2  Introduction: Identifying factors affecting the tendency to risky behaviors is important and necessary, which can be useful in reducing these behaviors. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the predictors of suicidal behavior with an emphasis on protective factors and risk factors  among prisoners. Method: The method of this research is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population in this research includes the prisoners of Kermanshah Central Prison (Dizil Abad) in the first 6 months of 1401, 250 people who met the criteria for entering the present study and declared their readiness to fill out the research instruments were selected by convenience sampling method. and answered to Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RIS), The Suicide Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised (SBQ-R), Schizotypal Trait questionnaire-B form (STB). After collecting the questionnaires, the collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. After collecting the questionnaires, the collected data were analyzed using the multiple regression test simultaneously. Results: The results showed that the results showed that Borderline personality symptoms (β=0.496, P=0.21), Symptoms of antisocial disorder (β=0.144, P=0.001) and Resilience (β = -0.217, P=0.005) provides a meaningful explanation of the suicidal behavior of prisoners. Also, none of the components of social support provide a meaningful explanation of the suicidal behavior of prisoners. Conclusion: Based on the results of this research, borderline and antisocial personality disorders and resilience can play a central role in suicide attempts. Since timely educational and rehabilitation interventions can save time and treatment costs, it is suggested that after identifying prisoners at risk of committing suicide, these prisoners are separated from other prisoners and in classes and training sessions with Emphasis on psychotherapy based on dialectical behavior therapy and psychotherapy based on mentalization and training based on resilience, which has empirical evidence for these disorders, with the aim of preventing suicide attempts.

2Introduction: Since traumatic spinal cord injury involves both the body and mind, in addition to pharmacological and physiological interventions, psychological interventions should also be considered in the management of the problems of this group of patients. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of group narrative therapy on the mental coherence of patients with traumatic spinal cord injuries. Methods: This clinical trial study was conducted on 32 patients with traumatic spinal cord injury referred to Tabriz welfare counseling center. For the first time, the samples were selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The patients in the experimental group received the group narrative therapy in 8 sessions of 90 minutes. The Flensburg sense of coherence questionnaire was completed before and immediately after the intervention sessions in both groups. Data were analyzed by ANOVA with repeated measures. Results: The mean age of the patients in the experimental group was 45.69±12.53 and in the control group, it was 44.63±12.98 years. In the pre-test, there was no significant difference between the mean mental coherence score of patients in the experimental group (73.06±14.62) and the control group (78.56±10.10) (p>0.05). After the group narrative therapy, the mean mental coherence score of the patients was significantly different between the experimental (88.69±4.60) and control (82.25±9.98) groups. Conclusions: Group narrative therapy can increase the mental coherence of patients with traumatic spinal cord injuries. Therefore, it seems that psychiatric nurses can use this method as a suitable intervention in improving the mental coherence in this group of patients.

2Introduction: Patients with beta thalassemia major face various challenges in physical and psychosocial aspects. The need for resilience capacity to overcome these challenges can be effective. Identifying factors affecting resilience can be considered as a framework for designing nursing interventions. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the mediating role of hope in the relationship between spiritual well-being and resilience among adolescents with beta thalassemia major. Methods: This was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of the research included adolescents aged 11 to 21 years with beta thalassemia major who referred to thalassemia centers in Fars province in south of Iran in 1401, from which 288 participants were selected via convenience sampling method. Paloutzian and Ellison's spiritual well-being questionnaire (1982), Connor-Davidson resilience questionnaire (2003) and Herth Hope questionnaire (1992) were the instruments used in this study. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive tests, Pearson correlation, and a structural equation model in Spss-24 and Amos-24. Results: The results showed that all the fit indices are within the acceptance range of the model. The results obtained from structural equation modeling indicate a positive and significant effect between spiritual well-being and resilience (t=2.78, β=0.25), spiritual well-being and hope (t=2.31, β=0.32), and Hope with resilience (t=2.53, β=0.57). Finally, the indirect effect of spiritual well-being on resilience through hope is significant (p < 0.01, β = 0.052). Conclusions: According to the results of this research, it is suggested to pay more attention to the promotion of spiritual health as a mechanism for improving hope and resilience in the care programs of these patients.

Abstract:

2Introduction: Some cognitive and emotional reactions in depressed people have been suggested as predictors of depression. Therefore, it is necessary to identify, evaluate and treat the factors that can contribute to these cognitive and emotional reactions. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) on autobiographical memories, cognitive avoidance and cognitive emotion regulation in patients with major depression. Methods: The present research was conducted in the form of a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test design with a control group. Among the people with major depressive disorder referring to zhuan clinic in Tehran, 40 people were selected using convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 8 sessions of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, while the control group did not receive any specific intervention. Williams and Broadbent Autobiographical memory test, Sexton and Dugas cognitive avoidance questionnaire, Garnefsky et al.'s cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire were administered in the pre-test and post-test stages on two groups and the obtained findings were analyzed using multivariate covariance in SPSS-21. Results: There is a significant difference between the two experimental and control groups in the components of autobiographical memories, cognitive avoidance and cognitive emotion regulation, in the post-test stage (P<0.01), which means that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy training significantly improves autobiographical memories (F=11.409, P=0.002), reduces cognitive avoidance (F=10.575, sig=0.003), reducing maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies (F=9.272, P=0.010), and increasing adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies (F=8.202, P=0.025) has an effect in the post-test stage. Conclusions: These preliminary findings support the role of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in improving the recall of autobiographical memories, reducing cognitive avoidance, reducing maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, and increasing adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. It is suggested that future research should pay more attention to the role of MBCT in improving these components in depressed patients.
