Abstract: 

One of the problems in analyzing hydro-political relations in the system of international rivers is that the same factors can create a wide range of conflict or cooperation, and even an identical variable may play a different role in relation to other variables in each coastal country; Therefore, the recognition of the variables and the role that each variable has in developing a pattern of analysis of opportunities and risks for countries that share transboundary waters with other countries is essential. Iran is in the Harirud basin shared with Afghanistan. The presence of this basin in a dry and semi-arid strip of world has caused Iran's dependence on the water of Harirud to provide water to the east and northwest, and especially to the metropolis of Mashhad. Therefore, the research question is: What are the variables and indicators effective on the Strategic Importance of Harirud for Iran? For this purpose, 86 indicators were identified using library and field studies and categorized in geographical-geopolitical, technical-economical, and political-social variables in expert meetings with experts. After identifying the most important variables using the Delphi method, the role of each variable in the structural analysis of the variables has been investigated with the help of the Micmac software. The results indicate that geopolitical-geographical variables are the most effective and Most impressive variables, and indicators of the importance of Harirud for drinking water, food security, security of water resources and Afghanistan's position in Iran's foreign policy, strategic indicators for the importance of Heriud for Iran.

Abstract: 

Karstic zones play an important role in feeding the karstic aquifers؛ therefore, recognizing the factors affecting the karst mutation and its zonation in the field of studies concerned with karst water resources is of great concern. The results of these studies can be applied to quantitative and qualitative management and protection of these resources against the pollutions coming from human activities. Karst mass of Khorin with an area of 396. 5 square kilometers is located in elevated Zagros zone at the boundary of two provinces, Kurdistan and Kermanshah. Because of the outcrops of carbonate rocks and the presence of other variables, this mass in which there are many springs as karst aquifer outputs is susceptible of Karstification. Thus, identifying the karstic shapes as well as studying the geomorphology of karst and its development in the karst mass of Khorin is very significant. In this relief different forms of karst landscape including a variety of Lapies, sinkholes, caves, etc. have formed. Here, lithological layers, distance from faults, precipitation, temperature, slope, elevation, direction and plants were fuzzy considering the required function for each and then were combined using 0. 9 gamma operator. At the end, the zonation map of surface karst development was prepared. This map was classified into four classes of without karst, karst with low development, karst with medium development and karst with high development through natural fractures method. Regarding the need for the layer of sinkholes, to study the accuracy of karst development zonation in the area under the survey, karst sinkholes were identified and their spatial distribution map was prepared using the Fill sink method. The results of this study indicate that about 98% of sinkholes are situated in the classes of triple karst.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to analyze the mechanism is precipitation Comprehensive Iran. For this purpose the daily precipitation data of 483 synoptic and climatology stations arranged. Abstract: 

In this research, to review the role of geomorphological phenomena has been discussed in the change of chemical quality of water in the part of geography the north east of the country. Geomorphological phenomenon discussed in this research is marly hills that is result of volcanic-sedimentary activities of geological tertiary and is discussed the role of chemical effects this hills in mudding water one of the rivers current in its area (Kalateh-Sadat river in west Sabzevar) to irrigate agricultural lands around this river, that slang term to it "water-coloring" they say. In this study, methods of field observation, interview with local farmers, sampling and analysis of water and physicochemical experiments have been used. The results of tests and comparative the chemical quality of clear water and muddy water showed that the rate of deposition percent (turbidity), total hardness (concentration of calcium and magnesium) and water salinity (Electrical Conductivity) is higher in muddy water; but statistical analysis and diagramming Schuler & Wilcox and classification of SSP and SAR determined that this increase is not as critical and dangerous and the quality of potable and agricultural water of Kalateh Sadat river and even its total hardness is in favorable condition and well. In other words, marly hills and water mudding does not cause of significant changes in water chemical quality of river; Therefore, can be used of muddy water for irrigating agricultural land.

