Along with the growing importance of the issue of morality in today's world and the deep implications of the recommendations of the Imams, the study of the ethical intelligence examples in Nahj al-Balaghah was considered by the researchers as an emerging concept in the field of ethics, and through careful study of Nahj al-Balaghah and using the method of analysis of the analysis, all sermons, letters and quotes of Imam Ali (AS) were analyzed and examples of moral intelligence in Nahj al-Balaghah were extracted. In the initial review of the text, about 120 codes were identified that, after refinement, codes with conceptual overlap were organized in the form of common concepts and, finally, a class of concepts was formed that resulted in the 13 components presented in this paper. In the current literature of ethical intelligence, components such as continuous behavior towards moral values, self-control, stand-up for rights, importance for others, faithfulness, honesty, fairness, acceptance of responsibility for decisions, self-forgiveness, ability to forgive others, Kindness and altruism. As a result of this study, by focusing on the nature of ethical intelligence, it was possible to strengthen the concept of ethical intelligence by introducing three new components into a set of elements in the intellectual intelligence literature, namely: Having meaning in life, paying attention to the world of the hereafter and believing in continuous divine supervision.
