2Background & Aim: Injurious mood disorder is a type of mood disorder that causes serious psychological and physical harm to children and their parents, which requires intervention and attention. Therefore, the research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of filial therapy and attachment-based play therapy on parenting exhaustion of mothers with children with symptoms of destructive mood disorder. Methods: It was a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design and follow-up with the control group. A number of 45 mothers with children with symptoms of self-inflicted mood disorder were selected from the counseling centers of Isfahan city by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and a control group. The experimental group received one filial-therapy intervention and the experimental group received two attachment-oriented game therapy, and the control group did not receive any intervention. The research tools included the questionnaire of destructive mood disorder and parenting burnout. The data were analyzed through analysis of variance with repeated measurements. Results: The results showed that both filial-therapy and attachment-based play therapy interventions on the dimensions of mothers' parenting burnout in the post-test and follow-up stage had a significant difference with the control group (P<0. 001). However, there was no significant difference between the intervention of philiatherapy and attachment attachment in the post-test and follow-up stages on the dimensions of parenting burnout (P<0. 001). Conclusion: filial therapy and attachment-based play therapy interventions can reduce parenting burnout in mothers with children with symptoms of abusive mood disorder

2Background & Aim: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) ranks as the third leading cause of global patient mortality. Patient hospitalization presents an opportune moment to engage caregivers in patient care. This study aims to assess and compare the impact of face-to-face education for the elderly and their caregivers on COPD severity. Methods: This two-group clinical trial included COPD patients from the internal department of Imam Khomeini Esfarayen Hospital. Each group, one for elderly training and one for caregiver training, comprised 29 seniors and underwent four 20-30 minute face-to-face sessions. The COPD Assessment Test (CAT) was administered before intervention, during discharge, and one month post-intervention. Statistical tests, including Chi-square, Fisher's exact, Mann-Whitney, and Friedman, were employed for data analysis by SPSS24. Results: Significant differences in disease severity were observed in both the elderly training group and the caregiver training group before the intervention, during discharge, and one month later (p<0. 001). However, there was no notable distinction between the two groups regarding the effectiveness of education on disease severity (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Face-to-face education for both the elderly and caregivers yielded reductions in COPD severity. Considering the cost-effectiveness of training caregivers, who often provide unpaid care for the elderly, nurses can contribute to improving elderly health through caregiver education.

2Background & Aim: Using the best exercise protocol along with taking herbal supplements is one of the methods of managing weight loss and related disorders. The aim of this study was to investigate the interaction effect of polarized exercise with Carvil supplement on lipid profile and metabolic syndrome of obese women. Methods: 24 obese women were randomly placed in 3 groups (exercise), (supplement) and (exercise with supplement). The participants of the (exercise with supplement) and (supplement) groups received Carvil three times a day and 2 hours before doing the exercises. Polarized exercises were performed for 4 weeks and 3 sessions per week. Physiological and anthropometric indicators as well as biochemical values were evaluated before the start of training and after the last training session. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 27 software at the significance level (P<0.05). Results: The results showed that weight, body mass index, and fat mass index were significantly reduced in two groups (exercise with supplements) and (exercise). There was a significant decrease in LDL in the (supplemented with exercise) group, but it was not statistically significant in the other groups due to the observed decreasing trend. A decrease in triglyceride, blood sugar, cholesterol, HDL and insulin levels was observed in all groups, although this decrease was not significant. There was a significant difference in systolic blood pressure in the group (supplemented with exercise) and diastolic blood pressure in the group (supplemented) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Polarized exercise with Carvil supplement can be effective in improving lipid profile and metabolic syndrome in obese women. However, determining the mechanism and nature of the effect of these exercises along with supplement consumption on lipid profile and metabolic syndrome requires more studies.

2Background & Aim: Liver enzymes are associated with obesity and various components of metabolic syndrome. The manifestation of this syndrome is accompanied by a high risk of diabetes and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of eight weeks of intense and moderate rhythmic exercise on some liver enzymes and functional performance in obese women. Methods: In this semi-experimental study, 30 obese women aged 35 to 45 years who were sedentary were selected using convenience sampling and then randomly allocated into three groups: moderate-intensity rhythmic exercise (n=9), intense rhythmic exercise (n=10), and control (11 participants). One-way ANOVA and paired t-test were used for intra- and intergroup comparisons. Results: The concentrations of aspartate aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyl transferase, and triglycerides decreased significantly in the intense exercise group and the moderate exercise group. Alanine aminotransferase levels only showed a significant decrease in the intense exercise group (P=0.05). Fat accumulation index was significantly reduced only in the moderate exercise group (P=0.009). Maximum oxygen consumption and flexibility increased significantly in the intense and moderate exercise groups (P=0.001), but agility decreased significantly in both exercise groups at the end of the training period (P=0.001). Conclusion: Rhythmic exercises with different intensities training can be an effective method to improve liver enzymes and functional indicators in obese women.

2Background & Aim: It seems that knowing the common types of missed nursing care plays a key role in planning for the future of nursing practice and reducing preventable and debilitating complications in hematology/oncology patients. Therefore, this study tries to reduce the gap between knowledge and practice by reviewing and summarizing forgotten nursing care in this environment. Methods: The systematic review study was conducted using the PRISMA statement and searching in PubMed, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar Web of Science and Scopus. In order to retrieve related articles from the beginning of January 2009, the search was done with keywords Nursing Care Unfinished, Omission Nursing Care, Undone Nursing Care, Hematology, Oncology, Cancer and based on Mesh and logical operators (OR, NOT AND). The selection criteria of the studies included studies in English and access to the full text of the articles. Finally, 7 articles related to the purpose of the research were reviewed. Results: the most common types of missed nursing care are in the dimensions of basic care, assessment, individual needs, and planning and education, respectively. Organizational and structural, communication and cultural factors and personal and occupational characteristics of nurses are among the factors in increasing the reporting rate of such cares. Conclusion: Basic nursing care is the most common type of forgotten care in the hematology/oncology department, which is formed due to numerous individual and environmental factors. The findings of this study revealed the turning points of targeted interventions.