Abstract: 

Investigating the variability of the spatial-temporal pattern of rainfall, which can lead to climate change, due to its strong impact, is of interest to various scientists. For this purpose, after receiving the daily precipitation data of 27 stations for the period of 60 years (2010-1951), its quality and the total monthly precipitation and statistics necessary for the continuation of the research process such as mean, coefficient of variation, skewness, probability estimate of 20% The upper limit of the maximum and minimum rainfall average were calculated experimentally for a period of 60 years and two 30-year periods (1951-1980 and 1981-2010) and two periods of 10 years (1951-1960 and 2010-2001) for each of the spring and summer seasons Was calculated. The studies show relatively modest variations in spring and summer precipitation patterns on the Caspian coast, Northwest-West, 30 and 10 years old, compared to the 60-year, 30-year, and 10-year periods. In general, the mean of precipitation decreases from north and northwest to south and south east and increases the amount of coefficient of change and skidding. Except for the Caspian Basin, in the remaining stations, the average spring precipitation is higher than the average summer rainfall. There is a clear difference in the long-term characteristics of precipitation and its changes. It is worth mentioning that the increase in the coefficient of variation of the 30-year and 10-year periods is comparable to the corresponding periods at all stations, which indicates a decrease in the monthly and seasonal mean of spring and summer precipitation, which confirms the results of the decade and the first decade of the second decade. The greatest decrease occurred in the northern and western parts. In the second 30 years, the incidence of dry sunshine and drought-affected stations has increased. Therefore, it confirms the climate change for the Caspian and the Southwest coast.

Abstract: 

In public organizations such as municipalities, the design and deployment of a performance and control assessment system can lead to the proper management of urban managers on the road to achieving goals, tasks, strategies and development plans and urban development, in accordance with the quality, cost and time desired. Therefore, this article attempts to study the satisfaction of urban performance in urban services by using the views of citizens of the city of Farouj. For this assessment, using theoretical studies, 21 types of urban services were selected in three sections: Technical, Public and Cultural Services. At the next stage, the questionnaire was designed based on these services. Then, 400 questionnaires were distributed among the citizens of the case study city. In the next step, 380 questionnaires were completely and correctly collected and entered into SPSS software. Finally, the results of the study were analyzed by statistical tests. The results of the research indicate that the average satisfaction rate of public services in the city of Farouj is 3. 53, which can be said that the level of citizens' compliance with this service is in the middle level. The average satisfaction rate of technical services in the city of Farouj has been calculated to be 3. 31, and the average satisfaction rate of cultural services in city of Farouj has been calculated to be equal to 3. 5. The results of statistical analysis indicate that the level of significance is more than 0. 05 in relation to four of the urban services. This means that in terms of the services of sports spaces, the collection and disposal of surface water, the quality of leisure travelers and the respect of the clients, the level of satisfaction of citizens is equal to the average. In relation to two indicators of pedestrian quality and public participation, the mean difference with the statistical test was calculated to be 0. 16 and-0. 19 respectively, which indicates that the satisfaction of these services is lower than the limit on average. In other indicators, citizens' satisfaction is above average

Abstract: 

This research was carried out with the aim of understanding the spatial displacement of rainfall nuclei as an effective factor in the future hydrological conditions in Iran. Two types of databases were used to conduct this research. The first type of data is the monthly precipitation of 86 synoptic stations with the statistical period of 1986-1989 and the second type of predicted data from the output of the CCSM4 model under the three scenarios (RCP2. 6, RCP4. 5, and RCP6) from 2016 to 2036. After collecting and modeling the data, the maps were mapped to the ARCGIS environment. The results of the study showed that the terrestrial nuclei in the whole of Iran's zone in the four seasons will have changes with a negative trend in the future. The coefficient of rainfall variation in the spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons will be 61. 4, 101. 4, 58. 9 and 55. 8 percent, respectively. The results of the triple scenario study showed that the displacement of the spring core from all north north of the country to the northwest of the country is limited to the common borders of Iran, Turkey and Armenia (the Maku and Jolfa region), but in summer, the high core The northern shores and parts of the northwest of the country will be transported to the south of the country (around Khash and Saravan). In the autumn, the high-lying zone, which is located throughout the northern part of the country, will move to two distinct nuclei in the central Zagros (Dena and Zadkouh areas) and southwest Khazars (Anzali and Astara areas), and the core of winter from the central Zagros And the Caspian region will be transferred to the northwest of Kurdistan and southwest of West Azarbaijan, which will be seen in all scenarios. Another point is that, in addition to reducing the boulders, in the future, drought areas will cover more of the country.

