The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support and spirituality in the workplace with the staff of the Hamadan Police Command. This research is practical in terms of purpose; In terms of descriptive-correlation method, in this study, 103 people were selected from a 140-member population of the staff working in the Hamadan Police Command as the sample to be studied. The sampling method in this study is a simple coincidence. Data were collected using a standard questionnaire. The validity was measured using formal validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, Pearson tests and simple and multiple regression. The results showed that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and productivity of employees working in Hamadan Police Command. There is a relationship between spirituality in the workplace and the productivity of the staff working in the Hamadan Police Command. There is a multiple relationship between perceived organizational support, spirituality in the workplace, and the use of the staff working in the Hamadan Police Command.

Nanotechnology as one of the achievements of the present age has had a great influence on human life, including in the field of health and safety. Attention to this issue in NAJA has not been as expected, and the readiness and support of the police as the main supporter of NAJA has benefited little from this technology in products related to safety, health and health. The use of this technology in the armed forces, especially in the field of readiness and support, not only ensures the preservation of the quality of items and goods and increases their life and durability, but also saves a lot of financial and human resources. In this study, we have tried to examine the reasons for the slow acceptance and approach of NAJA to this technology. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, thirty middle-ranged managers of the Hamedan Police Command were selected for this research, and their opinions were collected in an interview. The research findings showed that the weakness of familiarity with this technology, uncertainty about the announced results, higher initial price, risk-taking, poor information about products by manufacturers have been the most important reasons for the slow approach to this technology.

The characteristics of Islamic society in the thought of leadership are interpreted and analyzed like other important concepts and political interpretations in the realm of the life-giving school of Islam and religious teachings, which are a set of factors such as religious beliefs, service, justice, hostility and participation. The public contributes to the emergence and establishment of the relevant components. Accordingly, the establishment of the Islamic society in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a sacred and valuable issue, because in the thoughts of the Supreme Leader that result from the Islamic system, the main essence of the Islamic society is people’ s worship, faith and righteous deeds that must move towards institutionalization. Given the importance of the issue, the present study aims to identify the most important strategies for achieving Islamic society with an emphasis on the views of the Supreme Leader. The research method of the present study is descriptive and documentary. According to the statements of the Supreme Leader, the most important strategies for achieving and establishing the Islamic society are national unity and convergence, orbital governance, public participation, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, learning science, economic organization, rule of law, and so on. The results obtained according to the characteristics of the Islamic Society from the point of view of the Supreme Leader have been expressed throughout this study.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cross-curricular courses in crime prevention. The research method is inherently quasi-experimental in nature and purposeful in applied research. The statistical population of the study included all police personnel in Hamadan Province who were selected by available sampling method, two groups of 20 people as the experimental group and the control group from the research community. In order to collect information from two researcher-made questionnaires in the form of lesson questions, four options were set for employees and distributed between the two distribution groups, and after collecting and separating the data, it was analyzed through SPSS software. Content validity was used to determine the validity of the instrument in this study. The reliability of this tool has also been calculated using Cronbach's alpha, which was estimated to be 0. 86. In descriptive analysis, the scores of the cross-sectional tests of the samples in the experimental group of the mean pre-test and post-test scores were only 0. 1 and in the control group the difference was 0. 2 and in the professional ethics lesson, the difference between the mean scores was zero. Also, the scores of disciplinary plans and post-test management and leadership lessons showed a significant difference with their pre-test members, so that this difference is 0. 7 on average in both courses and in general the total score of post-test members of the experimental sample with pre-test. They show a significant difference, with an average score of 2. 1. Therefore, all components, except the component of professional ethics, have an effect on crime prevention.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of police in the realization of Islamic ethics in cyberspace based on the intellectual system and the statements of the Supreme Leader. Man's need for moral security as an essential need, as well as the need for individual, familial, social, occupational, etc. is undeniable. Security is interconnected in these cases, and failure to do so can cause a society to collapse and degenerate. Establishing order and security and ensuring public comfort is one of the important tasks assigned to the police force by the Constitution. The research method is descriptive-analytical and it is based on library documents and recorded films. The Supreme Leader's repeated emphasis on the importance of cyberspace suggests that cyberspace can now be considered the "greatest threat" or "greatest opportunity" of the Islamic Revolution. In this case, the police forces, in addition to the efforts they make in the field of confronting and counteracting anti-values in public, they can also take action in cyberspace to correct anti-values. Therefore, what is expected from the police force, in accordance with the Supreme Command, is to move forward and even surpass the enemy's ability to manipulate the chess pieces of its arrogant power, to confuse society with various social and cultural harms.

Given the entry of the Islamic Revolution into its second 40 years, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has presented a strategic statement on the second step of the Revolution, one of the most fundamental components of which is the realization of the Islamic State. All organizations, especially the police, must work to achieve this component. Therefore, the present study aims to explain the role and position of law enforcement in the realization of the Islamic State from the perspective of Imam Khamenei. The method of this research is applied developmental method by content analysis and explanatory-analytical method and using the resources of libraries and virtual space and the Internet. Every government and state needs strong, powerful, and organized armed forces to ensure its security, maintain its independence and territorial integrity, and achieve its goals and aspirations. The Islamic Republic of Iran, after its establishment, has provided the armed forces with the means to maintain order, maintain security, and repel internal and external threats, and achieve its goals and aspirations, including law enforcement. And the result is that in the mind of Imam Khamenei (the Supreme Leader), security is the most important need of the country and all human societies. Also, police forces are one of the most important producers of national authority and security. On the other hand, they have duties in the Islamic system, which contributes to the stability and permanence of the Islamic State and the realization of its aspirations, among them we can pointe out security, countering internal threats, establishing law and order, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, and realization of the Islamic society as the model, the country as the model and the police forces as the model.
