Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the management of multi-grade of elementary school from the perspective of educational leaders in the cities of Nayr and Sarein in the 2017-18 academic year. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive based on survey method. The statistical population consists of 9 educational leaders and teachers of multi-grade classes of 91 people. The statistical sample size of 74 people was selected using Morgan table and tested by simple random method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information, the validity and reliability of which were calculated. To analyze the data, one-sample t-test and Friedman ranking test was used, which was performed based on SPSS 22 statistical software. The results of the analysis of how to manage multigrade classrooms in elementary school showed that the problems of teachers in managing multigrade classrooms are from medium to high. Successful factors in improving the management of multi-grade classrooms by teachers, clear and explicit instructions from teachers in the classroom have the highest statistical average, and monitoring of all students in multi-grade classrooms has the lowest priority. As a result, it is suggested that educational leaders in multi-grade classrooms of rural schools provide guidance on the effectiveness of these classes in order to solve the problems of teachers in the management of multi-grade classrooms.

Abstract: 

The educational dimension is a set of goals that the educational process pursues. These dimensions include the cognitive dimension, the behavioral and moral dimension, and the social dimension. Each of these dimensions plays a major role in the formation of human personality and is an important indicator in human education. Many theories have contributed to the educational process, but social cognitive theory, by combining both cognitive and behavioral factors, has provided the basis for the maximum use of cognitive and environmental methods. According to this theory, by providing a model, the necessary information can be created in the mental schema of the educator, and consequently, the desired apparent behaviors can be created or eliminated. The question that this article seeks to answer is what is the role of the three factors of social learning in education and what is the relationship between them? The findings of this study show that the educational methods derived from this theory are not only used to reinforce or correct existing behaviors but can also be used to prevent the occurrence of undesirable behaviors. According to this theory, education is not only a corrective process but also a preventive process.

Abstract: 

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نحوه مدیریت کلاس چندپایه مقطع ابتدایی از دیدگاه راهبران آموزشی در شهرهای نیر و سرعین در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 می باشد. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایش است. جامعه آماری متشکل از کلیه راهبران آموزشی (91 نفر راهبر آموزشی) است که حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان 74 نفر انتخاب و با روش تصادفی ساده آزمون شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن ها محاسبه شده بود استفاده گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون T تک نمونه ای و آزمون رتبه بندی فریدمن استفاده شده است که بر اساس نرم افزار آماری 22 Spss انجام گردید. نتایج تحلیل مربوط به نحوه مدیریت کلاس های چندپایه مقطع ابتدایی نشان داد که مسائل و مشکلات آموزگاران در اداره کلاس های چندپایه از متوسط به بالا است. عوامل موفقیت آمیز در بهبود مدیریت کلاس درس چندپایه توسط آموزگاران، راهنمایی های روشن و صریح آموزگاران در کلاس بیشترین میانگین آماری و زیر نظر گرفتن همه دانش آموزان کلاس های درس چندپایه کمترین اولویت را دارا می باشند. در نتیجه، توصیه می گردد حتی المقدور از رشد کلاس های چندپایه در مدارس روستایی کاسته شود و از مدارس تجمیعی یا شبانه روزی برای حل مشکلات این مدارس استفاده گردد.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of quality of work life and organizational climate with organizational citizenship behavior among teachers. The research method was correlational and the statistical population included all teachers in Alborz. The sample consisted of 240 teachers (160 females and 80 males) who were selected by convenience sampling method. The research instruments were "Organizational Climate Questionnaire", "Work Life Quality Questionnaire" and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire of Padsakov et al ". Among the components of quality of work life, the variable of safe work environment was able to explain 0. 073% of the variance related to altruism. The variables of safe working environment and fair payment were able to predict 0. 054% of the variance related to conscientiousness in two steps. Legalism in the organization and fair payment were able to explain 0. 045% of the variance related to tolerance. Social integration and cohesion in the organization were able to predict 0. 086% of the variance related to the social etiquette variable. Also, the results of regression coefficient showed that among the components of the atmosphere, the organization of alien behavior of teachers was able to explain 19% of the variance related to altruism. The variables of teachers' alien behavior, teachers' professional behavior and teachers' alien behavior were able to predict 0. 46% of the conscientious variance in three steps. Teachers' professional behavior, teachers' intimate behavior, and teachers' alien behavior were able to predict 22% of the variance of tolerance in three steps.

Abstract: 

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of family functioning components in predicting suicidal ideation in students. Method: The present study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the present study included all male and female students studying in the second year of high school in Tehran in the academic year 1397-1397 and 300 of them were selected by simple random sampling. Subjects were tested with research tools including Beck Suicide Thought Scale (BSSI), Family Function Assessment Questionnaire (FAD). Pearson correlation coefficients were used to analyze the data to investigate the relationship between variables and stepwise regression analysis was used to predict the variables. Results: The findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the overall unhealthy family functioning score and suicidal ideation in students (p <0. 05), ie with an increase in unhealthy family functions that include, problem solving, communication, role Responsibilities include emotional integration, behavior control, and emotional responsiveness. Suicidal ideation increases in students. Conclusion: The type of family functioning can be effective in students' suicidal thinking and this shows the importance of systemic therapies and family therapy in the treatment plans of adolescents attempting suicide

Abstract: 

