The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing business expenditure on R&D (BERD) in Iran. The methodology of this research is quantitative and a sample including 27 R&D managers of businesses in the fields of pharmaceutical industry, nanotechnology, and advanced materials were selected and gathered data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares approach using SmartPLS. The results confirmed the hypothesis of the influence of financial and non-financial resource in addition to the influence of competence or cooperation between companies on BERD at 95% confidence level. Moreover, it was shown that public policies and regulations have a meaningful influence on the availability of financial and non-financial resources. Regarding the amount of influence, factors related to the competence or cooperation between companies have the most influence on the amount of BERD; after that, the availability of non-financial resources and financial resources influence the amount of BERD.

Innovation systems of any countries is one of the most important subjects that affected directly by science and technology policies. Innovation systems are categorized to: technological, sectoral, regional and national innovation systems. New compounding advantages made by combining every two approaches of innovation systems. In Iran, according to the importance of upstream sector of petroleum industry, petrochemical sector has requirements for creating added value from innovation. According to the sectoral management, the combination technological and sectoral innovation systems seem appropriate for closer analysis of dominated conditions on innovation in this arena. Therefore in this paper, introduced interactions in sectoral innovation system were applied for modeling the technological innovation system about one of the catalystes of Petrochemical industry in Iran. Proposed model was developed by using the System Dynamics approach. Also in this model, Monte Carlo simulation was used to indicate the functions behavior during the innovation lifecycle. The results predict the functions state of the innovation system, analyzing the innovation life cycle and the requirements governing its development. This indicates the status of the development of selected technology in technological innovation system studied.

The purpose of this qualitative study was identifying and analyzing factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship in the field of ICTs. Therefore, using the opinions and viewpoints of experts in the field of ICTs, including experts and managers of the ministry of ICTs, the Delphi technique was used in three phases(n = 47). The instrument of collecting data was open questionnaire and structured questionnaire. Findings showed that 8 factors were effective in development of entrepreneurship in the field of ICTs. The identified factors were ranked based on the answers of experts. Based on research findings, the factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship in the field of ICTs in order of importance were: Support for technology and innovation in the field of ICTs, policy-making and implementation of ICTs entrepreneurship development programs; support entrepreneurs in the field of ICTs, development of small and medium size companies in the field of ICT, support, technical and management services in the field of ICTs, promoting the entrepreneurship in the field of ICTs; financial support in the field of ICTs and infrastructure development.

Technology readiness needs identify and steady state planning and capacity driven is one of defense, industrial organization management problem for risk reduce of technology expanding that they face to questions about technology readiness existence stable options and how relationship and effects between them. Object of this research is effectiveness options determine on technology readiness grow for earning and technology successful expanding and rate of options effect explain for steady state planning. So after expand library studies and introduce to experts of defense industry by Delphi method key options determine that are effectiveness on technology usage, category effectiveness options of organization readiness for defense technology expanding strategies successful implement and calculate relation between guider options include, defense technology expanding management, finance source, human source, organization structure, research and development and guided option include, defense technology driven capacity, organization exit relations, knowledge management and defense industry structure and identify rate of options effects and importance.

New and innovative Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products have always been produced and supplied in the country's food industry, which has sometimes faced defeat and lack of acceptance by middlemen and final consumers. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the adoption of innovative FMCG products and their prioritization for the first time. . In order to analyze the data, there have been used confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations. The Analytical Network Process (ANP) has also been used to prioritize factors affecting the acceptance of innovative products. Finally, 35 final indicators were identified and validated in form of 9 factors. Research findings using structural equations show that among all factors, the risk factor for the adoption of an innovative product has the highest impact and individual factor has the least effect on the acceptance of innovative products. Also, with the ANP technique, the risk of adopting the innovative product is in the first priority and the innovative product delivery strategy, the innovative product introduction program, innovative product features, information, customer relationship, product test capability, environmental conditions and individual factors are placed in the next priorities.

Acceptance of information technology is very important for technology success in a community. Connected Vehicle Technology (CVT) is one of the new information technologies in Iran. forecasting the acceptance of this technology is very important for policy makers and investors. Thus, this paper based on UTAUT model of acceptance and a survey about taxi drivers tries to evaluate acceptance of Connected Vehicle Technology (CVT). for data analysing, using SPSS software, "t" test and ANOVA were used. briefly Results show that ragarding UTAUT model, performance expectancy and social influence are good but effect expectancy and facilitating conditions are not very good.
