Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cluster on organizational compliance and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING. The purpose of research is applied, in terms of nature and method, descriptive-survey of correlation type. Statistical population composed of employees in INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER units of Kurdabad (660 staff) and the cluster units of science and technology of Hamedan province (280 staff), respectively, from the INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER of 248 employees and from the SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CLUSTER of 162 employees were selected as samples by relative class method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was verified through Cronbach's alpha and validity through confirmatory factor analysis. In order to analyze the path analysis model, T-test and Levine test, we used the Sobel test to analyze the median variable. The analysis results indicated that the cluster directly and indirectly through ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING affects on organizational compliance. ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING has a direct and significant effect on organizational compliance. But in comparing cluster SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CLUSTER with INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER in terms of organizational compliance and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING, the cluster of science and technology is better off.
