An effective collaborative network consists of a variety of members that are different in goals, knowledge, abilities, competences and advantages, attitudes and culture, and the importance of balancing their composition and managing network communications is very important. The management of official networks of science and technology cooperation in Iran is at the orchestra level. Despite network research efforts, network management has been largely neglected. Therefore, in this paper, after studying the research done in this field, in order to better understand the effective variables and understand the existing dynamics, using a fuzzy dematel technique and a system dynamic modeling approach, a dynamic model is proposed, By drawing the causal diagrams (CLD), he helps to better understand the role of the orchestrator in the official networks of science and technology cooperation in Iran. The results indicate that the ability of the orchestrator, the trust and motivation of the network members, the process of socialization of members, and network sustainability are among the most important factors in the management of networks.

Given that industrial owners and entrepreneurs play an important role in the production of each country's economy, their comprehensive support also ensures innovation and employment growth. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the protection of industrial property with the aim of developing entrepreneurship. The present study was carried out theme analytic and semi-structured interviewing tool. The sampling was done by experts in the field of intellectual property rights, business law, industrial management and entrepreneurship. After 15 interviews, the researcher succeeded in saturated data. Data analysis was conducted with open coding to achieve inclusive information. Also, content validity with Lauxh's coefficient statistics was used to determine the validity of extraction codes from the perspective of 30 experts in this field. Findings show that effective factors in protecting industrial property in the three regulatory, normative and cognitive-cultural policies can be operational, in the meanwhile, most regulatory policies and cognitive-cultural policies have the least extraction codes. Together, the interaction of these three policies can lead to the development of entrepreneurship, especially in the field of industry.

Commercialization requires capabilities such as production and marketing; capabilities that vary depending on market conditions and environmental changes and should be improved by the innovator. Small app developer firms have difficulty to create, exploit and improve these capabilities. Therefore, the question of this research is what capacity should be available inside and outside of the organization of an innovator that the innovator can create, improve, and exploit these capabilities. To find the answer, this question is being explored in the study of twelve small firms in the field of mobile application development, all of which have a history of more than three years of industrial activity. In this study, a multiple case study using the open coding approach is used to analyze the data obtained from the interviews with the innovators. The results of the research show that commercialization capacity in two internal and external dimensions of the organization has various components; which identified and classified in this paper. The internal commercialization capacity refers to the potential that the innovator can create, itself. The external commercialization capacity refers to the potential of the national and industrial levels that should be addressed by the government, society and industry activists.

Due to the speed of technological progress, it is imperative to have a technology roadmap. In the present research, in general, the steps to develop the technology of an advanced system (including hardware, software, and platform) are expressed. In this research, after receiving the opinions of external experts (twelve national managers) and internal organization experts in the form of specialized committees (27 industrial experts) and analyzing their views in the form of weighted gap-capability matrix, the radar diagram, the initial version of the system roadmap with a 10-years horizon, has been developed in four layers (22 purposes, 19 capabilities, 48 features and 100 technologies). This roadmap, after one or two years of its implementation, needs to be reviewed and updated in accordance with the latest technological changes in the country and the world, for carrying out the new requirements priorities, and possible changes. The purpose of this research is to provide a step-by-step model for developing the technology roadmap in detail, in order to be applied in similar research with changes and adaptations.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of organizational background on strategic innovation. It also examines the role that environmental and competitive dynamics play in enhancing or weakening this relationship. The paradigm of this research is the positivism, its deductive approach, and its strategy. Accordingly, after reviewing the literature and designing a conceptual model, a questionnaire containing 25 questions was distributed among the statistical sample. The statistical population of the research is small and medium enterprises of Iranian students who participated in the 7th International Exhibition of Innovation and Technology (INOTEX) in the summer of 2018, which includes 240 companies, which were selected randomly according to the Cochran formula of 144 companies. The collected data were analyzed with the help of Smart PLS software through correlation matrix, structural equation test and fit model test. Finally, it became clear that organizational backgrounds that include committed human resources, the relationship between organizational sectors and decentralization in decision making, are effective in strategic innovation. Also, environmental and competitive dynamics play a role in moderating the relationship between organizational background and strategic innovation.

The importance of innovation in the rapidly changing and evaluation world is not overlooked by anyone. Technological innovation for firms that want to develop and maintain competitive advantage or entry into new markets is inevitable and according to recent studies, if firms fails to maintain its innovation, consequently will bankrupt. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of technological innovation and firm’ s performance on the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing firms. The research method is descriptive-survey and correlation type. The statistical population of the research is Golestan industrial city. Out of 430 active firms based on the Morgan table, 203 firms were randomly selected and top manager of each firm was selectecd as the sapmle to collect data. The data collection tool was standard questionnaires which the reliability and validity is verified by divergence and convergence tests. The Smart-Pls software is used to analyze the data. Research findings have shown that technological innovation. Capability, Technology Infrastructure Capability and organizational culture and climate, have a positive effect, product performance, innovation performance and sales performance. The results also show that the greatest impact on firm’ s development is related to innovation performance, product performance, and sales performance sequential.
