The livability approach means the ability of a place to meet the biological needs of residents, both material and immaterial, in order to improve the quality of life and create a flourishing environment for the capabilities of the general public, and since informal settlements have little use of urban services and facilities. And need to pay attention to urban quality, the main purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting urban viability in informal settlements in the 14th district of Isfahan. The research method is applied and is in the framework of descriptive-analytical methods. Survey, documentary and field methods have been used to collect data. Also, PLS statistical techniques and multi-criteria decision making method have been used to analyze the collected information. From the results obtained in the evaluation, the economic index in urban livability with a total average of 2. 13, is lower than the standard average and more dissatisfaction among residents. Among the indicators examined in the economic index, the investment situation in neighborhoods with The average of 1. 8 has the lowest satisfaction among the residents of the neighborhoods. At the same time, the physical index with a total average of 2. 58 is more satisfied, but it is lower than the standard average, and in this index, the indicator of the status of religious services with an average of 3. 24 is the most satisfied.
