Background and Objectives: One of the beliefs of humankind in all divine and spiritual religions, particularly Islam, is the emphasis on mystical belief. Mystical beliefs have been prevalent among a group of Muslims since the early centuries of Islam. According to Attar, the paths that mystics follow are divided into seven stages. Knowing, understanding, and traversing these stages is essential for every traveler on the path of mysticism. Therefore, a more comprehensive introduction to Attar's mystical valleys is included in the twelfth-grade textbook. This is necessary and essential for the younger generation to become more familiar with these concepts. Findings: A comprehensive introduction to the mystical stages from the perspective of Attar's masnavis (The Conference of the Birds, The Book of Secrets, The Book of God, and The Book of Affliction) is recorded, with sample evidence from the poems and brief interpretations at each stage. During the research, viewpoints from scholars in this field were written to complete the definition of the valleys. Given the importance of Attar as a model in the land of mysticism, in the twelfth-grade Persian textbook, lesson fourteen, "Simorgh and the Thirty Birds (Phoenix, Anqa)" explains the mystical ideas and valleys (Request, Love, Knowledge, Self-sufficiency, Monotheism, Wonder, and Annihilation) in a descriptive-analytical manner. Conclusion: In introducing and more clearly explaining the valleys, it was concluded that the structure of all Attar's masnavis is based on these seven stages, which the traveler must traverse to reach the beloved. Greater knowledge and awareness of these stages among the audience will facilitate the journey of the travelers.
