Islamic resources speak about sublime altitude of mosque as a socio-cultural institution. By enjoyment of various functions, this place has provided the causes of the development of Islamic culture and civilization from early Islam till now, therefore, providing the recognition of the mosque and its congregation imam, the causes of Islamic culture's enrichment in different scientific, didactic, devotional and social aspects can be achieved. These functions in the scientific-didactic dimension consist of holding regular religious courses and meetings to respond to questions and doubts of faith, providing a place for teens and youth leisure, training of conditions and how to implement of enjoining good and forbidding wrong, publishing the provisions of business and trade for the enjoyment of the Islamic market. Beside, in the devotional dimension, the mosque is a suitable place to remember Allah, set up religious fundamentals and collective worship. Also in the social dimension, this place can play its role as an effective doss for social unity, solving the problems of the poor, stabilization of family's fundament, peace of heart and mental health.

As the Islamic order for the religious and ethical training of its followers for obtaining of safe and meaningful life has brought far more plan and principles on the various individual and social dimensions, for their economical and subsistence training as well the Islam has prepared some strategies and requirements which the exact and proper, as well as unisonant application of them can be a well guarantor of their safety, bliss again their worldly life along with otherworldly one, which in this way the contentment culture can be counted one of these programs. No community can be expected to set itself on the way of development without any stubby economic, with oriented program, and progress, even on the aspects of social and cultural one, because such a community would be prey of the kinds of treatment and sanctions of opponents which the world of Islam and particularly the Islamic republic of Iran isn't aside from it. Contentment which without doubt ought to be counted as one of the most basic elements and biographies of great prophet of lord religious followers of God, possesses out of special origin of rational and epistemic one that as one of the gift of god and clear example of lord's thanks giving, as well everlasting gift of chastity and honest, ought to take the vast variety of material and mental life and dignities of mankind in itself. Than the culture of contentment and self-sufficiency enjoys out of that efficiency and capacity which it's training and mental application as well it's social & economical ones can be counted as one of the only little sections of the mentioned issues of above on the way of realization and consolidation of infrastructure of resistive economic with is the aimed matter of our examinations.

Nowadays prevention of crimes is one of the problems, in the human societies and organizations. By correction of social, cultural, and supervisory situations, it is possible to prevent crimes in the societies. One of types of prevention, is primary prevention or social prevention, which is inspired by medical sciences. In this types of prevention, they destruct the basis of crimes. One of the most effective factors of primary prevention, in Islamic societies, is paying attention to teachings of the Holy Koran and taking help of it. In Islamic societies, heavenly rules and religious values, should be criteria of prevention methods, as the source of prevention principles. Considering defects in human, which is mentioned in the Holy Koran, and using suitable tactics and fading or removing the defects, using educational, advertising, and supervisory tactics, which have been written in this holy book, it is possible to reduce perversions and crimes. Just it should be considered that one of the greatest damages in this way, is the borrowed training that influences the innate training and it should be avoided. So it is important to have an interpretation of the costs of crime preventions, as an investment. The outcome of that capital will be the improvement in the public security.

There is no doubt that taking help of spiritual acts and religious worshiping, is one of the best ways to reach the facts of truth, and understanding scientific problems and becoming clear of dirt and wickedness and going towards spiritual worlds and reaching to the high levels of humanity, if it is accompanied with insight. So the present article is up to take help of verses of the Holy Koran and the valuable speech of our infallible Imams, and to have a basic consideration and studying of library documents and content, analyzing and studying the concept of insight from the viewpoint of the Holy Koran and the Islamic texts. Allah’s book is the best way to insight and it is criteria for speech and listening of the believer human. Analyzing the contents of Islamic sources, the researcher can understand that insight is an acquired level which is one of necessitating and negotional ways, which is reachable, and different ways have been declared as ways to reach it. Factors like heavenly success, thinking, piety, paying attention to the examples and warnings, virtue, reliance, thinking to god, devotion, humility, jihad, doing according shariah, doing good acts, earth and its signs, signs of creation, are ways to reach the religious insight.

Islamic republic of Iran is a democratic and Islamic state. Therefore, all the state and non- state organs, agencies and organizations must be based on religion principles and, then, governing stand- ards and regulations must be Islamic. I.R.I. police is an organization established in accordance with NAJA Rule enacted in 1369 and enforced in Farvardin, 12, 1370) simultaneously with anniversary of Islamic republic of Iran foundation). Therefore, Iran law enforcement is a modern organization established during leadership of Ayattollah Khamenei. Considering all the state organizations achieve their legitimacy from the Valli-e- Faghih, they must provide his expectations. The author tries to extract Ayatollah Khamenei's demands from the police and have a glance to his pathological view regarding his speeches from 1368 to 1388. The main research questions are: what are the demands of Ayattollah Khamenei from IRI police? What is the falsifying pathology based on his opinion? It is a descriptive research and the method of gathering data is laboratory and the data analysis is content-analysis method. Its approach is educating to arrange training and education plans based on his demands.

Children training has been for a long time the focus of attention for famous men. Islamic references have said a lot about the area. Islamic theorists have presented directions about this subject through returning to God’s words. There are four methods for children training in different references; despotically, taking easy, to act moderately, powerfully –training methods. In Islamic references, children training is the basic duty of parents. This paper analyzes the current methods of children training in the first and then pays attention to Islamic views about this subject. Findings show that powerfully – training method is the closest method to Islamic references. The goal of this point of view is training an ambitious and superior man but in Islam the goal is moral development and to serve human beings and finally God affinity.

The spiritual and material place of Islamic Republic of Iran, in the local and international equations has led to hard and soft threats, made by great powers. According to commands of the Supreme Leader, Imam Khameneyi, the only way to stand against universal arrogance and its threats, is to continue the thought of “fighting and defensive preparation in all aspects” in all fields. Paying attention to issues of passive defense, is one of the items that Imam Khameneyi has recommended it, times and times. For this purpose, using of the principles of passive and noncombatant defense, has been approved, by confirmation of the Supreme Leader, in form of general politics of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in 13 paragraphs, in 29/11/1389 (A.H.S). But lack of enough attention of some of organizations to importance of passive defense, and lack of coordination with the organization of passive defense, in order to suitable performance of passive defense, may impose difficult conditions to our country, in the times of security crisis and hard and military or soft threats of enemy. This research analyzes threats and passive defense from the viewpoint of Imam Khameneyi, the Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran, in form of notified general politics. The research method in this research is descriptive- analytic, using the method of analyzing the content. For gathering information, library and published sources have been used. The results show that threats and their methods are changing and they have concentrated on military realms and technology based, or people based realms. So it is important for characters of the government to perform according the plans of the Supreme Leader, having revolutionary and religion based viewpoint; and taking help of the enormous tactics of prevention; and specialized defensive, and security based approach in using and performance of principles of passive defense, in the country and the armed forces.
