Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to design a content pattern for advertising messages in the era of media convergence. The research conducted through applied approach and using exploratory mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). The sample size was 44 people for the qualitative part and 200 people for the quantitative part. The samples were selected by purposive sampling method based on the principle of theoretical saturation, and based on structural equation modeling, respectively. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire. The qualitative data were analyzed using open and closed coding method. Quantitative data were tested through structural equations using SPSS and LISREL software. The findings of the qualitative part identified nine key elements: distribution platform, media tools, media industry, desiring, searching, liking, shopping, love or hate, and sharing with others about the content of advertising messages in the age of media convergence. Finally, a 66-item scale format was presented to the statistical population in quantitative terms. Based on the research findings, it is suggested that national media policy makers and advertisers in the country pay special attention to strengthening the dimensions of the distribution platform and media industries, in order to create a balance in the dimensions of media convergence. It also seems that the managers of advertising centers in the country need to understand the importance of media and technology tools in the era of media convergence and prioritize their advertising activities to improve their performance in persuading  the audience of advertising messages.

Abstract: 

Considering the increase of social researches and the existence of contradictory results on the effect of Persian language satellite channels on identity, this research seeks to study such articles in order to find a common explanation among the contradictory results. The research conducted by meta-analysis method. The statistical population consists of all studies that have been published from 2001 to the end of the first six months of 2020 on the impact of Persian-language satellite channels on identity, then 74 studies were selected and analyzed by CMA2 software. The results showed that those articles studied the indicators of religious, national, cultural, ethnic, social, gender, and linguistic identity. According to the results of meta-analysis, Persian-language channels, on the one hand, have strengthened the ethnic identity among the Iranian ethnic groups and, on the other hand, have created grounds for weakening the religious, social, national and cultural identity of Iranians.

Abstract: 

Online platforms play an important role in the lives of today's communities and have many benefits. However, the special features of these platforms have exacerbated the possibility of some problems occurring in such an environment. Users in cyberspace can remain anonymous, so can violate the users’ privacy. There is no doubt that in such circumstances, the violate user has civil liability. But, can online platforms also be held responsible for creating an environment that facilitates the violation of users' rights? The present article tries to study the civil liability of platforms for violating the privacy of others by their users in three legal systems of the United States, Europe and Iran, using the documentary method and in a comparative manner. The findings showed that based both the US and European legal systems, except in exceptional cases, online platforms are not liable for privacy breaches by users. Considering the emphasis on the principle of personal responsibility and the existence of the rule of direct liability on the premise of community due to loss, In the Iranian legal system it is not possible to impose liability on online platforms due to violation of privacy of information by users. However, it seems that the provisions of the "Draft Law on the Protection of Users' Rights in Cyberspace", which aims to make online platforms responsible and protect users, and emphasizes the protection of privacy in this space, from this perspective, it is differ from American and European law systems.

Abstract: 

While there is an intense news competition, arranging news broadcasting schedule is one of the effective factors to improve the quality of radio and television news programs. Since radio and television (IRIB) has various news programs, it needs pathology and improvement of the news broadcast schedule in order to increase the quality of these news programs and increase it’s audiences. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the arrangement of IRIB news programs from the perspective of news editors. This research identified the factors influencing the news broadcast schedule of IRIB through semi-standard interviews with the editors of various news sections using the theme analysis method. After interviewing 6 radio and television news editors who were selected by purposive sampling, theoretical saturation was achieved and a total of 6 comprehensive themes and 20 sub-themes or organizing themes were obtained as influential factors. The findings showed that the influencing factores are: Qualification in arrangement of news broadcast schedule, competencies of the editors, khnowing the audience and cyberspace, the characteristics of the news section and the message management elements. Another major factor driving the news broadcast schedule to fame-oriented is external influencing factors. So, it seems nessesory to have format and content diversity, using creative human resource, the improvement of organizational structure and the increasing independence of news editing based on organizational policies and national interests inorder to improve news broadcast arrangement.

Abstract: 

This research conducted to analyze the role of television in manaing flood crisis on the spring of 2019, using qualitative content analysis method and thematic analysis technique. The study population was all the broadcasted news from the IRNN channel and the evening news at 9 pm on the TV channel One about the spring flood of 2019, and the samples were selected through purposive technique. A total of 20 Basic themes, 9 organizing themes were extracted following three themes: before, during, and after crisis. Before crisis stage: three roles of awareness and warning, surveillance, safe training; during crisis stage: three roles of Informing, accompanying, information keeper, and after crisis stage: three roles of analysis, responsiveness, relaxing were identified. television has analyzed broadcasted news by quantitative and qualitative approaches With regard to natural law. The media strategy used in the face of crisis was active strategy and the laying out and follow-up of issues and problems was done with a critical approach. It was tried to increase the accuracy and truth in news broadcasting through information gatekeeping and along with the professional model in the field of news content and comprehensiveness, the media was oriented to the organizational model.

Abstract: 

Nowadays With the advent of widespread communication networks,  people‘s lifestyle has been influenced. Instagram is one of the communication platforms that, due to its interactivity and the possibility of publishing and sharing photos and contents, provides the ground for comparison among peers, and also causes users dissatisfaction with their body image, eating disorders,  changing their attitudes toward fashion. researchers have always interested in Lifestyle changes under the influence of social media and the influence of different age groups. The aim of the study was to investigate the impact of Instagram on the lifestyle of Tabriz women in three dimensions of body image, eating disorders, fashion. The statistical population consisted of 385 women aged 20 to 70 years living in Tabriz. The research was correlational and conducted through a survey. Data were collected using a questionnaire and from samples selected randomly. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the number of hours of using Instagram and women's attitudes toward their body image, eating disorders and fashion. With the increase of using Instagram hours, women's attitudes toward fashion and modern lifestyle increases, and this, affects the way they look at their bodies and encourages them to control their weight and eating disorders. According to the findings, Instagram has the most influence on mode among the dimensions of lifestyle. Underlying factors such as body mass index, age, income, marital status, and employment status were also strong predictors that intensified media influence.

Abstract: 

Blouring boundaries due to development of media, while facilitating intercultural communication, has also highlighted the position of media. So, in this era examining the role of national media is very important. The main question of this article is what model can be provided for media synergy for developing intercultural communication? theoretical and experimental literature were studied and in-depth interviews with experts were conducted using the delphi technique. The statistical population included media and intercultural communication experts, from whom 30 people with the desired characteristics were selected for the interview. The results showed that redefining the concept of ethnicity, ethnic convergence, increasing social capital and cultural capital, as well as the concept of national identity, increasing cultural and ethnic empathy, providing cultural commonalities and not representing intercultural conflicts, were the most important functions of national media in developing intercultural communication in the experts’ point of view. Finally it was provided some suggestions to national media Based on these findings.
