In the police force, the special units have the greatest role in calming the urban unrest and establishing order, and the most important element of these units in this regard are the commanders; Therefore, it is necessary for them to have different command skills. Today, virtual social networks such as Telegram and Instagram are faced with the expansion and welcome of Iranian users and due to the availability and speed of information and news exchange, one of the most influential media of today. They have become disguised. Social networks and cyberspace can quickly excite and excite their audiences and provide grounds for chaos, urban unrest and civil unrest. This research in terms of purpose; It is applied and is in the field of field studies. The method used in this research; It is quantitative-qualitative and of survey type. For data collection, the method mixed with interview data collection tools and a researcher-made questionnaire with 32 items of 5-point Likert scale were used. The reliability of the questionnaire was based on Cronbach's alpha test and using SPSS statistical software for each of the dimensions and the total coefficient was 0. 884. The statistical population includes cyberspace experts, urban anomalies, law enforcement prevention, social studies and experts. The sample size (n) was obtained using Cochran's formula and the error level of 5% was equal to 83 people. Analysis of Findings To test the research hypothesis with t-test at a significant level of error of 0. 05 and positive confidence limits, the amount of disciplinary prevention in virtual social networks with urban disturbances is significant. Therefore, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between urban riots and law enforcement prevention in virtual social networks (Telegram and Instagram) (P <0. 01) and the research hypothesis is confirmed.
