Many scholars have researched on the Holy Qur'an. Yet, based on Halliday’ s Theory, the patterns of experience are represented through the processes and within the framework of the experiential metafunction of the language. This Metafunction defines the speaker's attitude towards the universe and examines the propositional content of each section. The current research seeks to scrutinize the content of five Qur’ anic Surahs starting with the word Qol, based on Halliday’ s Systemic Functional Theory, in order to obtain a better understanding of the Divine Word and to approach perfection. Upon the extraction of meanings and classification of eighty nine verbs of the above-mentioned Surahs, the statistical studies revealed that all the six types of verb processes are used in them. In the Al-Jinn Surah, the mental process is the most frequent one, in line with the dominant atmosphere, followed by the material and verbal processes in the next ranks, while in the other four Surahs, the material process has the most frequency probably because the text should be understandable to human beings. The next rank is taken by the verbal process, which is consistent with the classification of these Surahs, and their beginning with the word ‘ Qol’ .
