Abstract: 

Objective: The aim of the present study is to help to understand more precisely the contexts and infrastructures for strengthening a resilient society in the Islamic Republic of Iran, considering the theory of socialized security and development programs. Research design/methodology/approach: The present study was qualitative and its strategy was based on the content analysis method. The texts used as the basis for the analysis were all existing development programs in the country, and the researcher, using MaxQuda software, attempted to code, categorize, and analyze the themes extracted from the programs. Findings: The results showed that in order to strengthen a society by presenting development programs, it is necessary to pay attention to certain issues. These issues include: accurate assessment of the extent of incorrect implementation of programs; understanding of environmental conditions, both regional and international; examining the current political economy and the conditions governing it. This is because by ignoring these issues, the programs will remain at their level and will not reach the level of targeted implementation. Value/Originality of the Research: The present study can solve many ambiguities in the field of politics. The interdisciplinary nature of this research and the integration of knowledge of political sociology and the discourse of resistance are considered part of the value of the present study. Executive/Research Suggestions: This work is a suitable guide for appropriate policy-making and planning in order to strengthen a resilient society in the country

Abstract: 

Purpose: the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors and consequences of using strategic management dashboards with the FCM method. Methodology: The current research has been done quantitatively and qualitatively. This research is practical in terms of purpose and survey and exploratory in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research is the managers of government organizations and university professors, whose sample members were selected by the purposeful sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical saturation.  In this research, content analysis and coding method was used in qualitative part and fuzzy cognitive map method in quantitative part for data analysis. Findings: The research results show that improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness is the most important factor affecting in using strategic management dashboards. Also, increasing decision speed and reducing the cost of decision mistakes is its most important consequence. Originality: This research has studied one of the newest organizational phenomena under the title of strategic management dashboards. Other researches in this field have either focused on the design of management dashboards or have measured strategic management dashboards with other factors. However, by identifying the effective factors and the consequences of using strategic management dashboards, the current research provides solutions that make managers aware of how to use it.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to create a deep understanding of the way tasks are performed in organizational structures (except for the existing formal structure). Methodology: By using interpretive-structural modeling and using the opinions of 6 senior employees of Northern Khorasan Industrial Estates Company, the 12 active components in the activity structure of this company were deeply analyzed and hidden relationships between these components (as research variables) were identified. Findings: Based on this, it was found that the set of activities in this organization can be categorized into 4 levels according to its distance from the main mission of the organization. These levels revealed the differentiation of "dominant" interactions and effects between different organizational departments regardless of the levels defined in the formal structure of the organization. At the lowest level of the model, "Human Resources Development" and "Security" are the most effective departments of the organization. Also, in this analysis, it was found that "public relations" and "financing and market development" are considered the most effective parts of the organization. Originality/ value: The researchers' investigations showed that the use of this research method to analyze the organizational structure and hierarchy has never been done before. Recommendations: The structural scheme of an organization, regardless of what is defined as the official structure of the organization, can be influenced by various factors, including the organization's environment. With the help of this method, it is possible to achieve this true schema of the structure of an organization through deep analysis.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is examining the effects of spiritual leadership and its consequences among nurses and healthcare system. Because nurses have different problems such as high work pressures and lack of benefits .  Methodology: For testing the conceptual model, 1200 nurses were selected by stratified random sampling. They belonged to 18 provinces in Iran. Then, according to the population of public and private nurses, questionnaires were sent. Within three months and with one-month follow-ups, out of 1200 questionnaires, 1058 items were returned. Structural equation modeling and bootstrap approach were used to test H1 to H3 in Mplus7.4. Also, Ordinary least squares regression analysis was used in SPSS. 24.0 for moderation effect test. Findings: Empirical results show that the mediating effect of both dimensions p-j & p-o fit in the relationship between spiritual leadership & job engagement. Furthermore, career commitment strengthens the positive effect of p-j fit on job engagement. These findings are consistent with P-E fit & identity theory. Originality/ value: This study contributes to the literature by considering P-E dimensions as an additional explanatory mechanism in the relationship between spiritual leadership and job engagement. In other words, this study supplements and adds a new perspective to the explanation of the relationship between spiritual leadership and job engagement. Also, from identity theory, this study consider career commitment as a moderator between person-job fit and job engagement. It can deepen understanding the contingency factors that influence the outcomes of person-job fit.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Based The purpose of this research is to provide a model of dynamic capabilities of human resources with an agile approach in the oil industry Methodology: The method of data analysis in the qualitative part includes content analysis and in the quantitative part, structural equation modeling is used. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part includes 15 university professors and experts and human resource managers of companies and affiliated organizations of the oil industry. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews in the qualitative section and researcher-made questionnaires in the quantitative section. Questionnaire validity and construct validity and reliability were calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha. Findings: The model of dynamic capabilities of human resources with an agile approach was extracted in the form of 9 comprehensive themes, 27 organizing themes and 75 basic themes. The oil industry can increase the capacity, capabilities and capabilities of human resources through behavioral agility and through structural agility and The agility of human resources leadership will also be able to provide an appropriate response to these conditions, and due to the ability to understand the environment, they will be able to identify conditions and changes. Originality/ value: So far, no research has been done in Iran on the dynamic capabilities of human resources with an agile approach, and the importance of research innovation is due to the addition of an agile approach. Recommendations :It is suggested that the capabilities and potential competencies of the employees should be reformulated and updated and agile according to the current and future changes.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is the effect of using program budget in planning and accountability of Iraqi state universities. Methodology: This field research was conducted in Basra University, Iraq, with a practical approach. The statistical community includes the university president, vice presidents, financial manager and faculty members related to accounting, auditing, management, taxation and economics. This study has qualitative and quantitative sections, in the qualitative section, purposive sampling was used, and in the quantitative section, simple random sampling was used. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by structural equation method. Findings: The results of the hypotheses revealed that there is a significant relationship between the use of program budgeting and planning. Additionally, there is a significant relationship between the use of program budgeting and accountability. On the one hand, a significant relationship was found between advanced tools and technologies, government support, integrated government systems, and scientific and practical competence in improving the level of financial planning. Moreover, a significant relationship was found between advanced tools and technologies, government support, integrated government systems, and scientific and practical competence in measuring the effectiveness of financial planning. Furthermore, a significant relationship was found between advanced tools and technologies, government support, integrated government systems, and scientific and practical competence in accountability. Originality/ value: Iraq's public universities, including Basra University, face significant funding shortfalls that hinder their ability to provide quality education. By promoting effective budgeting and planning practices, this study aims to contribute to the long-term sustainability of Basra University and support the country's development goals.
