Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia are each other's main competitors in the energy, though always shades of oil powers such as Russia, Nigeria, Venezuela and etc. Always has been tangible in this regard, But the adopted diplomacies from Iran and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East should be considered the most important elements influencing the energy area. In the present article, the author attempts to describe, analyze and interpret it What is the most important component of energy (oil and gas) in Iran and Saudi Arabia from 2011 to 2013? And on the other hand, how much the role of world powers in this issues? Also the explaination of that how much two countries were successful to absorption of oil and gas companies and cartels are another part of the current text to be included. Therefore, this article focused on explain the components of Iran and Saudi Arabia energy diplomacy and its comparative analysis.

Nowadays, geopolitics have developed a deep bond with environmental issues because governments and people have figured out that in order to achieve peace and comfort and eliminating the arguments amongst themselves, the best approach is observance of environmental issues. In this manner, most of the intellectuals who are concerned with environmental geopolitics issues, believe that the destruction of ozone layer, climate changes and environmental erosion would lead to disturbance of political issues all around the globe; because the source of the most of these issues are beyond borders and therefore controlling them is out of hand of one particular country. Therefore, it is better that countries concern international agreements exclusively in designing their own environmental politics, and for solving the geopolitical issues lying ahead whether in national and regional aspect or in international levels. Persian Gulf as an exclusive ecosystem and also as a vital international waterway in addition to the damages caused by movement of oil ships and also extraction of petroleum from the continent’s plateau, the first and second war of Persian Gulf and also due to the growth of urbanization, development of industrial activities and illogical consumption of resources is heavily under pressure and this sea has turned into a place for massive urban and industrial waste deployment. Therefore, in order to improve and evacuate this system from pollution, it is necessary for the countries around Persian Gulf to cooperate in the path of true and strategic decision makings and also accurate compliance of international agreements, prevention of marine pollution and correct transportation according to the laws and regulations of marine environments is considered as necessary. In this manner, the present study with the descriptive-analytic approach with document methodology has conducted the evaluation of the importance of Persian Gulf’s environmental geopolitics and its effects on national security and eventually, has presented solutions in line of environmental sustainability of Persian Gulf.

Iran and Saudi Arabia are two important and stretegic countries in the Middle East and Persian Gulf and have always exprienced relationships with ups and downs in the history of their intractions. This relatinship has entered into new phase after the Iran's Islamic Revolution.Although there have been some expansions of the relationships and deterance between two countries, but there have always been some degree of rivalry and hostility between them. Currently, they have competitions and proxy wars in some areas such as Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Bahrain. This relationship includes geopolitical, strategic and idealogical features and the impact of each of those factors are undeniable between tho countries. This article will examine the history of the two countrie' s relationships and their present disputes in the Middle East and Sersian Gulf.

According to the social and cultural cohesion countries in this geographical region And the scope of the challenge and the structure of some of these challenges can be said without constructive cooperation and joint efforts of all countries in this area. The Ports of accelerators of the process of national economic development / decisive role in organizing regional and national space. In third world countries there are many types of undesirable dualism, duality, such as regional development path for many reasons that will cause problems. In developing countries there are some disparites such as regional disparity, which cause some problems. Development of regions and survey of their potential of development, is one of the main themes of geography, so in Theoretical Foundations of this science, it can be seen abundant study in this content. Ports are one of the main axes of economic development of regions that have potential and investment opportunities. In fact difference geographic and environmental advantages of each region are capable to develop and this caused the inequality in progress of countries. The purpose of this research is evaluation and identifies geographic facilities and capabilities of Persian Gulf to develop this region. Methodology is descriptive- analytic and use of Resource documents and also using the numerical taxonomy.Results of the research shows that port of Shahid Rajaei among comparisons the ports, In terms of reviewed criteria, is located in first order. And was selected as most suitable port for development of south region of IRAN and Persian Gulf.

Weather condition plays a very important role in creation of climate comfort qualification. Four elements of temperature, humidity, wind and radiation involve in the formation of human comfort from the perspective of climate conditions. Among these elements, temperature and humidity have a greater impact on human comfort. For this reason, most models measuring of human comfort is based on these two elements.One of the most common indicators of tourism climate index is TCI. TCI, by using climate parameters, involves maximum of daily temperature mean in a month, daily temperature mean, minimum relative humidity mean, relative humidity mean, rainfall (mm), total sunshine hours and the wind speed. This research is a descriptive - analytical type and the TCI software is used to calculate the Tourism Climate Index. The five synoptic stations close to the island is chosen and a linear relationship between 7 high variables and the height of these stations were established and consequently some coefficients were obtained. Then 9 points with height of these points in the Island and 7 climate variables with five sub-indices were chosen, and finally the TCI index for the points was calculated and the climatic zones of tourism in the island were prepared for throughout the year.The results showed that the tourism index in Qeshm Island is in the ideal condition in five months of the year (the months of November, December, January, February and March). The parameters are in a very good condition in April, and are in good condition in October.According to this index the best tourist sites in the islands are Caravan, Loft and kaani villages.
