Necessary, researches especially in the humanities with creativity and innovation. Educational system is case study in this research. Study doing in the second level with same research approach first level. In pattern presented this study, the educational system is case study. Data collect tool a questionnaire consisting of 23 questions. Statistical population similar to first level of study form city of Babol higher education institutions. The sample size is a total of 713. Undoubtedly the centrality of Islam in all aspects can make successes today Islamic communities.

Regarding the importance of poverty issue, in this research, calculating and comparing the poverty lines we studied the problem of poverty in 8 provinces of Iran: Razavi Khorasan, North Khorasan, South Khorasan, Golestan, Semanan, Yazad, Kerman, Sistan and Baluchestan.The poverty lines were calculated based on the inverse of the Engel coefficient (the first method).The results show that South Khorasan province had the largest increase in poverty level in the period under study, the provinces of Razavi Khorasan and Yazd are next in rank (based on both first and second methods).In addition, there was not any significant relationship between population and area of the provinces and their poverty line levels.

Capsules formulations are widely used to improve the bioavailability of drugs. Electrospraying was used as a novel method to produced drug nano capsules. In the present study PLGA (Poly-lactic Co-glycolic acid) nano capsules containing therapeutic proteins were prepared. The nano capsules of PLGA/BSA at different ratios were obtained. The effects of system operation parameters and formulation of spraying solution were tested. Morphology and diameter of nano capsules were studied using Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The size of nano capsules was reduced by increasing the voltage and decreasing the flow rate and led to producing the capsules in range of 85-260 nm Thermal analysis (DSC) results indicated that the endothermic peak was broader and shifted to lower temperature implying the presence of drug. More than 90% of drug of nano capsules was detected in phosphate buffer (pH=7.4) and 37oC temperature using UV-Vis spectrophotometry.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between family cohesion and aggression in PAKDASHT students in the city of Tehran province.Methods: In this descriptive (correlation) A total of 408 students in the first and second secondary high school, this year (94-95) were selected by random sampling method. In this paper, using the Growing Neural Gas (GNG), the graph associated with a typed Persian character is extracted from the image. This graph learns the shape of the character and is used for character recognition. GNG, is one of the self-organized algorithms and a competitive learning approach. The main achievement of this method in addition to speed and accuracy is resistance to major challenges such as rotating, noise and deformation. This algorithm takes the image of a typed Persian character as input and returns the graph associated with that character.

The pricing category and associated policy are separated from producer part, and it is in the realm of state activities to achieve particular aims.Undoubtedly, the aim of pricing regulations legislation is to create a persuade and punishment system, thus the consequence of this competition in pricing could gain domestic and overseas investment. While pricing regulations legislation focuses on consumer protection.Currently, governmental pricing system could not come to investors and legislators expectations in economic department that consumer and producer protection organization administers it by the sum total of cost method. On the other hand, current pricing method is in conflict with creating productivity and reducing price result of its insufficiency that finally could be a threat to consumer rights.Domestic business institutions take no action to make competitive national products to earn more profits because fiscal profit of pricing criteria in the organization was related to the total price. Thus taking any action in order to manage prices will lead to profit reduction that the organization has considered for the protection of business institutions.What makes this research different from others is, studying equipment, criteria, governmental pricing. Hence it has been researched in order to clarify the subject, identify and resolve weak points and improve good points of governmental pricing system in Iran with emphasis on changing the pricing norms of consumer and producer protection organization.
