Background and Aim: Occupational accidents and illnesses usually contain direct and indirect costs for each organization which maybe get irrecoverable. So, it is significant to prevent casualties and financial and environmental impacts by making preventive decisions and approaches. Hazards and risk assessment are one of the most important tools for prevention. Methods: This research is sort of analytical- descriptive and sectional in which it tries to analyze economic health, safety, and environmental risks for an electronic kits production unit. JHA sheets for job hazards identification and Fine Kinney and Nokia Siemens Network risk assessment techniques for risk assessment have been used. Also, Chi-square and Pearson tests have been used to analyze the relationship between results of risk levels and approximate financial impacts using SPSS Ver. 25 software respectively. Results: The results have shown that the electronic kits assembly operator and storekeeper have the most job hazards with 25 and 20 respectively. The highest and lowest risk levels are objects falling from shelves and sharp edges and job stress respectively. The chi-square test result has shown that there is a positive relation between risk levels from Fine Kinney and Nokia Siemens Network techniques (p < 0.05). Also, the Pearson test has indicated no relation between these two mentioned techniques from a risk financial analysis point of view (Sig. = 0). Conclusion: In conclusion, the Nokia Siemens Network risk assessment technique is not able to estimate job hazards' financial impacts and can be applied only for projects. Abstract:

Background and Aim: Resilience as the ability to successfully adapt to threatening conditions is a well- known concept for success in the nursing profession; in addition, risk management is a tool for improving the quality of medical services in hospitals. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between hospital risk management and nurses' resilience. Methods: The present study is a descriptive- analytical cross- sectional study of the correlation type that was conducted in 1400 in selected hospitals of Ahvaz city. According to the total number of the statistical population, 151 nurses were selected using Cochran's formula by convenient sampling method. In addition to ethical considerations such as completing the informed consent form, the data were collected using two standard resilience questionnaires of Connor and Davidson (2003) and hospital risk management questionnaire. Data analysis was done with descriptive (mean, frequency) and inferential (Spearman correlation) statistical tests with SPSS 24 software. Results: The results of the study showed that the average score of nurses' hospital risk management was 130.68 and nurses' resilience was 91.88. The result of Sperman's correlation test showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between nurses' risk management and resilience (r = 0.405 and p < 0.001). Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, it can be said that hospital risk management can increase the resilience of nurses. Therefore, by planning in the nursing education curriculum and implementing in- service courses to increase the risk management skills of nurses, it is possible to help improve and promote resilience as a psychological skill in nurses. Abstract:

Background and Aim: Hospital and patient safety is a global necessity and efforts to evaluate the readiness of hospitals in emergencies and crises are essential in every country. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Farsi Hospital Safety Index (FHSI) in the teaching hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences in a four- year period from 2018-2021. Methods: This research is quantitative, descriptive, cross- sectional and applied. By census method, all 14 teaching hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected from 2018-2021. The completed FHSI tool of these hospitals in the mentioned 4 years was examined. In this evaluation tool, there are 3 sections: structural safety (18 items); non- structural safety (93 items); and emergency and disaster management (40 items). In the analysis of the results, descriptive statistics indicators of average and percentage in spss 22 have been used. High safety score or category a (66% - 100%), medium safety score or category B (36% - 65%) and low safety score is grade C (0% - 35%). Results: The average total FHSI index in these hospitals in the mentioned 4 years was 67.97% ± 0.97, which has increased from 67.49% in 2018 to 69.11% in 2021 and has increased in category A. The non- structural safety score has reached 66.44% ± 1.16% with an average of 4 years, from 64.84% in 2018 to 66.99% in 2021, the structural safety score is 70.27% ± 1.52% with a 4-year average. From 71.67% in 2018 to 70.77% in 2021 and the safety score of emergency and disaster management, with an average of 4 years of%64.52 ± 3.14, from 61.01% in 2018 to 68.12% it reached in 2021. Conclusion: Considering that the safety rating of university teaching hospitals in emergencies and disasters is at a high level and they are able to continue working, but considering the importance of these hospitals in Tehran 3 province and the country, it is recommended that policy makers of universities and hospitals, by improving safety in systems Fire protection and water supply, increasing communication channels, providing necessary training to managers and hospital staff, and allocating funds in three dimensions, structural, non-structural and emergency management, put preventive, mid- term and long-term measures on the agenda. Abstract:

Background and Aim: The purpose of the research is to investigate the factors affecting the model of health, safety and environmental (HSE) risk literacy. Organizations can’t work without without healthy and safe employees. Health literacy deals with the issue of whether a person meets the complex requirements of promoting and maintaining health in modern society. Methods: The researcher has analyzed the results and findings of previous researchers by applying a systematic and meta- combination approach and by performing the 7 steps of the Sandelowski and Barroso method; he has identified the effective factors. Among 556 articles, 55 articles were selected based on the CASP method, and the validity of the analysis was confirmed with the Kappa coefficient value of 0.711. In this context, in order to measure reliability and quality control, the transcription method was used, and its value was identified for the indicators identified at the level of excellent agreement. The results of data analysis collected in MAXQDA software led to the identification of 84 primary codes in 16 categories in 5 dimensions. Results: Finally, five dimensions of planning, concepts of literacy development, implementation of education, evaluation and revision were identified as influencing dimensions of health, safety and environmental risk literacy. Conclusion: Organizations can focus on these factors in order to improve the literacy of HSE risks as one of the preventive and improving decision- making factors among their employees. What can be inferred from the categories and dimensions is the impossibility of balanced and proportional promotion of HSE risk literacy in an organization by one person and one department and even the organization itself alone. Improving the literacy of HSE risks requires the attention and assistance of extra-organizational, organizational and individual factors. Abstract:

Background and Aim: The injury significantly disrupts the performance of the individual and the team and the prevention should be the priority of training programs. To design prevention programs, the first step is to identify risk factors. The joint position sense is one of these factors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of muscle stretching interventions on the sense of the position of the lower limbs with an injury prevention approach. Methods: The keywords of this review were investigated on 24 September by two researchers in the electronic databases of Pub Med, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, elmnet, Magiran, SID. The quality of the articles was checked by the Downs and Black checklist. Statistical analysis was done with the help of CMA software and Q- test was used to check the homogeneity of data and I2 was used to estimate the percentage of heterogeneity. Also, Funnel Plot and Egger - test were used to evaluate the risk of bias in the articles, and trim - and - fill method was used if the was a possibility of bias. Results: Out of 7487 studies found in selected databases, 25 ones were selected after reviewing the title and abstract, and 10 articles were included in the study after reviewing the full text. The results indicated that stretching exercises do not affect the joint position sense of the knee and ankle. Conclusion: It seems that stretching does not have a significant effect on the ankle and knee joint position sense. Considering that the duration of stretching in most studies was short, duration of stretching was one of the important reasons for the non - significance of the stretching. Therefore, more studies with longer periods of time are needed. Please cite this article as: Sayyadi P, Minoonejad H, Seidi F, Shikhhoseini R, Arghadeh R.
