Technological entrepreneurship is an important path for technology commercialization and has direct effects on sustainable growth & welfare of nations. Formation and performance of these businesses depend on a proper context that is referred to as technological entrepreneurship ecosystem (TEE). This research by adopting a multi-stage procedure tries to identify and define the dimensions and components of this ecosystem with regard to Iran's specific conditions. At first, based on the meta-synthesis strategy possible dimensions and components of this ecosystem have been identified from the related sources. Then, by adopting the survey strategy and using the concluded questionnaire of the previous stage, we conducted 19 structured interviews. The analysis of resulted data ended in 129 components and twelve dimensions of market, culture, technological entrepreneur, talents, education & research, networks & interactions, support services, capital, governance, organizations, special conditions, and infrastructure for the technological entrepreneurship ecosystem in Iran.

The growth of two important technologies in solar energy throughout the world, including North America, i. e. the photovoltaic (PV) and the solar thermal (ST), has been dependent on government supports and financial incentives for investment in these technologies. In this paper, huge sets of autoregressive (AR) and vector AR models are developed as candidates for analysis of growth trends of both PV and ST technologies in the US. Then the best models are selected via a systematic model selection method. For the lack of exact data, the effects of incentives on these technologies are estimated by the Monte-Carlo simulation technique. Both real data and simulation results reveal the probability of a hype (herd) behavior in the diffusion of the technologies, both in past and in the present. Moreover, ST technology has already lost its growth speed because of drops in the substituting energy, i. e. natural gas prices. It is shown that the financial incentives had no more influence on ST growth after 2008. Although PV diffusion is accelerating fast, the simulation shows it also may partly lose its current tremendous growth rate, if the incentives are removed. Innovation means the economic or social impact of the object on the market. Innumerable ideas are created but among them, only a small number can affec the market, considered as new ideas and inventions. Establishing knowledge-based companies in order to commercialize ideas is a serious work that has been done in the country to transform innovation into technology. The existence of an effective system for innovation with respect to the various types of specific resources required by the company to achieve sustainable competitive advantage is considered as a strategic choice. The purpose of this study is to develop a map to developing the innovation and commercialization level of the knowledge-based companies in Iran which conducted using Strategic Options Aevelopment and Analysis approach. Data collected through interviews with experts and the final map drew and analyzed using Decision Explorer software. Accordingly, human resources-technology-culture-political factors-financial&capital resources-physical&structural resources are key options in the development of the innovation and commercialization of the knowledge-based companies, by focusing on these options, strategies have been developed for each of them to reinforce the key issues and to achieve the goals at the higher level.

The present research tried to determine the relationship among science development, technology development and economic growth in Iran. To do so, thorough literature review and qualitative content analysis were applied for the three fields of science development, technology development and economic growth and their relationships by studying 250 books and articles in the related fields, and found 14 cofactors that affect the three fields and their relationships in Iran. Based on cofactors (which grouped into 3 categories of science development, technology development and economic growth), DANP questionnaire was designed. Then, 13 experts were selected theoretically among 130 experts (residing in Iran or abroad) to fill out the questionnaires. Using experts' suggestions, the cofactors were applied in DANP approach to find the relationships and weighs of factors and subfactors and design a Model in Iran. The results showed that science development, technology development and economic growth are connected mutually in Iran in which economic growth and technology development are the most effective and impressionable factors in the network, respectively.

The current qualitative research was conducted with the aim of investigating the barriers of business environment in Yazd province. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The statistical population consisted of experts, policy makers, planners and managers of Yazd province that with targeted sampling method, 45 of them were selected and were interviewed deep and exploratory. The process of data collecting continued to achieve a level of theoretical saturation. As a result of the implementation of coding process, the findings were illustrated in the barriers of business and investment environment, causal conditions leading to such barriers, consequences of detected barriers and the solutions proposed to reduce and alleviate the given impacts.

The present research is carried out with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodology and aims to provide a framework for strategic innovation that is essential for Iranian companies to implement strategic innovation. In the qualitative section, while reviewing the research background, the components of strategic innovation were extracted Based on 18 of the expert interviews and topic analysis, other components were also gathered: Finally, the components in 7 structures with titles; Strategic innovation in the market; Strategic innovation in product; Strategic innovation in organizational processes; Strategic innovation in organizational structure; Strategic innovation in human resource development; Strategic innovation in customer relations; Strategic Innovation in Organizational Plans and Strategies, Were categorized. In the quantitative section, community including 1-Managers of companies in Techno Park 2-experts related to innovation and 3-Experts in the evaluation of companies affiliated to the Vice-President of Science and Technology, By stratified purpose sampling, by compiling and disseminating a Likert scale questionnaire and collecting 206 questionnaires for each of these structures, the structural equation analysis of factor analysis was performed The present status of the research variables was verified and the final model was approved in the first half of the year 2017.