Abstract: 

The drying of Lake Urmia has had many environmental impacts on the surrounding areas of the lake. In this research, efforts have been made to identify vegetation coverings that are compatible with the study area and then it use of multiplicative decision-making models for identify areas susceptible to cultivation of these products. In the present study, following the study of species in the region of rapeseed, was selected as a suitable halophytes plant. Initially, using Landsat 5 and 8 images, the changes in the land use type and vegetation cover type of the region were investigated from 2000 to 2016, and after calculating the changes, the potential planting of the halophytes plant was sought. The ANP Fuzzy method was used to estimate the ability to cultivate rapeseed. Main criteria used in this research are topography, soil and meteorology. The topographic sub criteria are included: height, slope and tilt direction, soil criteria including soil texture, soil salinity, and soil pH and soil organic matter. Finally, the criteria for meteorological data are total annual precipitation, Relative humidity, average annual temperature, maximum annual temperature and annual minimum temperature. These layers first be changed to fuzzy and then, applying the weight of each of the following criteria, a map of the main criteria of soil, topography and meteorology was prepared and finally, by combining these three main parameters, the potential mapping was obtained. The results indicate a 25. 43 percent reduction in water content and an increase of 21. 03 percent in saline areas between 2000 and 2016, and the results of identifying areas susceptible to cultivation of halophytes plants have identified 14. 28 percent of the study area suitable for rapeseed cultivation.

Abstract: 

Temporary resettlement of the population after the earthquake is considered as a pivotal element of crisis management. The selection of suitable centers for the establishment of citizens can have a significant role in rescue and rescue services after the earthquake. The purpose of this study was to identify potential spots for the construction of shelters and temporary accommodation of the population during the occurrence of a possible earthquake. This research is applied in terms of its purpose. The method of study is descriptive-analytical and documentary. Firstly, using the Delphi method, 16 main and effective criteria for locating these centers were identified in the framework of six clusters including access to the communication network, natural features, spatial characteristics, consistent uses, risk management and demographic performance. Then, using the experts' opinions and the network analysis process, the final weight of each criterion was determined. The most important parameters in this research are population density indexes, grade 1 arterial pathways, and suitable area. Finally, by combining the layers of all indicators, a map of the temporary population settlements was prepared in Sabzevar city. The results of the research show that the lack of suitable spaces, including parks and open spaces for temporary accommodation of citizens in Sabzevar city, is quite evident. At the same time, the points of the city, which have adequate open spaces and are compatible with the surrounding land uses, have a relatively better potential for deployment. Accordingly, the best places for temporary accommodation of the population after the earthquake in Sabzevar, including the Eram Park in the north, Imam Reza Park and the Football Stadium in Southeastern City, Shahr-e Basi, National Park and Shariati Conservatory in the city center, tourist hostel, Green spaces and sports grounds in the west, and finally technical and vocational schools in the city of Tohid. In order to improve the conditions in the aftermath of the earthquake, some suggestions are presented in this study.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the social, economic, and environmental effects of drought from the viewpoint of villagers, with the structural equation modeling approach. The purpose of this study is of applied research type, and is essentially a descriptive-correlation research. The population of the study, 1762 heads of households and sample size were determined according to Cochran formula, 316 people. Data analysis was performed using SPSS22 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this research, the observed variables were obtained for three components: economic, social, and environmental. Three first-factor factor analysis models were designed, measured, and validated for measuring three sub-scale droughts. Finally, the role and effect of observed variables and their triple components derived from the drought, as the main hidden dependent variable, and the relationships between them, were analyzed with the help of a structural model of the factor-factor analysis (CFA) of the quadratic factor of the second order. The results of the fitting and validation of all three models of drought measurement, and the realization of goals, as well as the quadratic model of second order, were evaluated based on the data for drought evaluation. Finally, drought affected by socioeconomic and social indicators of 0. 97, and environmental index was 0. 87, so the drought in the studied villages areas had the greatest impact on economic and social indicators, and As a result, it has been placed on an environmental index.

