Internal Auditing is a consulting, reassuring, independent and impartial activity designed to add value and improve the operations of the organization. This article examines the impact of internal auditing on NAJA's budgeting and support functions. The statistical population of this study is equal to the organizational chart approved by the NAJA Vice-President including 22 top managers and 39 middle managers with a total of 61 people. Sampling methods are in accordance with statistical population. Given the normality of the data, the distance and the quantitative variables of this study, it is appropriate test for answering research questions, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test. Therefore, the main question of the present study is to measure the impact of Internal Audit on the functions of NAJA's budgeting and support. The internal focus is on the control and evaluation function, and the management function of the NAJA standby and support. Therefore, research hypotheses are also defined based on research questions. The results showed that the reliability of Internal Audit, Internal Audit Advisory, Control and Internal Audit function had an impact on NAJA's budgeting and support function.

Evaluation of organizations in order to identify their weaknesses and strengths has long been a concern of managers as well as the basis of their important decisions. The main purpose of this research is to help managers prepare and support managers to move forward with problem solving and enhance organizational effectiveness by pathologizing and improving the consumer procurement system with a resistive economics approach (Case Study: A Military-Law University). Prevent problems from becoming acute, reduce organizational productivity and decline, as well as assist managers in achieving intra-organizational goals. This research has been applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive method and data gathering. . The statistical population of this study consisted of 47 managers and support managers of the categories in question. The main data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 64 questions in 17 components based on the five-point Likert spectrum option. After data collection, coding and data entry, data were analyzed using SPSS software. Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean percentage and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnoff and Friedman test) were used for data analysis. Based on the results of one sample t-test 4 dimensions and 17 components were confirmed and according to the results of Friedman test the dimensions rank were respectively "human hardware", "organization", "software", "hardware" and in terms of Respondents had the lowest rated five components including "specialized tools and equipment", "public spaces and facilities", "specialized spaces and facilities", "specialized spaces and places" and "specialized documentation and books" that did not have the expected utility, and There are some components that cause the disadvantages and challenges of the consumables supply system; finally, based on research steps, solutions for improving the supply system Consumer items were suggested and finally suggestions were made for researchers and enthusiasts in the field.

Nowadays rivalries in the global marketplace have made companies to better design and manage supply chain. Supply chain management emphasizes on integrating its members due to the fact that decisions related to it should not be made independently in order to optimize and enhance efficiency. The primary purpose of this research is to develop a stock model, which is exposed to any interruption or danger, to formulate a strategy for replaceable products to decrease danger of fall of the supply chain. The present research is applied type in terms of purpose and survey kind in terms of data collection. The research population consists of active foodstuff producers in Qazvin province among which Mahram company has been chosen as a sample to do research on. This research is based on the fact that, in case of any poor facilities, some products might be available for customers. Also, it is presumed that some products might be replaceable with some others in case of any trouble to meet the customers' need. This problem was planned by an algorithm which is a nonlinear integral number to which a compound algorithm based on TS and VNS has been applied. Comparing compound algorithm with genetic algorithm showed that the recommended method was so effective. The digital results show the profound effect of product replacement strategy in decreasing the total expense of supply chain.

Many kinds of marine diesel engines may not be used before or during the period of maintenance, boat overhaul, cold season, etc. Because some parts of an engine or its accessories are not corrosion resistant and during the preservation period, when the engine is no smeared with oil or any protective substance, it is required for the diesel engine to pass a process to ensure its good health. This paper presents a root cause analysis of corrosion in a marine diesel engine liner after years of preservation. So at first, methods of engine and component protection are presented in preservation process. Then, by presenting a diesel engine liner corroded during the preservation process, the effect of careless and inappropriate preservation is assessed. Results show that not complete discharge of cooling fluid from the space between liner and cylinder block and also ambient humidity entrance into engine compartment due to tearing of aluminum protective foil are the main reasons of atmospheric corrosion in this marine diesel engine liner.

Police logistics is to protect the properties of an organization, be responsible for putting an organization into operation, implement effective measures and make use of facilities. If managed in the right way, resources will certainly result in progress. Most of the police affairs are dedicated to the field of logistics. It consists of 5 operational elements: (1) maintenance and repair (2) transportation (3) logistics (4) design and plan (5) management, all of which police are responsible for. According to the utmost importance of these 5 factors, many researches have been conducted in these fields throughout Iran in which the main concern is to find the most important factors affecting the above mentioned 5 elements. In this study, we are to do meta-analysis research into these elements. Method The present study is applied in terms of type and survey kind in terms of method of data collection. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and data collection instrument is based on studies and library documents. The research population includes all the studies which investigate maintenance and repair, transportation, logistics, design, plan and management in police logistics. In meta-analysis, there is no sampling and the meta-analyst endeavors to achieve all the researches through an extensive search. The research population of this project consists of 370 researches related to the fields of police logistics. The sampling method is whole-counting and is equal to the population; therefore, the research sample will be the same as the research population. In this research, qualitative approach of meta-analysis (qualitative) has been considered and Excel software has been used to analyze the results. Findings (a) The addressee of most of the solutions and results is not clear considering the office and related person. (b) The presented solutions are mainly about general topics and frequencies although some of the solutions like outsourcing are technically reliable and desirable. Results Whatever is required more than before is implementing efficient management throughout police logistics as well as providing technical software.

Nowadays satisfaction of staff is one of the main concerns of Police commanders and managers. Transportation service is considered as one of the main elements of staff welfare. This research investigates the satisfaction of Vali-asr hospital staff for its services. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of method done in the area of Vali-asr hospital in 2011. The research population consists of 40 members of the hospital staff who have used these services. The validity of the questionnaire has been determined by referring to experts' opinions, its reliability has been assessed through Cronbach alpha and data analysis has been done through descriptive statistics. According to the results obtained from statistical analysis, all of them have been confirmed in seven sub-hypotheses and this indicates the complete satisfaction of hospital staff with all the components and indices and therefore confirms the main hypothesis of research. However, closer attention should be paid to some of the components, indices, and hospital transportation management and positive steps should be taken to promote these indices in order to improve the satisfaction of employees with these services.
