The role of social networks in the consumerism of women and youthAbstractConsumption is not a new phenomenon, but in today's era, due to the high influence of social networks among people and the availability of all aspects of consumerism, this phenomenon has become a matter beyond meeting needs. Meanwhile, young people and women, due to their unique and diverse spirit, also as the main audience of social networks; they are the main and active consumers of the society. Since consumerism can have wide-ranging negative consequences, with the aim of understanding and explaining this phenomenon, the present study studied the types of consumerism caused by the influence of social networks among young people and women with the meta-analysis method. The results of the qualitative analysis of the texts of more than 15 domestic and foreign studies showed that more than 45 concepts are related to consumerism through social networks, which are 10 subcategories: aesthetic, materialism, fashionism, viral marketing, and business development. Online, media advertising, blogging, western acculturation, promotion of local culture, production of new culture and four main categories: theatrical consumption, commercial consumption, media consumption, cultural consumption.Keywords: social networks, lifestyle, consumerism, youth, women

The spread of the media in the present age and the influence on all political, social and personal dimensions of human life has made the need for a media to guide human beings to true perfection more and more felt, which is referred to as "monotheistic media" and in this regard religion Islam, as the last and most complete divine religion, has instructions; For example, in verse 125 of Surah An-Nahl, in connection with the monotheistic media, he has stated the method of propagating and inviting the truth with the three methods of wisdom, good preaching and good debate. In other words, one of the most central methods of combating Western media domination is to call for the rights and guidance of human beings. In fact, the media has a mission to address issues such as religiosity and religious values, the call to truth, guidance and religious identity. In this research, which is organized by documentary method and content analysis of verse 125 of Surah An-Nahl, the content of the monotheistic media has been studied and the capabilities of this media in the field of religion and strengthening the religiosity of individuals have been explained. Accordingly, the condition for the success of the monotheistic media is the use of strong and convincing reasoning along with good preaching. In fact, persuading the audience in human guidance is very important and should be given more attention in the monotheistic media.

Man's survival has always depended on the right answer to his needs. The needs that must be properly addressed in every period of history in order to survive and then create a quality life. One of these needs is the need to have shelter. With the advent of the new Corona virus and the emergence of Covid-19 disease, people's lifestyles underwent extensive changes, one of the most important of which was returning home. The home we have moved away from in pursuit of modernity and spent most of the day and night in urban spaces and on the streets. The present study will be conducted by the method of layer analysis of causes in four layers of litany analysis, macro-social causes, discourse/worldview and metaphor/myth. With the help of four layers in this method, we will achieve a comprehensive and clear view by delving into the subject under study. With the help of in-depth and semi-structured interviews and purposeful selection of people who have expertise in the field under research, the research has advanced to the stage of theoretical saturation. And after classifying the answers, we came up with alternative metaphors and discourses for the home regarding the prevalence of Covid-19 disease. Alternative discourses include such things as naturalism, technological determinism, existentialism, and cultural revision. By identifying and carefully examining the alternative discourses that support alternative futures, one can prepare oneself to face them.

Ramzarz's entry into the world of transactions has affected many mechanisms of society, including the birth of smart transactions. In these transactions, all obligations and guarantees in case of non-fulfillment of the obligation will be fulfilled automatically. This research has been done by analytical-descriptive method and its purpose is to investigate the Islamic-Iranian model of the need to use these contracts. According to jurisprudential interpretations, providing social and economic security is the duty of the government, one example of which is the imposition of a smart contract with the aim of eliminating formal transactions. It was concluded that some of the positive effects of using smart contracts are needed to have a healthy society. Formal transactions in this situation face a high risk, and therefore smart transactions can be considered as a way to deal with the conclusion of formal transactions, which has favorable socio-legal effects. Therefore, according to the doctrine of Velayat-e-Faqih, the government must take an important step towards combating the crime of concluding formal transactions by forcing transactions in this way.

The present study aims to investigate the impact of knowledge trade on the pattern of Iranian Islamic progresswith environment-biased technical progress approach, and presents a new theoretical model of knowledge trade based on the new economic growth theory. The MSIH-VAR model was used to test the impact of three forms of knowledge trade (direct introduction of technology, technological spillovers of foreign direct investment (FDI), and reverse deconstruction of imported products) on sustainable development, production technology, and environmental technology in the period 2009 - 2020 and 20 Industry . The impulse response equation indicates that developing countries can only improve their environmental technology levels through the direct introduction of technology. The research results : a ) knowledge trade in the form of both direct introduction of technology and reverse deconstruction of imported products can improve sustainable development locally. b) Below a certain level of environmental technology, knowledge trade has a positive impact on sustainable development, irrespective of its form. c) even though knowledge trade acquired through FDI has negative effects on sustainable development, it could still have positive effects when environment-biased technology reaches a certain level. d) the economy could grow stably and sustainably in the long term if improved its independent innovation ability, technology absorbing capacity, technical level, and management experience. Finally, the The government needs to direct resources toward R&D and education through preferential tax policies and gradually accumulate vast quantities of knowledge and human capital.