Abstract: 

Various developmental proceedings of conducting guide plans have been considered as one of the main prerequisites for social welfare by providing a basis for comprehensive development and improvement of living conditions in the rural areas and promoting the mental health of villagers. Accordingly, the present research seeks to evaluate the effects of guide plans on the mental health status of villagers in the central part of Darab County. This research is a descriptive-analytic study in which the documentary method used to examine the records and explain the problem, a survey method was used to collect data using observation, interview, and completion of questionnaire among the villagers. Descriptive, inferential and spatial analysis was performed using Excel, SPSS and ArcGIS software to analyze the data. The findings of the study confirm that the executive measures of the conducting guide plans in the studied villages are in a proper level. Accordingly, the quality of implementation of these plans, at a confidence level of 0. 99, is correlated with the mental health of the villagers. Also, the results of regression test showed that about 20% of the changes in mental health status of the people living in the studied villages were predicted by the implementation of guide plans. Other results of the research confirm that there is a significant difference between mental health status in all three age groups of men But among women, there is a significant difference between the two age groups of the elderly with young people and middle aged people.

Abstract: 

Ecotourism, as the leading sector of the tourism industry, relies on utilizing environmental capabilities, and needs proper management decisions. In this context, the identification of ecological and environmental power is the most basic step. This study by considering the middle of the city as the sample of this province due to its ecological superiority and using the hierarchical analysis process, attempts to zon the city based on ecological power using the system Geographic Information (GIS). This zoning is done using 11 indicators. The results indicate that about 78 percent of the city's area is in an appropriate and even better condition for the development of ecotourism, and in contrast, about 23 percent of its area faces limitations for the development of ecotourism. In a general conclusion, it can be admitted that the city of Midian has a variety of sub-climates as it covers a wide range, and, in terms of ecotourism potential, there is a significant difference between sectors and regions of existence has it.

Abstract: 

The phenomenon of evapotranspiration causes water and moisture losses from water, soil and vegetation levels. Due to the small amount of atmospheric precipitation and water resource constraints in Iran, it is important to calculate it through a suitable method. The present research attempts to evaluate the evapotranspiration reference crop (ETo) and present it in the form of zoning map as a basic tool for water management. In this study, the long-term average of seven meteorological stations and evaporation pan data were used to determine the appropriate ETo estimation method. Evapotranspiration of reference crop was calculated to 14 methods the based on climatic information in each station. Computational methods including combinational methods Penman-based, radiation-temperature method, temperature method and radiation method. The most appropriate computational method was selected based on the R2and Nash-Sutcliffe statistics. The zoning of evapotranspiration of reference crop was carried out based on the geographic information of the meteorological stations and the GIS software. The results of the research indicate that the best method for this region as the cold and moderate climate are FAO radiation and Blaney-Criddle. Also, the zoning result shows that west of the catchment has less evapotranspiration rather than its east. Sunshine hours, maximum temperature and wind speed were the most effective factors for evapotranspiration in this area by sensitivity analysis.

Abstract: 

In urban planning, proper distribution of facilities and educational services is important, because only if there is an equity in the distribution of services and land uses, it will be possible for all residents to take advantage from them. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the spatial distribution of schools and the accessibility of households to public education schools in 20th district of Tehran. The research method was descriptive-analytical based on the data and information provided by the education departments. In order to analyzing the spatial distribution of schools we used spatial analysis models in GIS including the nearest neighboring index; multi-spatial analysis and Moran index. Buffer technique has been used to analyze access to public education schools. Findings showed that all the schools at different levels from primary, secondary, to vocational schools had a cluster pattern of spatial distribution. The distribution of public education schools (primary and first period of secondary schools) had a more clustered pattern compared to the specialized schools. 29. 9% of the area was not inside the access area of boys' elementary schools. The out of access area of girls' elementary schools, first period boys' high schools and the girls' ones were 6, 27, 13/7 and 3/7 percent respectively. While some parts of the study region were outside of schools access areas, In some other parts, 5 access areas of elementary schools and 7 access area of first period high schools were overlaid. This also reflects the unequal spatial distribution of schools in the region.
