This study aimed to identify the nature of innovative behavior of Iran's pharmaceutical sector actors. The theoretical framework of networking theory and innovative functions of Innovation Network. The innovative behavior and understanding of network theory to understand the nature of events that have a subjective nature and social constructive was used. This research strategy is more of an exploratory research, development and quality. To collect data from inductive analysis, classification and mapping of institutional concepts have been used. Since nature is collaborative networks, technological innovation network is an emphasis on learning. So in this study, how technological learning through innovative behavior of actors has been recognized. The results show Pharmaceutical Innovation Network has the function of reducing transaction costs, improving absorption capacity, distribution network resources, collective learning, knowledge sharing and communication technology through interactive learning, so that modulating the cast and operation of sources of information.

This research, which is practical and descriptive-correlational in terms of purpose and data collection respectively, aims to investigate the effect of intellectual capital on competitive advantage with the mediating effects of technological entrepreneurship. The research population is managers and experts working for the Companies located in science and technology parks in Tehran, which are 375 persons. Using stratified sampling method and Cochran formula, 190 persons were selected. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) software Smart PLS was performed. The result of a hand showed a positive and significant effect of intellectual capital on technological entrepreneurship and competitive advantage and on the other hand, the indirect effect of intellectual capital on competitive advantage through technological entrepreneurship. The findings of this study suggest that improving the intellectual capital of the organization and its dimensions can be the context provides for an entrepreneurial technologies And in this way to improve the competitive advantage.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cluster on organizational compliance and organizational learning. The purpose of research is applied, in terms of nature and method, descriptive-survey of correlation type. Statistical population composed of employees in industrial cluster units of Kurdabad (660 staff) and the cluster units of science and technology of Hamedan province (280 staff), respectively, from the industrial cluster of 248 employees and from the science and technology cluster of 162 employees were selected as samples by relative class method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was verified through Cronbach's alpha and validity through confirmatory factor analysis. In order to analyze the path analysis model, T-test and Levine test, we used the Sobel test to analyze the median variable. The analysis results indicated that the cluster directly and indirectly through organizational learning affects on organizational compliance. Organizational learning has a direct and significant effect on organizational compliance. But in comparing cluster science and technology cluster with industrial cluster in terms of organizational compliance and organizational learning, the cluster of science and technology is better off.

Energy supply resources can be categorized in to 3 main groups as fossil energy, nuclear energy and renewable energy. Nowadays due to the increase in population and energy consumption, energy security and environmental pollution issue, has led the planners to the use of renewable energy. Besides, development of the power plant technology of renewable energy production is counted among the most important issues in the efficiency of this type of energy. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of technology spillover on the production share of renewable energies in total energy for selected countries during 1996 to 2013. For this purpose, by the use of GMM method for dynamic panel data, the impact of technology spillover that arising from product import and foreign direct investment, on the production share of renewable energies in total energy has been tested. The results indicate a positive and significant effect changing technology spillover channel foreign direct investment and positive and significant effect changing technology spillover channels imports in both groups selected developing developed countries.

In today's competitive environment, companies focus on entrepreneurial behavior. so managers try to provide the conditions for appropriate entrepreneurship. Some companies create an enterprise environment that is more entrepreneurial than other organizations. An evaluation of the organization's entrepreneurial environment, theorized and It has been shown that is an important element for success in implementation corporate entrepreneurship strategy. Research on organizational change efforts, Like implementing an corporate entrepreneurship strategy, Need to analyze the current organizational environment or the status of "Organization Preparation for corporate entrepreneurship". Therefore, in this research has been tried review the effects of Organizational Preparedness Corporate Entrepreneurship on Innovation performance and Financial Performance with mediating variable of Entrepreneurial Orientation in active organizations in the food industry in Tehran. The present study due to its objective is practical and terms of methodology, descriptive correlational. With simple random sampling were selected 254 organizations as an example. For data analysis were used structural equation modeling technique and Smart PLS2 software. The results indicate that the organizational preparedness corporate entrepreneurship variable has a positive and significant effect on financial performance and innovation performance. Also, entrepreneurial orientation variable has a positive and significant effect on innovation and financial performance. The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the relationship between organizational preparedness corporate entrepreneurship and innovation and financial performance was confirmed.

External environment of organizations includes in uncertainty, ambiguity and transformation. In these circumstances, strategic directors of organizations track an approach using the intuitive decision making skills and improvisational capabilities which result in quick decisions in facing challenges and help them improve the performance by responding to external changes quickly. The current research look for designing an organized framework in regards to the concepts of strategic intelligence, strategic improvisation and Agility performance in connection with each other and in Iranian knowledge based companies, trying to take action regarding development of available frontiers of knowledge in this area. This research is an applied-surveying type. The required data for this research has been collected through questioners by random sampling of knowledge based companies which are active in the field of information technology in Iran. Meanwhile, structural equations method is used through making use of Smart PLS ˡ software for data analysis. The obtained results indicate that the strategic intelligence and strategic improvisation are effective on Agility performance of Iranian knowledge based companies. Meanwhile the mediation role of strategic improvisation on effectiveness of strategic intelligence on Agility performance of Iranian Knowledge based companies is verified.
