Abstract: 

In most manufacturing environments, it is difficult to ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Therefore, a middle point is necessary for the communication between manufacturers and customers. The traditional warehouse is not favored by current companies due to the cost of maintaining the inventory and laborious labor costs of order selection, storage and order taking. Therefore, logistics techniques that can help reduce inventory costs while increasing the flow of goods and shortening the transportation cycle are a significant approach for these companies. A transit loader is a special type of warehouse where the received products are immediately loaded to the exit dock door within 24 hours. As a result, order picking and storage activities can be minimized or eliminated.The purpose of this research is to investigate the location criteria of transit load (case study: Ardabil Arta Profile Company). The statistical population of this research includes all industrial engineers, production planners based in Arta Profile Company, Ardabil. According to Thomas Saati, 10 industry experts have been selected as a statistical sample. The tool used in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. In this research, the ANP method is used to prioritize the location of the transit load and to prioritize it, and the Fuzzy DEMATEL method is used to identify the severity of the cause and effect relationships of the transit load location. For this purpose, 28 criteria have been selected according to the opinion of industry experts. The results obtained from the network analysis method show that the first criterion of the vehicle routing problem with a value of 0.34 is higher than the rest of the dimensions. The results of the Fuzzy Dimetal method show that the distribution centers are in the first place, the reduction of delivery/distribution operations is in the second place, and the cost of lateness and early delivery is in the last place.

Abstract: 

Creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem is one of the strategies for economic development that can facilitate business growth, innovation, job creation, increased competitiveness, and sustainable development by establishing conducive conditions. Ecosystems comprise concentrated cultural perspectives, social networks, financial support, universities, and active economic policies that foster supportive environments. Efficient ecosystems facilitate the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities and encourage a direction towards competitiveness. Emphasis on competitiveness stems from the fact that companies operating in competitive markets produce higher quality, quantity, and more affordable products, thus paying more attention to market development and exports.The objective of this research is to design a model of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in competitive industries. This study employs a systematic approach and grounded theory methodology. The selection of competitive industries was based on the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, and ultimately, two industries were chosen: pharmaceuticals and food. Data were collected through 17 interviews with entrepreneurs in competitive industries, utilizing open, axial, and selective coding techniques. Finally, the research paradigm model encompassing primary conditions, contextual factors, intervening conditions, canonical variables, strategies, and consequences was presented. This study aids in understanding the entrepreneurial ecosystem by identifying key factors and their interactions, providing insights for policymakers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders to create a conducive environment for entrepreneurship and promote competitiveness

Abstract: 

Today, open innovation (OI) has become a competitive advantage for organizations. One of the challenges in using this is determining the organizational determinants for the proper use of OI, therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine organizational determinants for OI based on the APQC framework, and bibliometric analysis was used by descriptive, document co citation and keywords co-occurrences approaches. This research is practical in terms of purpose. The Population is those articles published in the WOS database, which are related to OI and the 13 categories of the APQC and for data analysis, Sitespace, VOS Viewer and Excel were used. Based on the results of the descriptive approach, the trend of publishing researches in the last few years was upward and Research Policy was determined as the most important journal in this field, also the United States was determined to be the most important country and Chesbrough was determined to be the best author. In the co-citation analysis, twelve clusters were determined, of which only one cluster was active, and the knowledge tree map of the researches was drawn, and the burst researches, the most citations, and the centrality were determined. By using co-occurrences analysis, research trends were investigated in three different time periods and in addition to drawing Network diagram of the keyword co-occurrences, up-to-date topics in this field were determined and analyzed in each of the 13 categories of the APQC.

Abstract: 

The steel industry, the cornerstone of modern infrastructure and economic development, has long been a vital driver of growth and industrialization. In recent years, the concept of green steel has emerged as a promising path to reduce the environmental impact of the steel industry. This article is done with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the challenges of green steel technology transfer, which is mixed from the point of view of practical purpose and method. In this research, library studies in the form of articles were used in the theoretical part in order to collect relevant information and related definitions and concepts. In the field section, a questionnaire was used to collect information. In the Fuzzy Delphi section, in order to identify indicators and components, a semi-open Fuzzy Delphi questionnaire and a combined interview were used. FBWM method was used in the ranking section. The sampling method is purposeful. In this article, an attempt has been made to introduce the most important economic, technological and policy-making obstacles and challenges. First, the researches that were conducted in line with the transfer of green steel technology were examined. Investigations showed that this industry is faced with challenges (1) lack of support policies (2) high costs (3) policy instability (4) lack of financial support (5) lack of coordination between institutions (6) technology level (7) technical problems (8) ) The low level of research and development (9) is facing a limited market. Finally, solutions were presented to solve these obstacles.

Abstract: 

Government institutions interact to shape the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem to foster the growth of technology-based businesses. The rationale for government intervention and policymaking in this domain stems from the public good nature of information and communication technology (ICT). The objective of this study is to identify policies for the development of ICT businesses within the framework of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Given the theoretical gap in ecosystem research, this article identifies policies through a field study based on the theories of entrepreneurial supply and demand. The research methodology follows a qualitative approach, with implicit expert knowledge gathered through semi-structured interviews. To determine a scientifically valid sample size, the snowball sampling method is employed, and theoretical saturation was reached after conducting 29 interviews. Data analysis is performed using three-stage coding. By integrating findings from the field study, literature review, and the contextual conditions of Iran, policies for the creation and growth of ICT businesses within the entrepreneurial ecosystem are identified. Based on the findings, policy recommendations are proposed. The theoretical contribution of this research lies in utilizing the lens of entrepreneurial supply and demand theories to address the theoretical gap in ecosystem research, while its practical significance is in identifying policies for the establishment and growth of ICT businesses within the Iranian context. The findings indicate that the government, through supply-side entrepreneurship policies, can play a role in developing the ICT ecosystem by fostering technological advancement, economic growth, educational improvement, population composition management, increasing urbanization rates, and mitigating human capital migration. On the demand side, the government can facilitate ICT business growth by expanding entrepreneurial opportunities, simplifying regulations to reduce transaction costs, developing institutions and modern financial markets, providing specialized training, and promoting technology transfer through enhanced collaboration between government, academia, and industry.

Abstract: 

The development of propulsion industries is one of the main goals of countries in the field of industrialization. For this reason, achieving this important action is not without harm and challenges. The current research aims to Pathology the Development of Drivers Industries in Ardabil Province. This research is of an applied type and its research method is mixed, which has benefited from a sequential exploratory approach. In the first stage, using the qualitative method of thematic analysis, thematic axes are extracted and the existing challenges and harms are identified and explained using the tool of semi-structured interviews. Then, in the second step, which uses a quantitative survey method, each challenge and damage is prioritized using a questionnaire tool. The participants of the present research in the first stage are a group of specialists, academic and executive experts in the fields of industry, mining, and trade; Technology management, government management, urban planning management and technology management, which have both executive and research experience in this field. These people were identified using targeted sampling, and 16 people were interviewed. The experts of the quantitative stage of the research include specialists, experts, and craftsmen in this field in Ardabil province, who were identified using stratified random sampling. According to the findings of the research, by adopting the inductive approach in the first phase, 309 primary codes were identified, which were counted according to the Atride-Sterling approach, 41 basic themes, 16 organizing themes and 7 global themes. Then, in the second phase, using a researcher-made questionnaire, the main injuries were analyzed in order to prioritize and determine the level of importance. According to the results of the research, it can be said that the main damages in the field of development of propulsion industries in Ardabil province are mostly focused on the decision-making and management areas and it is necessary to take necessary measures in the field of solving such problems.
