Development of the country's health insurance system one of the most important commands emphasized in the general policies of the Supreme Leader is the Fifth Development Plan Act and one of the main goals of the Iranian Health Insurance Organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the purpose of influencing factors on health insurance marketing strategy. The search for the articles in this study is a review by searching the database of Google Scholar, ProQuest, Elsevier, Pubmed, Barakatkns and Scopus from 2006 to 2019. Word or statements of the Persian and English articles were based on keywords: strategy, marketing, health insurance and their English equivalent; strstegies, marketing, " Insurance, Health". Finaly, of the search, 148 articles were obtained and out of 65 articles after title and abstract screening, 46 articles after study abstract and 35 articles after fulltext review were excluded, and finally 30 articles eligible for inclusion. Results showed that various factors such as defensive strategy, analytical strategy, predictive strategy, cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy, etc. have an impact on health insurance, which indicates that the program needs to be controlled for strategic planning is used in health insurance and the ability of health insurance managers to achieve organizational goals and optimal management is an essential requirement. Therefore, relying on upstream documents, the Minister of Health and Medical Education's plan to submit to the Islamic Consultative Assembly the aim of ensuring the health insurance programs of the People's Health Insurance Organization in order to manage the sanctions in the field of health well.

Dental caries is one of the most incidence oral diseases in children. There are many factors can affect caries process. Early Childhood Caries (ECC) is a particular form of dental caries occurring in young children in a distinct pattern. The aim of this study is to review the existing literature about early childhood caries and its prevention. Articles, guidelines, and specific databases such as PubMed, scupos, googlecholar, American Association of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), American Association of Pediatrics (AAP) and American Dental Association (ADA) were searched for related topics cited. ECC can be prevented and managed if proper information to parent in regards to prevention of this condition.

Employment of mothers can have different consequences and effects on their children. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of Iranian mothers' employment on their children's mental health. This study was a systematic review and 4 international electronic databases-Scopus، Science direct, PubMed, & google scholar and 4 domestic databases-Magiran, Ensani, Noormags, & SID during 2000-2020 were searched using a comprehensive search strategy with determinesd keywords. As a result of this search, 261 articles retrieved. According to a PRISMA method and use of an inclusion and exclusion criteria, 11 research papers were selected to entry of the research. The findings of the research were mixed. Some findings suggest that maternal employment increases the development of externalized and internalized disorders in children and weakens the parent-child relationship. On the other hand, some findings have shown that maternal a comprehensive model of the impact of mother's employment on Iranian children's employment has a positive effect on the child's mental health. Also, some studies have not reported a difference in the mental health of children with working and non-working mothers. Given the different and mixed results of research, it seems that many factors besides mother's employment affect children's mental health that without considering them in the analysis, we can not provide mental health. So, it could be concluded that the mediating role of some variables including mother’ s satisfaction with her job, job schedule of mother, the stress level of mothers in work place, the age of the child, father’ s participation in parenting, etc. that can be investigated in future research. The role of mediator variables has been neglected in this respect.

The results of clinical investigations indicate a significant relationship between lifestyle (especially diet), an extensive variety of diseases, and consumer health status. In this regard, functional foods can improve the health status and quality of life of people. Along with increasing consumer awareness and increasing research in the field of functional probiotic foods, today a new concept (postbiotic) is being formed to optimize the health effects of probiotics. In this study, in addition to introducing the functional postbiotic foods, the leading challenges in their industrial production and the need to focus investment for the development and expansion of this group of foods have been done. All articles related to the study subject were searched in the Scopus, PubMed/Medline, ISI Web of Knowledge, and Google Scholar database, and whom that discussed the concept, methods of extraction and identification as well as biological activity of postbiotics were included in the study. Postbiotics due to their unique characteristics can be used in the matrix of a wide range of fermented and non-fermented foods. The fermentation process is one of the most important sources of postbiotics in the natural form, however, these compounds can be produced in a purer form and with higher functionality using various laboratory methods that can be used in a wide range of foods to improve nutritional status and shelf life of foods and health-promotion goals for consumers. Understanding the pharmacokinetic characteristics of postbiotic compounds and nanocarrier systems is essential to design the best delivery system as well as to ensure the optimal safety and quality properties of postbiotic (pharmaceutical/food) products. The postbiotics as a novel strategy can be used in a wide range of food products to delay corruption, increase shelf life, and promote functional foods.

Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) is very common and this high prevalence makes its diagnosis and therapeutic methods necessary. In many cases, in addition to the position of the disc, the morphology of other joint components such as joint protrusion can also be deformed, suggesting a possible association between the position of the disc and the morphology of the bony components of the joint. Headache is among the most common complaints in patients suffering from temporomandibular joint disorder. Thus, it seems that evaluation of patients with headache in terms of TMD is necessary. In patients with TMD parafunctional activities play an important etiologic role considering the high prevalence of bruxism and TMD in patients with headache. So, there is important relationship between headache and TMD. Some factors can affect TMD, such as trauma, dental premature contacts, parafunctional habits and psychological factors. Cochrane, Embase, Google scholar, and BMJ clinical evidence were searched directly by using relevant key words during last six years because of the high number of studies in this field, we discuss about bruxism and TMD, TMD and headache, and bruxism and headache treatment. Bruxism and Temporomandibular disorder are the two main problems that is common treatment of these two phenomen would be effective in the treatment of headache.
