparative study of the elements of these patterns, their similarities and differences were identified and finally, by categorizing the elements of these models, the model for the pathology of the implementation of cultural activities is designed. Finally, using this model in a real research project, the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of this model has been confirmed in the pathology of conducting cultural activities. Findings and results: The proposed model, in addition to focusing on cultural activities, takes into account the various aspects sufficiently. This model consists of eight areas: policy making, implementation (implementation actors), assessment and monitoring, process management, works, resources, program contents and culture.

Abstract:

Background and objectives: "Self-control" can be considered as a fundamental strategy for the material and spiritual progress of society. "Self-control" is very effective in the process of reforming various social abnormalities and realizing social adjustment among managers and people. Today, the emergence of social problems has doubled the necessity of improving the ethics of managers, which is in line with religious values. The present research seeks to answer the following question: Is it possible to explain the different dimensions of self-control in management ethics through the letter of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) to Malek Ashtar? Methodology: In this descriptive and analytical study, the teachings of this letter about the ethics of managers focusing on the topic of "self-control" have been investigated. First, the concept of self-control and its dimensions in psychology is explained. After presenting the outlook of this letter, the most important aspects of the management's self-control are extracted from the letter. Findings and results: Through the examination of the propositions of this letter, it follows that "self-control" in both personal and social dimensions illustrates the managerial ethos. Piety, justice, honesty, tolerance, righteousness, and generosity are of the most frequent strategic principles of self-control in management, in which Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) refers to Malik Ashtar in this letter.

Abstract:

Background and objectives: Rationalization and utilizing the power of thought and wisdom have valuable educational effects in various aspects of human personality, as they are considered as the main axis of education. The study of verses and narrations shows that the effects of rationalization have been taken into considerations in all dimensions. The purpose of this article is to study the Islamic principles of rationalization. Methodology: In this research, the descriptive-analytical method has been employed and the library sources and verses of the Holy Quran and the hadiths of the infallibles were employed. Findings and results: Obedience to the right and avoidance of oppression, deepening and reviewing the consequences of affairs, ascetic to the world and the pursuit of the other world, rational doubt and consultation with others, the proper understanding of the world and the other world, loving knowledge, foresight, charity, learning lessons from events and moderation in the demands are some of the effects of employing wisdom in the Islamic lifestyle. Self-admiration, considering oneself of not requiring the intellect of others, companionship with the ignorant, excessive greed and avarice, worldliness, arrogance, dreams, excess in humor, excessive play (entertainment), following self-will, covetousness and rage are the calamities of wisdom. The sacred religion of Islam, while admitting the power of reasoning, has also taken into account the limitations of reasoning. At the sight of Islam, reason without recourse to revelation is ineffective. Accordingly, wisdom flourishes in the light of the guidance of religious teachings, and can get rid of other human forces, such as anger, lust and feelings, and take control of them in a higher position.

Abstract:

Background and objectives: Surrender is a means of pure subjugation for divine and infallibles' orders based on insight from the teachings of the Holy Qur'an. There is also a kind of surrender in the command system where absolute obedience to the commander is considered to be one of the features of good obedient. Since even surrender to infallible Imams is based on the insights of the surrendered ones, the surrender of the surrendered ones to non-infallibles must also be based on the discretion of the obedient. The purpose of this research is to provide and analyze Quranic and narrative documents about this theory. This research seeks to provide a view that due to the high position of reconciliation with the insight in the teachings of the Qur'an and the manner of the Imams, paying attention to that is of considerable importance in designing a desirable command model. Methodology: This research has been conducted using a descriptive and content analysis through referring to Quranic verses and behavioral and spoken words of the infallibles. Findings and results: In the Islamic command system, in addition to the fact that the commander himself must be insightful, the actions of commanding the commanders must also be based on the principle of insight, that is, the commander and the obedient should perform consciously and with the correct religious belief in the command system. Both Qur'anic and narrative documents, including insight God, insight of nature, insight of heavenly books, insight of man, basis of religion on thought, invitation of the Prophet and followers based on insight, determination, negation of imitation, the necessity of insight of all people, as well as practical practices of the infallibles, including Prophet Ibrahim and Imam Hossein represent this very important point.
