Abstract: 

According of weak relationship space between industry and university in developing countries and in particular Iran, this qualitative research is designed to provide a model for promoting the relationship between university and industry. In order to achieve a detailed and deep model, the data base theory method has been used. Past research has often been limited and one-sided, a combination of both quantitative and qualitative and abstract. In the course of the research, with the selection of 19 qualified members who have a good knowledge of the problems in the relationship between the university and industry, as well as the specialty and industrial and academic positions, it has been attempted to identify the causal conditions, the ground, the intermediary factors and the development strategies of the relations between The university and industry will be examined and presented. Finally, using these conclusions from the experts' interviews in this area, a model has been developed to promote university-industry relations. Data was collected by interview and semi-structured. After identifying causal factors in three industrial, academic and collaborative categories, The main issue of this study is the weakness of the relationship between university and industry, after identifying other effective conditions, final strategies and strategies in five government, university, industrial, modeling and development of independent institutions have been developed and the final model is presented based on it.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to explain the model of strategic branding challenges with emphasis on Iran's saffron industry. The method is combined (qualitative-quantitative). In the qualitative part, the data theory method of the foundation has been used. The data collection tool in this section was an in-depth interview. The statistical population of the research consists of experts in the field of brand and managers of saffron exporting companies and the method of targeted sampling has been used. The collected data were analyzed using open, central, selective coding and the final pattern was extracted. In a small part, structural equation modeling using SmartPLS3 software has been used. The statistical population in the quantitative phase of the research consists of all managers of saffron exporting companies. The measuring instrument in the quantitative section of the questionnaire and the scale of measurement was the 5-choice Likert scale. First, the measurement models were examined and the validity and reliability of the measurement tools were confirmed. In the structural model section, the predictive power of the model was evaluated. Assessing the predictive power of the model according to the values of the coefficient of explanation of the model has had the desired predictive power. Meanwhile, the SRMR index shows a good fit of the measuring and structural modeldue to the value less than 0. 08. The research findings showed that due to the high economic value of saffron, its uniqueness can be achieved by using targeted advertising, promoting competitiveness, increasing brand value and attracting investors.

Abstract: 

Today, many brands when investing enormously make great efforts to build a stronger relationship with their customers in the online community. Often, these communities start with social media where customers ask about their experiences and questions about the brand. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of improving brand relationship performance through customer engagement and value creation on social media. The purpose of this study is practical and in terms of data collection method is a field research. The research method for the research design is also post-event. The statistical population of this study was 384 customers of the online shop of Citizen of Bihaghi Branch. Structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data. The results showed that a higher level of customer engagement leads to greater performance value. A higher level of customer engagement also results in a greater emotional value. However, a higher level of customer engagement is positively related to the perception (perception) of greater communication value. Higher levels of customer engagement are also positively related to perceiving greater compatibility value. But performance value did not have a positive effect on brand relationship performance. Also, emotional value did not have a positive effect on brand relationship performance. Then the relational value will have a positive impact on the performance of the brand relationship. Adaptation value will also have a positive impact on brand relationship performance.

Abstract: 

The success of organizations in a complex and changing environment requires knowledge-based competitive advantage. Research has shown that the benefits based on the internal capabilities of the organization more effectively determine the competitive position. By encouraging creativity and innovation and building trust among employees, Knowledge-oriented leaders create appropriate organizational culture to share knowledge in order to adapt rapidly to environmental change and to achieve organizational goals. The present study seeks to test the moderating role of knowledge-intensive culture in the relationship between knowledge-oriented leadership and knowledge sharing. Managers of knowledge-based companies established into Shahid Beheshti University and University of Tehran, answered the relevant questionnaire. After the statistical analysis of the data which were done using structural equation modeling (SEM), the findings of the study showed that knowledge-oriented leadership style did not affect knowledge sharing in the study population, while knowledge-intensive culture moderated the relationship between knowledge-oriented leadership and knowledge sharing. It should be noted that this article has theoretical and practical implications for researchers and executives.

Abstract: 

Changes and uncertainty in the business environment are transforming their competitive environment and organizations need to focus on innovation to succeed. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of learning orientation on strategic innovation. It also examines what role innovative organizational climate plays in strengthening or weakening this relationship. The research approach is deductive and its strategy is correlation research. The statistical population of the present study is Iranian knowledge-based companies participating in the 8th International Exhibition of Innovation and Technology in 2019. Accordingly, after reviewing the literature and designing the conceptual model, a questionnaire consisting of 23 questions was presented to a statistical sample of 140 companies. At least 2 senior executives from each company answered the questions, and their mean scores were analyzed. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was verified according to experts, using standard questionnaires and relying on confirmatory factor analysis. As well as, reliability was approved by the Cronbach's alpha test, composite reliability. Then, the data were analyzed and tested using Smart PLS software through the correlation matrix, the structural equation model and the fitness analysis. Finally, learning orientation was found to influence strategic innovation. Organizational innovation also plays a moderating role in the relationship between learning orientation and strategic innovation.

Abstract: 

Start-up and innovative businesses are among the most important businesses for job creation and wealth creation for countries. For the development of start-up and innovative businesses, there is a need for an ecosystematic and effective system tailored to the nature and needs of society, national development plans, and the planning and creation of businesses. The aim of this study was to provide a model with a qualitative meta-combination approach in the framework of multi-purpose research questions. Due to the use of meta-combination method, in this research, articles and reports of reputable consulting firms have been reviewed. The results show that the system model of creating new and innovative businesses includes ten key elements of the start-up and innovative business team, policy and legislation, financial resources, market and competitors, ideas, macro variables, tangible and intangible platforms, and deployment. Corporations become the culture of entrepreneurship and talent management. Dimensions and indicators related to each of the key elements are presented in the research findings.

