The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking the factors affecting intellectual property in Iranian sports. The present study was applied exploratory in terms of practical purpose, in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the qualitative section of this study was formed by the elites and experts in the field of sports management and intellectual property, and in the quantitative section, some researchers and inventors in the field of sports were added to the statistical population. The tools of the present study included a researcher-made questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. The content validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by using the opinions of 7 university professors as well as using the validation forms of the content validity index and the relative content validity coefficient. The reliability of this questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha calculation with 0. 84. The electrode method was used to rank the factors. The whole process of data analysis was performed using Slave Electro Software. The results of the present study showed that 20 factors were identified as factors affecting the improvement of intellectual property in the field of sports. According to the results of the electrode method, it has been determined that the establishment of specialized offices throughout the country to improve intellectual property in sports with a dominance of 19 is the most important factor affecting the improvement of intellectual governance in sports.

In recent years, the approach of all legislators has been to increase the role of the victim in the criminal justice system, one of the examples of which is to compensate him for unintentional crimes. He wants the trial until the execution of the lawsuit. But because the victims of these crimes are also special victims, vulnerable and innocent, supporting them in the form of full compensation is a certainty that can not be postponed until the end of the process of trial and execution of the sentence, and it is necessary that way. In the legal system of some countries, such as France, the Compensation Commission pays a part of the compensation to the competent authority before starting the investigation of the original case, and Iran's criminal policy is based on a similar strategy, especially in unintentional crimes. The use of the capacity of the bodily injury insurance fund is one of these solutions.

Diyat in unintentional crimes is not just a punishment, but rather the nature of compensation. Therefore, in order to respect the rights of the perpetrators of these behaviors, which in terms of lack of criminal malice, it is not correct to refer to them as criminals, as well as to avoid labeling and compensation for the victim (damaged) quickly and definitively, the legislature formulates criminal policy. Differentiate and enact different formal and substantive laws, adopt a new approach with a different mechanism in dealing with this issue, because it is clear that the perpetrators of these behaviors (crimes) are treated the same as the perpetrators of other intentional crimes in the process of issuance. And the implementation of the verdict in the judiciary is not compatible with criminal justice.

In the police force, the special units have the greatest role in calming the urban unrest and establishing order, and the most important element of these units in this regard are the commanders; Therefore, it is necessary for them to have different command skills. Today, virtual social networks such as Telegram and Instagram are faced with the expansion and welcome of Iranian users and due to the availability and speed of information and news exchange, one of the most influential media of today. They have become disguised. Social networks and cyberspace can quickly excite and excite their audiences and provide grounds for chaos, urban unrest and civil unrest. This research in terms of purpose; It is applied and is in the field of field studies. The method used in this research; It is quantitative-qualitative and of survey type. For data collection, the method mixed with interview data collection tools and a researcher-made questionnaire with 32 items of 5-point Likert scale were used. The reliability of the questionnaire was based on Cronbach's alpha test and using SPSS statistical software for each of the dimensions and the total coefficient was 0. 884. The statistical population includes cyberspace experts, urban anomalies, law enforcement prevention, social studies and experts. The sample size (n) was obtained using Cochran's formula and the error level of 5% was equal to 83 people. Analysis of Findings To test the research hypothesis with t-test at a significant level of error of 0. 05 and positive confidence limits, the amount of disciplinary prevention in virtual social networks with urban disturbances is significant. Therefore, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between urban riots and law enforcement prevention in virtual social networks (Telegram and Instagram) (P <0. 01) and the research hypothesis is confirmed.