In the present era, public management, like other institutions, faces many challenges in promoting effectiveness, which is due to changes that have occurred in the cultural, social, economic and political fields. When the vital role of religious culture is ignored in the organization, it will probably lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the organization.The current research is applied from the point of view and descriptive objective, and in terms of the direction of alignment and compatibility between the variables, regression analysis has been used. Also, the way to collect information in the field is by using a questionnaire, the statistical population includes all managers, experts and employees of police electronic service offices (10+ police) at the level of Gilan province.Probability sampling method with a sample size of 392 people. Findings, positive results were obtained for all hypothetical links (direct and indirect relationships). Results Among the main variables, human-centered religious culture with a coefficient of r = 0.862 has the highest and environment-oriented religious culture with a coefficient of r = 0.421 has the lowest impact on effectiveness.The results of this study provide insights about the influence of religious culture on the behavior of organization members and the effectiveness of the organization in the form of Islamic Iranian organizational culture in government organizations in the form of a framework of competitive values and states that understanding and improving Religious culture can lead to the creation of a suitable interpersonal environment that helps to improve organizational effectiveness,

National unity has been a guarantee of the survival of every society and country ever since. The aim of many politicians, the media and ... is to strengthen the spirit of national unity among citizens. There are numerous factors involved in the formation or destruction of national unity; factors such as the existence of language, flag, race, ethnicity, religion, shared memory and so on are among the factors that underpin national unity. In the meantime, attention to ethical characteristics as an important factor in the creation of national unity has not been much considered. The main purpose of this study is to examine national unity with regard to such factors as individual beliefs, the trust, interest in motherland, past experiences, patriotism, and so on. This study was conducted using DEMATEL model and Pearson correlation test in SPSS and Excel with 82 population. The results indicate that the most important ethical component is the basis for establishing and maintaining the unity of individual beliefs at 4.357. And according to the Spearman correlation method, there is a significant (SIG = 0.017) and positive (Correlation coefficient = 0.595) relationship between the variable of moral characteristics and national unity. Finally, suggestions were made for this research.

Citizenship is a right of every citizen as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Sometimes countries deprive their criminal nationals of their citizenship as punishment. This research was conducted by documentary-analytical-descriptive method. Research question: What is the nature and effects of the specific model of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding deprivation of citizenship? It is assumed that this model, based on the principles of Velayat-e-Faqih, is fully consistent with the fundamental principles of international law. It was stated that according to the broad interpretation of Article 41 of the Constitution, the state has the right to revoke citizenship with one of the two conditions of dual citizenship or at the request of the individual, and this right means the authority of the state and not the obligation to it. In the silence of the law, the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran has put this model in the executive procedure, which, despite having the authority to deprive the dissidents of their citizenship, not only does not take action against it, but also considers the possibility of amnesty. As a result, due to the alignment of this model with the principles of international law, its implementation strengthens the political credibility of the Islamic Republic in the world and increases confidence in the agreement with the government in the future. The positive effect of this practice was that dissident groups sometimes disintegrated from within, which is considered an important step towards ensuring the security of the country.

The misery index is one of the key indicators of the results, its increase is a sign of inflationary stagnation that can affect people's well-being and impose economic and social costs and reduce the performance of governments. This research tries to estimate and compare the relationship between the components of the knowledge-based economy on the poverty index of selected developing and developed countries using the panel method with random effects and fixed effects during the period of 1996-2016. The results show that in the selected developing countries, the components of education and skills, innovation and invention have a negative and significant relationship with the poverty index, while the component of information and communication technology has a positive and significant relationship, and the component of the institutional regime and economic structure has a negative relationship with the poverty index. There is a distress index, but it is not significant. In selected developed countries, the component of education and skill, institutional regime, and economic structure have a negative and significant relationship with the poverty index, while the component of innovation and invention and information and communication technology have a negative and positive relationship with the poverty index, but it is not significant.