Abstract: 

Innovation governance refers to the active role of the government in the innovation system where it should pave the way for innovations via participatory decision-making, cooperation between those in power, as well as developing and proposing clear goals and targets that make it possible to design appropriate policies for innovation. Most of the problems and challenges that counties, especially less developed ones, encounter in terms of innovation are related to innovation governance. Furthermore, the first step in promoting and enhancing innovation governance is to know countries’ current status. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to identify and prioritize indicators for evaluation of innovation governance at macro level. To that end, first, the available literature was reviewed and experts were consulted to extract the indictors for evaluation of innovation governance at macro level. Then, these indicators were weighed and prioritized using fuzzy SWARA. finally, using the main indicators of innovation governance at the Macro Level As well as analyzing the policies applied in science, technology and innovation, the status of Turkey's innovation governance as a developing country whose experiences in science and technology policy making could be useful to the Islamic Republic of Iran was examined.

Abstract: 

The increase fraud of some insurance companies has caused the loss of customers' trust in the choice of insurance company and has greatly affected the trust and satisfaction of the insurer. In this research, we seek to identify and design a satisfaction-trust model, which are two important indicators for customer loyalty. By identifying these factors and testing thirteen research hypotheses, insurance companies can design strategies that guarantee the success of the organization in the long run. The research model was proposed based on previous studies at home and abroad and the views of experts. The statistical population of the present study is the agencies of three insurance companies in Iran, Alborz and Asia in Tehran. The main tool for data collection is questionnaire. Finally by collecting data questionnaire based on correlation analysis and structural equation model using AMOS and SPSS 18 software were analyzed. The results indicated that 1) the insurer's ability and honesty affect customer confidence 2) the insurer's trust significantly affected It is effective 3) The costs of switching affect loyalty. And satisfaction alone is not enough and customers may not be loyal despite their satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Companies need to identify the factors affecting their export performance in order to survive and succeed in export activities. The purpose of this investigating the impact of firm capabilities on export performance and competitive advantage with the mediating role of market-focused flexibility in Urmia export companies. The present study presents hypotheses in the framework of a conceptual research model which is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, it is descriptive of survey type. Also, The statistical population of this study is all companies active in industrial towns of urmia that 150 were selected by simple random sampling method. Also, the questionnaire was used to collect data and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze data. The results of this study showed that the dimensions of firm capabilities (Marketing capabilities, Financial resources and Spatial configuration) as well as market-focus flexibility (Operational flexibility, Strategic flexibility, Subcontracting volume production) have a direct and positive advantage and export performance, the role of flexibility mediation was also confirmed.

Abstract: 

The prominent role of commercial negotiation approach in advancing the economic goals of today's organizations has led to the aim of this study to investigate the impact of individual cultural values on negotiation styles with the mediating role of cultural intelligence. Based on the purpose, this study is applied and from the perspective of method in the field of descriptive studies of survey and causal type. The statistical population of this study consisted of all managers of negotiations and commercial contracts of export companies of Tehran Chamber of Commerce, which using non-probabilistic sampling method available to 96 people were considered as the research sample. The required data were collected through a questionnaire based on a five-item Likert scale. Data analysis in this study was performed using structural equation modeling using Smart-PLS software. The results show that cultural values (eg, power gap, uncertainty prevention, collectivism and greed) have a direct impact on negotiation styles as well as an indirect effect mediated by cultural intelligence. This study highlights the importance of cultural values and cultural intelligence in negotiation styles and contributes to the performance of negotiations.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of corporate responsibility dimensions (internal awareness, monitoring and sharing the best practices of corporate responsibility) on the supply chain partnership and financial performance of large manufacturing firms in Khuzestan Province. The population of this applied research consisted of 180 large manufacturing firms and with using Cochran's formula for limited society, 135 firms were selected. Statistical unit of society were the supply/finance managers of said firms and research questionnaire was distributed to them for each firm. The data collection instrument is questionnaire and which its content validity was evaluated through experts and academics, and its construct validity was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. Structural equation models and SPSS 22 have been used in order to analysis the data. The results indicate that all corporate responsibility dimensions (internal awareness, monitoring and sharing best practices) have significant impact on supply chain partnership but it is not significant on financial performance. In addition supply chain partnership have a positive and significant impact on financial performance.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to modeling the factors affecting supply chain optimality based on the system dynamics technique in the power industry. The present study uses a hybrid approach to develop a qualitative-quantitative approach to formulate and validate the factors influencing the supply chain optimality. To elaborate and identify the optimal factors, from content analysis and thematic analysis using Novio software to construct themes, a qualitative model of factors influencing supply chain optimality was designed. On the optimality of the supply chain, 23 experts and experts in the electricity industry with purposive sampling method were selected. In the quantitative part, the system dynamics method was used for modeling, and then the data collected was analyzed by Venice software. This simulation was carried out over a one year period and represents a long-term horizon. Then the results of this simulation were presented and interpreted on the variables studied. Determining the relationships between variables and the types of variables can lead to a better understanding of the issue and to making appropriate decisions on the supply chain optimality problem.
