Iran and the GCC members has not succeeded to achieve a collective security mechanism in the Persian Gulf yet. With regard to the security dilemma of the region, the main question of the present research is how the contradictory state’s identities of Iran and the GCC members play a preventing role in materialization of the security community in the Persian Gulf region?This research in the framework of the constructivism approach and security community paradigm, hypothesizes that one of the main obstacle in forming of the security community in Persian Gulf region is contradictory identities of Iran and the neighboring Arab countries. In fact, the contradictory identities of Iran and the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf has led them to follow different action and behavior in foreign policy arena; this has created an obstacle in the process of security integration in the region and eventually these countries have not achieve a stable security arrangement based on their collective wills and participation.

The formation of the United Nations with the aim of establishing peace and international security for all countries had not the same efficacy, Therefore, the United Nations With the creation of some of the specialized agencies under your collection, Trying to remove the gap between countries, One of these organizations is the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) ,that its purpose is The development of developing countries through technical and financial assistance. To date, several projects have been carried out with the help of this organization in Iran, Such that it can be, Referred to, Promotion of ecotourism village of ShibDeraz Based on public participation, that in 2001 Was performed in ShibDeraz village and then continue the project in 2006 in collaboration with the Global Environment Facility small grants section (SGP, GEF),United Nations Development Programmed (UNDP) and Avaye -Tabiate -Paydar Institute, Promotion of ecotourism in ShibDeraz village was carried out According to Hawksbill turtles laying Attractions that, Due to the many tourists travel to this area each year. Although, Tourism development can be economically useful for rural communities but cannot prevent the emergence of changes that will take society along with it. The presence of tourists in rural areas, will have many consequences. If these issues are not managed, the factor will be exchanged to destroy the traditions and culture of the region. Therefore, Learn more about of this changes and consequences, Pursuant to the Placement Tourism will be on the right track.In this research the impacts of the ecotourism promotion project on Social and cultural changes in local communities of ShibDeraz village have been reviewed. In this research, Have been used from Indices leisure, speech patterns (accent), housing (decoration, architecture, furniture), to assess the social-cultural changes. The questionnaire and library studies have been used to collect the information and the chi-square test is used to check the assumptions. In accordance to the data collected from the questionnaire, it has been resulted that the implementation of the ecotourism promotion project in ShibDeraz village has been effective on The changes in the components of speech patterns (accent), leisure and housing (decoration, architecture, furniture).

Energy, specifically oil and gas, is one of the influential factors in the production of wealth and power in today's world. Energy resources, especially oil, is in many parts of the world in decline, and, Energy consumption is increasing at the same time, And there is no a clear vision on the use of alternative energy sources and competition in this field. The oil market situation and the importance of energy issues, has led to energy resources more than ever to be considered in the Persian Gulf. Therefore, Persian Gulf countries have benefit the geopolitical advantages as a tool for national interests and also policies in the international arena. Therefore, to achieve the above objective is felt requires constructive cooperation and integration between countries in the region. So that they can best take advantage of this potential geopolitical. This paper is trying explored and examined to establish requirements for constructive engagement between Iran and the Persian Gulf states in order to reach the goal.

The Iranian plateau is rich in oil and gas and only there are about Thirty five Iranian domains of these resources in the Persian Gulf which is common in fourteen areas with Arab countries in the region. The operation of the common fields in the Persian Gulf has created opportunities and challenges for Iran in line with regional integration that we feel it necessary to address. Already the main question arises here is following, what are the opportunities and challenges of exploiting from which common fields of oil and gas in the relationship between Iran and the Persian Gulf countries? The answer to this question is posed by these hypothesis that the most important opportunities can be greater cooperation in the exploitation of these fields, refining and transference of these resources to world markets and of the most important challenges is lack of regionalism and economic integration between countries that the reasons are numerous, including: Iran isolation in the arrangements of regional security, dependence of Arabic countries to America and the West, religious, ethnical and racial differences between them, Lack of cooperation and technical areas of joint oil and gas fields and so on. The research is based on descriptive -analytical method with library tools.

The British government, as a dominant power in the Persian Gulf has variety of Favorites and interests in this region from the late nineteenth to mid-twentieth century. The aim of this study is investigation of the British interests in the Persian Gulf between the two world wars and also the actions of this country for protecting its interests in this region. The study's questions of this paper are: 1. what was British interests in the Persian Gulf during The first Pahlavi era?2. What did The British government for protecting its interests in this region?The results of this study, which was accomplished by using the library- documents Method, shows that British interests had different dimensions such as commercial, political-strategic and communication interests in the region. Also the British government had done some actions such as establishing the Air Force for protecting its interests, and continued the politics of the omission of iran from the region that had begun long before. Also The British government had accomplished some sabotage against of Iran which was trying to restore its sovereignty.

Tourism in many countries is one of the most complex businesses. As a multi-faceted activity, it has various functions and positive effects Such as making money, attracting Currencies, strengthening infrastructure and so on. Many countries have established free zones in order to achieve certain objectives such as national economic development, attracting foreign investments, generate employment, increasing incomes and regional development. Therefore, Development of tourism activities in the free zones is considered more than ever to creating diversity in foreign currency income and economic prosperity.According to nature the research is functional and according to methods it is descriptive analysis. Results showed that in planning development of Iran's free zones it is necessary to care the role of residential centers and hotels as infrastructure in attracting tourists. With increasing the number of tourists in recent years Qeshm Island has significant development in tangible infrastructure, including accommodation, catering and so on. However, there are some important factors that have been neglected such as increasing the durability of tourists on the island, local community’s advantage of coming tourist’s traffic and diversification of tourism products. In intangible infrastructures part it is necessary to emphasize three issues (education, security, hospitality). The growing trend of economic and social activities In Qeshm Free Zone has faced some problems such as Social Inequality and abnormalities. It is essential that the traditional thinking about administrating accommodations change from customer servicing to Customer orientation. Authorities should focus on island branding through participation in all major tourism events.