Unity, empathy, and abandonment of strife and division are among the most fundamental, progressive and lofty human teachings. The environment as the bed of human life is one of the factors that can affect the formation of this important and if it does not play its desired role, it can distance man from this goal. This study aims to achieve the physical components of the environment in order to facilitate empathy and unity among the people of society; First, he studied the concept of community in architecture and urban planning and then, while linking it with the concept of a single nation, and relying on the enabling nature of the environment, provided physical components for the formation of harmony and empathy between sections of society in the context of Islamic culture. The main question of this research, which has been done with descriptive-analytical method and qualitative approach, is how to help the physical components of the environment to create unity, empathy and harmony among people from the perspective of Islamic thought. With the findings of this study, which represents several physical characteristics for the artificial environment, it can be hoped that the environment will be a platform for the formation of unity among the ummah.

In a relatively emerging process, incurable patients are kept frozen in the hope that definitive treatment will be discovered in the future. This descriptive-analytical study discusses the intellectual property rights of these individuals for the first time. In the case of these patients, there are two assumptions: death and life. The Republic of jurists, who have accepted the basis of this method, believe in the presumption of life, and therefore this strong theory can be accepted. Therefore, it can be assumed that the patient's intellectual property is managed by a lawyer or trustee. According to legal custom, the trustee must respect the side of the trust and only proceed with the transfer of the plan if the economic principles of such an economy. But the powers of the lawyer are specified and absolute in the contract. There is a lot of debate about the seizure of intellectual property, but the jurisprudence is that if the material income of the intellectual property is not enough to settle the debt, then the seizure of this property will take place. In a situation where the owner of the project is not able to manage the intellectual property, there is no concern to protect the right to manage the intellectual property and therefore the judicial procedure moves towards the direct seizure of the intellectual property.

Criminal and civil liability is personal according to the rules of the current legal system of our country and its transferability requires judicial procedures. However, according to the United States General Assembly Fire Department, if a claim is made for the purpose of saving the life / persons, the claimant will not be held directly liable by the injured party against the rescued person and the rescuer. This research has been done by analytical-descriptive method with the aim of investigating the applicability of this rule in the legal system of the country. It was concluded that at present, only under the jurisprudential rule of Ehsan and citing Article 167 of the Constitution, first a claim for damages was made against the rescuer, which is usually upheld, and then a secondary lawsuit was filed by the rescuer against the rescued, which was accepted by the judge. From the jurisprudential rules of harmlessness, benevolence, causation and loss depend. Therefore, the implementation of this rule in the Iranian legal system is facing problems. Therefore, for the strict implementation of this rule, it is necessary for the legislator, while adding an article or notes to the civil and criminal laws, to determine the aspects of liability due to urgency and having a positive motive, aspects of its transfer, and simple formalities.

In the Iran Chamber of Commerce, a special department is responsible for dealing with trade between Iran and Iraq, which is called the "Iran-Iraq Chamber of Commerce." The arbitration process for disputes between businessmen of the two countries is assigned to this institution. The said chamber does not have its own rules and generally conducts the arbitration mechanism by extending the rules of the Chamber of Commerce. In this research, the legal requirements governing this institution have been studied analytically-descriptively based on the views of Imam Khomeini. It was concluded that according to the broad interpretation of the statements and rulings of Imam Khomeini, arbitration between the merchants of the two countries, which have a Muslim majority population, should be done by Muslim arbitration and through mediation. Only if two non-Muslim businessmen are co-religionists will not be barred from electing their co-religionist arbitrator. This dispute resolution procedure should be mandatory and the process should be done in the shortest possible time. There is a need to clarify these issues within the framework of a legal source by formulating the regulations specific to the Iran-Iraq Chamber of Commerce.

One of the most important fields of study in the current political and human knowledge of the country is the study and research of what, how and why the Islamic-Iranian model of progress. The emphasis of the leadership is also based on drawing the desired vision of the Islamic revolution and the ways to realize it in the priorities of the development plan of the Islamic-Iranian model of the development of the Islamic Republic. Based on this, the current research with a practical purpose evaluates the Islamic-Iranian model of progress based on the opinion of elites using the SWAT technique. The type of research is applied-comparative and the research method is content analysis based on library and documentary information. In order to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats through a questionnaire, the SWOT technique was used, as well as to determine the scenarios and mechanisms for updating the planning of the Iranian Islamic model of progress, the scenario technique was used. The results of the research related to the SWAT model indicate the choice of an aggressive strategy in the direction of action. Therefore, in order to develop offensive strategies, the focus should be on internal strengths and external opportunities, and strengths should be placed next to the factors of opportunities. Also, in relation to the topic of the research, four scenarios have been presented in relation to updating and adapting the Islamic-Iranian model of progress according to the current conditions of the country.
