Lean production is a systematic solution for identifying and eliminating waste through continuous improvement and streaming production right when the customer needs it. The main purpose of the research is to identify and rank the most important factors affecting the implementation of lean production in Charghsharg Company using network process analysis. The research method is descriptive and survey method. The statistical population of this study is the managers and senior experts of Tabriz Tabriz Chargers Co., using a targeted sampling method, 12 of them were selected as samples. A library method was used to collect the theoretical foundations and the research data, and a questionnaire was used to collect data on the variables of the research. For analysis of data, the network analysis and dimetile techniques are used. Meanwhile, the results indicate that, under the criterion of immediate response to customers, among the criteria for communication management in the first place, and below the benchmark for establishing coordination between sectors, the support and support criteria are ranked fifteen. Also, based on the network analysis process technique, process management criteria are prioritized, and compliance with the communication management criteria is in the second priority. Support and support criteria are placed in the top priority, and ultimately the change management criteria are placed in the top priority
