Evaluation of organizations in order to identify their weaknesses and strengths has long been a concern of managers as well as the basis of their important decisions. The main purpose of this research is to help managers prepare and support managers to move forward with problem solving and enhance organizational effectiveness by pathologizing and improving the consumer procurement system with a resistive economics approach (Case Study: A Military-Law University). Prevent problems from becoming acute, reduce organizational productivity and decline, as well as assist managers in achieving intra-organizational goals. This research has been applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive method and data gathering. . The statistical population of this study consisted of 47 managers and support managers of the categories in question. The main data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 64 questions in 17 components based on the five-point Likert spectrum option. After data collection, coding and data entry, data were analyzed using SPSS software. Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean percentage and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnoff and Friedman test) were used for data analysis. Based on the results of one sample t-test 4 dimensions and 17 components were confirmed and according to the results of Friedman test the dimensions rank were respectively "human hardware", "organization", "software", "hardware" and in terms of Respondents had the lowest rated five components including "specialized tools and equipment", "public spaces and facilities", "specialized spaces and facilities", "specialized spaces and places" and "specialized documentation and books" that did not have the expected utility, and There are some components that cause the disadvantages and challenges of the consumables supply system; finally, based on research steps, solutions for improving the supply system Consumer items were suggested and finally suggestions were made for researchers and enthusiasts in the field.