ابعاد تربیتی مجموعه ای از اهداف هستند که فرایند تربیت آنها را دنبال می کند. این ابعاد شامل بعد شناختی، بعد رفتاری و اخلاقی و بعد اجتماعی می باشند. هرکدام از این ابعاد نقش اصلی در تشکیل شخصیت انسان بازی کرده و شاخص مهمی در تربیت انسان به شمار می روند. نظریه های زیادی وجود دارند که به فرایند تربیتی کمک کرده اند اما نظریه شناختی اجتماعی با ترکیب دو عامل شناختی و رفتاری، زمینه ای برای استفاده حداکثری از روش های شناختی و محیطی فراهم کرده است. بر اساس این نظریه می توان از طریق ارائه الگو اطلاعات لازم را در طرح واره ذهنی متربی ایجاد کرد و به تبع آن رفتارهای ظاهری موردنظر نیز ایجاد یا حذف شوند. سؤالی که این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ دادن به آن است، این است که نقش عوامل سه گانه یادگیری اجتماعی در تربیت چیست و چه رابطه ای میان آن ها وجود دارد؟ یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که روش های تربیتی نشئت گرفته از این نظریه نه تنها برای تقویت یا اصلاح رفتارهای موجود مورداستفاده قرار می گیرند بلکه می توانند برای پیشگیری از وقوع رفتارهای نامطلوب نیز مورداستفاده قرار گیرند. پس بر اساس این نظریه، تربیت علاوه بر اینکه فرایندی اصلاحی است فرایندی پیشگیرانه نیز می باشد.

Abstract: 

The educational system that was created with the beginning of the use of the Internet is constantly expanding and becoming more advanced with the evolution of Internet technologies. In the last decade, e-learning has affected many software programs. The purpose of writing this article was to investigate the educational application and express the advantages and problems of working with Farhangian University's virtual education system, based on the experiences of the user-professor from 2015-2020 which was done by qualitative description and expression of spontaneous experiences. After examining the background of the arrival of virtual education in the Middle East, Iran and in particular, Farhangian University, the barriers to Internet access and acceptance of virtual education in Middle Eastern countries were expressed based on the research of the last decade. A review of the history of launching the LMS e-learning system of Farhangian University for students-teachers, revealed that this university has been active in introducing and applying virtual education, in holding various formal and informal courses since 2015. In dividing the advantages and disadvantages of working with the LMS system by SWOT method, it was found that half of the problems of working with the system are affected by external components; However, with the increase in the number of users and the demand for wider services with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, in March 2017, this system encountered practical problems that indicate the need to review and strengthen the infrastructure of Farhangian University's virtual education system.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to design and develop a curriculum model with a combined education approach in high school. The mixed research method was used to design this model. The mixed research method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. This method is typically used to validate, expand, or innovate. In fact, the purpose of using mixed research methods is not to use one instead of the other. Rather, it is about strengthening the strengths and reducing or minimizing the weaknesses of both methods in one study. To conduct this research, the key elements of the combined education curriculum have been identified using the theoretical foundations of research and learning theories and the characteristics of the main elements of the curriculum (purpose, content, teaching methods and evaluation). In the following, a researcher-made questionnaire on Likert scale with 5 items and 40 closed-ended questions and answers will be provided to 30 professors and specialists of curriculum and combined education of Payame Noor University and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in order to validate the proposed model by Delphi method. Took. The reliability of this questionnaire was evaluated by measuring Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its total value was calculated to be 0. 912. Finally, based on the obtained results and taking into account the corrections and suggestions of the professors, the final model of the combined education curriculum in high school was designed and approved.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of value management dimensions on organizational performance based on ISO 10015 educational standard in Farhangian University, Bushehr Branch. This research is based on an applied goal, which was conducted using a mixed exploratory design. In the qualitative part of the snowball method and Delphi fan for saturation and consensus theory was done and in the quantitative part of the descriptive-correlation method with emphasis on structural equations. In the qualitative part of the purposeful sampling method, taking into account the saturation law, 23 professors and in the quantitative part, using the simple cluster sampling method, based on the Cochran's formula, 121 professors and 275 students, teachers as a statistical sample were chosen. The data collection tools in the qualitative part were the content analysis of documents and interviews and in the quantitative part were two researcher-made questionnaires of value management and performance evaluation of the 10015-training system. Validity and reliability of the instrument in the qualitative part with the criteria of acceptability and verifiability and in the quantitative part of the instrument with the opinion of experts and confirmatory factor confirmation and their reliability by Cronbach's alpha method were 0. 96 and 0. 88, respectively. Data were analyzed using Student's statistical methods, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis using SPSS and LISREL statistical software. General findings showed: the dimensions of value management have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of Farhangian University, Bushehr Branch.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to build a mobile educational game based on learning theories for the topic of the periodic table and the effect of this method on students' academic achievement in the tenth grade of high school chemistry. The statistical population of this study included all female students in the tenth grade of mathematics and experimental high school in Rey city in the academic year 1398-1399. Multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select the sample. There were two groups of mathematics and experiment in each of these schools, one school was randomly considered as the control group and the other school as the experimental group. Two groups of 20 people were formed, in one group, a designed educational game (coin 79) was presented to them, and for the other group, question and answer sessions were conducted online, and finally, due to the dropout of 39 subjects in ten sessions, were located. In this study, univariate t-test was used to analyze statistical data and univariate ANOVA test was used to analyze the effect of pre-test on coin 79 post-test, and SPSS software was used to analyze statistical data. The results showed the effectiveness of the game (coin 79) more than the control group and confirms the effectiveness of this game
