Background and objectives: Political insight and awareness is an inevitable necessity for any organization and the promotion of the political dimension in the managers of that organization is of great importance. Based on this, knowing the indicators of political insight based on the content of the Supreme Leader's statements and the statement of the second step of the revolution is necessary for the I.R.I. Police group. The purpose of the present study is to explain the indicators of improving the political insight of the commanders and managers of I.R.I. Police, emphasizing the statement of the second step of the revolution.Methodology: In terms of its objectives, the current study is of an applied research type, and in terms of the nature it is an exploratory study with content analysis. Its sampling was done purposefully. In data collection, the statements of the Supreme Leader and the statement of the second step were studied and the content related to the topic was selected. Citaway software was used for data collection and MAXQDA software was used for organizing categories and in the process of explaining indicators, open, central and selective coding were used.Findings: According to the final volume of 214 pages of analyzed content, the research findings were identified as 1122 codes and sub-codes regarding the six dimensions of revolutionism, devoting to the leader, anti-arrogance, enmity, chronology and foresight in the form of 89 sets of main codes.Results: Based on the main indicators, six components of "revolutionism, devoting to the leader, anti-arrogance, enmity, chronology and foresight" were identified and explained in the field of political intelligence. The results of the research show that these indicators have a significant effect in improving the political insight of the commanders and managers of I.R.I. Police.

Background and objectives: The lifestyle of the family institution in the country is one of the important topics of the cultural arena, which after more than four decades of life with the blessing of the glorious Islamic revolution of Iran, the Supreme Leader has emphasized it more and more. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept and the place of family life style in Islamic culture from the point of view of the Supreme Leader. The research questions are as follows: what are the harms of the family institution's lifestyle in today's society? What are the characteristics of the family institution's lifestyle in cultural governance, and what role should cultural guardian institutions play in order to promote the family institution's lifestyle?Method: The research method is a qualitative type of documentary study and the statements have been studied by means of gathering information and referring to the leader's website. The sampling method is purposeful according to the goals of the research and the document analysis method has been used.Findings and results: In order to realize and achieve the desired Iranian family, it is necessary to institutionalize and strengthen Islamic-Iranian culture. Prescribing the promotion of Islamic-Iranian culture for the lifestyle of the Iranian family institution is a function of the deep connection between Islamic culture and the customs of the authentic culture of Iranian families. The results obtained from it can introduce the culture of the Tayyaba family by expressing the most important strategies inside and outside the family, as well as the institutionalization of Islamic culture for the lifestyle of the Iranian family institution by the institutions in charge of culture, while identifying pathology and avoiding the western lifestyle. The authentic Islamic-Iranian culture should guide the basic steps.

Background and objectives: The purpose of this research is to investigate intellectual education and its goal based on the thoughts of the Hakim Sadr al-Mutalahin. Methodology: Using the qualitative content analysis method, the present research analyzes, represents, and infers the existing content about reason, education and intellectual education in the texts and works of Hakim Sadr al- Mutalahin Shirazi. Findings and Results: The findings of the research show that reason from the perspective of Sadr al-Mutalahin is based on his ontological foundations, and in order to achieve it, a person must go through the stages of the soul based on rational education to reach its ultimate development and approach the essence of oneness. The results of this research indicate that based on the wisdom of Mulla Sadra, intellectual education is a way for a person to enter the rank of Islam and then by attaining the ranks of faith, discovery and intuition and passing through the rank of active intellect and the position of benevolence and finally reaching the position of the manifestation of God for the purpose of rational education.

Background and objectives: Analysts have always had a one-dimensional perspective in examining the roots of the correct model of political competition in the view of Imam Khomeini and focused most of their activities on the Imam's guidelines in the field of reminding the people and elites of their duties in the field of political and electoral competition. However, the present article deals with the shaping factors of political competition in Imam's thought, originating from religious democracy and against the two ideologies of fascism and conservatism. Method: The main method of the current research is qualitative and its approach is analytical. Findings: By delving into Imam Khomeini's thought after the victory of the revolution, social forces (in the form of the material system), ideological foundations (in the form of the ideological system) and political institutions (in the form of the institutional system) are the basis of a healthy political competition. Results: Within the framework of the material system, he always reminded the people and political elites of their duties in the field of political competition. This system keeps political competition away from fragmentation (fascism) and the society from being affected by the culture industry (liberal conservatism). Also, in the form of an ideological system, they attempted to match the foundations of political competition within the framework of Islamic teachings, whose function is to avoid radicalism and opposition to maintaining the status quo (fascism). And within the framework of the institutional system, while establishing political institutions to create and monitor political competition, he started to institutionalize political behavior, which leads to the observance of citizen rights and increasing the functions of the Islamic government (religious democracy) in the form of a healthy political competition.

Background and objectives: Political education means cultivating the virtues, knowledge and skills needed for political participation. Therefore, the present research has been conducted with the aim of examining political education and guidance courses and designing guidelines for developing a desirable educational model for political education in Amin Police University. Method: The research method is concurrent mixed-method (qualitative-quantitative). The present research population includes all students of the Police University and specialists in political education and curriculum. In this research, 263 students were randomly selected to fill out the questionnaire and 7 professors were selected as samples for purposeful interviews. The quantitative results of this research were analyzed using SPSS 18 statistical software and at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. At the level of inferential statistics, independent t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, chi-square test and post hoc tests (Fisher's and Scheffe's tests) were used. In the qualitative part, the data was analyzed and interpreted by thematic analysis method. Findings: Based on the findings, the current status of political education and guidance courses in the four main components of goals and priorities, teaching-learning methods, educational content and evaluation quality was significantly evaluated at the medium to high level. Also, the non-priority of general courses, especially in the field of political guidance, is one of the most important challenges of education in this field. Results: Supporting the current education process will not fully respond to the interests and advancement of the main goals of political education, and the use of an educational guide designed to formulate the curriculum of political education and guidance can be a way forward. At the end, based on the findings, suggestions have been made for the implementation of the presented model.
