Data collection was done through questionnaires of hardiness Kobasa, Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RIS) and Occupational Burnout Maslach. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16 statistical software. Results: The data analysis showed that there is a direct relationship between the resilience and Hardiness (R=0.409). There is a significant inverse relationship between resilience and emotional analysis (r=-0.384) and there is a significant negative correlation between resiliency and depersonalization (r=-0.372). There is also a significant inverse relationship between Hardiness and emotional analysis (r=-0.342). There is a significant inverse relationship between hardiness and depersonalization (r=-0.435). Finally, it was shown that there is no significant relationship between resilience and Hardiness with the lack of personal accomplishment (R=0.780).Conclusion: resilience and Hardiness were seen as the predictors of burnout among health workers in health network in the city of Kamyaran.

Abstract:

Introduction: Obsessive compulsive disorder has been comorbid with several disorder, it accompanies serious problems and deficiencies in the working lives of those afflicted with it.Aim: The purpose of this study was conducted the effectiveness of schema therapy on modification early maladaptive schemas patient with resistant Obsessive-Compulsion disorder (OCD).Method: Samples include all patients with resistant OCD, on year 2013 referring were center psychiatrist-psychology Arak city. For this purpose, in a quasi- experimental study pre-test and post-test with control group, 24 subjects resistant (OCD) were selected via convenient sampling which randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. Subjects were assessed for early maladaptive schemas, both before and after the treatment. The experimental group had received twenty session of schema therapy approach. To assess the schema using Schema Question and Young Parenting Inventory. The applied intervention was evaluated in three stages: pretest, post-test and one month follow-up. Data were analyzed by of repeated measurement and Graphical Diagram. Results: The Results of present study showed severity of Schema dominant decreased the significantly in the experimental group than the control group (p=0.001).Conclusion: It appears that Schema therapy with applying Techniques Cognition, Experiential, and also unique therapeutic alliance, could be effective for reducing the severity Schema dominant of resistant obsessive-compulsion disorder (OCD).

Statistical society included all of individuals with overweight that were clients of nutrition clinics and sport clubs of Esfahan city, in 2014 that among them 40 persons selected by convenience sampling and assigned randomly in one experimental group (n=20) and one control group (n=20).8 sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy (each of them was 2 houres) performed for experimental group while control group received no intervention. General Health Questionnair-12 (GHQ-12) and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire for Weight related problems (AAQW) used as the instruments of the study in pre-test, post test and follow up stages for two groups. Data analyzed through ancova and Mann- Witney U test. Results: Results showed that cognitive behavioral therapy caused to significant improvement of mental health and reduction of psychological flexibility in post-test. These effects maintained in follow up stage. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, cognitive behavioral therapy can considered as an efficient intervention to improvement of mental health in individuals with overweight. However Based on the results of this study, the claim of acceptance and commitment therapy approach confirmed as reduction of psychological flexibility in procedure of cognitive behavioral therapy.

Abstract:

Background: Due to the complex and heterogeneous nature of Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder (OCD), one cannot rely on a theory to explain this disorder.Purpose: So the aim of the current study was to predict OCD based on three variables including latent aggression, metacognitive beliefs and responsibility.Method: A sample of 158 students of kharazmi university (100 female and 58 male) were conveniently selected and answered Maudsley Obsessive Compulsive Inventory (MOCI), Metacognition Questionnaire-30 (MCQ-30), Responsibility and Interpersonal Behaviors and Attitudes Questionnaire (RIBAQ) and Responsibility Attitude Scale (RAS). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis. Results: Results indicated that among the predictor variables, uncontrollability metacognitive variable was the best predictor of obsessive symptoms. In the next step worry-responsibility variable had the most predicting potency. Conclusion: So it seems that among this three models of OCD, metacognitive model has the best potency of predicting OCD symptoms and this result can be considered in therapeutic implications.

Abstract:

Objective: Shame is one of the important self-conscious emotions that have a crucial function in mental well-being and vulnerability to mental disorders. Lack of shame and being very ashamed one come with psychopathology. Shame consists of two important components, those are internal and external. External shame scale at first was designed by Gross and his colleagues. According to their factor analysis, 3 factors of feel of inferiority, feelings of emptiness and being ashamed of making mistake are determined for external shame.Method: In order to survey about psychometric properties and factor structure analysis of this scale, 210 individuals from Shahid Beheshti university of medical sciences in Tehran were chosen in available sampling procedure. The participants were also asked to complete the scales of external shame, self- compassion, negative affect and perfectionism.Liserl-8 andSSPS-18 were used for analyzing data. Cronbach's Alpha, Correlation Coefficient and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were calculated. Results: The three-factor structure of external shame scale was supported by the results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis in Iranian sample (RMSEA=0.09, NFI=0.94, CFI=0.96).External Shame Scale had the positive and meaningful correlation with perfectionism) 0.17 ( and negative affect) 0.51 (; and had negative and meaningful correlation with selfcompassion) 0.21 (. Also Cornbrach’s Alpha coefficient, for the whole of scale and factors of feel of inferiority, feelings of emptiness and being ashamed of making mistake were gained 0.93, 0.92, 0.71 and 0.75 respectively. Conclusion: The three-factor structure of external shame scale demonstrated acceptable psychometric properties in Shahid Beheshti University. Shame positively relate to symptoms of psychopathology. The external shame scale have suitable psychometric properties for the use of research and clinical practice.

Abstract:

This study was conducted in order to compare the copying strategies and problem solving styles in depressed and non-depressed students. In this study, Participants were selected from undergraduate students in Qom Azad University (N=200 females) through random sampling. Participants completed Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Cassidy & Long Problem Solving Styles and Billings and Moos Coping Responses Inventory (CRI). Data were analyzed using linear regression and variance analysis. The Results of study illustrated that that coping styles, non-constructive problem solving styles and depression have significant relation and depressed students used more emotional control and somatization (physical control) comparing to non-depressed students. On the other hand, non-depressed students used more Creative, Confidence and Approach Styles of problem solving styles. There was significant difference between two groups of depressed and non-depressed students. Helplessness, control and confidences among problem solving styles and just physical control could forecast depression symptoms.

Introduction: World Health Organization (WHO) defines the health as a state of welfare complete physical, mental and social. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of training rational-emotivebehavior therapy on mental health of women in prisons in Tehran (2011) was performed. Methods: 148 prisoners were selected in two groups of non-intervention and treatment of mental and emotional education of the Evin prison in Tehran. Tests SCL-90-R, one-sample Kolmogorov-smear, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Mann-Whitney test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov twosample, t-test single sample and chi-square were used.Findings: All indices were significantly different between the two groups (p<0.001). In the intervention group showed, the results of both non-parametric tests indicated a significant difference between the two independent groups (p<0.001). However in the control group, the two statistical methods were not consistent with each other. Conclusion: The rational-emotive-behavior therapy intervention is effective in reducing men World Health Organization, Health and Welfare state of complete physical, mental and social well defined.tal disorders in women prisoners.
