literal knowledge. It seems that his literal aspect has not taken into account much compared to other aspects of his personality. Whatever exists are testimony by some of the pioneers in the fields of knowledge and literature confirming his erudition in poetry and literature. After introducing the poetical and literary aspects of Shafe‘i’s personality, this article attempts to answer as: what are the subjects and the standards of Shafe‘i’s poem? After the research on his poetical works, the acquired results show that wisdom and value were two main subjects of Shafe‘i’s verses. Self-respect, modesty, contentment, generosity, virtue, good conduct, knowledge, excellence and affection for prophetic family, are the main terms in Shafe‘i’s poetical works.

Ibn al-Moqaffa, an Iranian thinker and reformer lived in the era when people suffered from tyranny. He had well realized the root of people's problem which he attributed to the political regime. He was the one who believed that the progress of common men depends on the progress of nobles and their progress is not possible without their leader's progress. The society in those days was in desperate need of a reformer who could remove the diversion and discover a right and healthy way of life. He taking into account his own personality based on Iranian and Islamic culture, followed a realist approach in which he noted people’s problems and through criticism turned the attention of rulers so that they could bring justice and good to the people. Ibn Moqaffa, in his political writings, relied on critique and saw it as a means for reformation. His main goal was the social welfare but that made the ruling class furious. Although, Moqaffa failed to improve the rulers, his reform process gradually succeeded.

Narrative frequency is one of the main temporal and stylistic categories as well as an important miraculous aspect de-familiarizing Qur’an. The story of Adam is among the Qur’anic stories that have been repeated in seven verses. Of the artistic aspects of this story, it can be referred to its narrative dissemination. The types of frequency differing from singular, anaphoric, style and anaphoric frequency where the last two have been used more due to their semantic aspects. Of the functions of frequency in the story of Adam, one can mention the emphasis on the former meaning by verbal and stylistic dislocation or the verbal correlation, fixation of meaning in the mind of the addressee and immortality of the content, surprise of the reader, signification and enrichment, clarification of the event and character and concentration on the theme in the story and expansion of the concepts and aesthetic function. This story has employed unique narrative styles in selection that inspires different meanings such as de-familiarization frequency, frequent retrospective and prospective and combination of both of them and utilization of different view points, usage of continuous tense and these styles serve for religious and educational purposes. This paper tries to explain the de-familiarization of frequency.

Stylistics is one of the main trends that try to look for beauties in the text. It interested in studying literary texts based on an objective approach for analyzing texts to find the beauties. We can get through that by analyzing the language and rhetorical phenomena in the text in terms of the three levels, vocal, synthetic, and indicative. Style is one rhetorical face in the book Nahjo Al-Balaqe. This study tries to study the stylistics in Alshaqshaqyeh sermon which is one of the main sermons lectured by Emam Ali. This sermon talks about grieves and sorrows of Emam Ali after the prophet Mohammad Death.It tells us all about Emam's complaint and sorrow and patience.This study based on a descriptive method of research targeted the artistic sides in this sermon based on the stylistics in the text. We concluded that most vocals used in this sermon are hissing and whispering phones which are used mainly in grief and sorrow. In the synthetic level the verbal sentences are in past tense which is mainly used in storing the incidents and the sad feelings. These sad feelings made the Emam use short sentences.In the rhetorical level we can see the artistic coordination among words and sentences.And, the meaning is clear through embodying the sense images.

This study attempts to examine the multilingualism in Algeria, in other words, the phenomenon of linguistic diversity which characterizes the Algerian reality and its relationship. For that matter the articlevisualizes the linguistic level of learners especially children, highlighting the characteristics of the multiplicity of its causes and manifestations. Here, the descriptive methodology is used to trace historicity of the language, describing its forms and fields. Since the issue of research is required to demonstrate the impact of this pluralism in Algeria and tries to draw actual linguistic state in the African nation, the paper accidentally reaches to some results showing the multiplicity of treatment without harming national and linguistic identity. It confirms that the Arabic language is above any multiplicity and such case by combining the origin status which is specific to the language, which represents the spirit that keeps the identity and not to the exclusion of the linguistic diversity that protects the identity of those as well.

Royal fiqh or what has come in these days as political jurisprudence with the inclusion of issues and topics of politics and government also contains topics of social and economic importance particularly those linked to combating poverty and public hunger as well as attention to social justice which scholars of Islam paid attention from old days. Authors in this way tried to check the system of a government for instance signs of solidarity and cooperation between social components of the Muslim community on the ground. Among the issues surveyed in depth was the social solidarity in Islamic jurisprudence. The current paper tries top take the issue that has been ignored until now.
