Abstract:

Abstract: 

Wars have become more complex with the advancement of technology and the use of modern weapons, strategies and tools, such as combined warfare. Experiences from the Iraq-Afghanistan war have highlighted the role of special forces and rapid response as one of the most important tools of hybrid warfare. The present study looks at how to use rapid reaction units in hybrid warfare. Due to the nature of the subject, this research is applied in terms of type and mixed in terms of method. Data and information were collected in two methods field and library, using documents, interviews with experts and a researcher-made questionnaire. The study population was the commanders of Nezaja brigade and rapid reaction battalions. The sample of this study was determined as a total of 120 people due to the small number of the population. The reliability of the questionnaire questions based on Cronbach's alpha was 0. 87 and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several professors who finally used Spss22 to analyze the data. The results showed that infiltration strategies, direct operations and urban warfare in rapid reaction units are largely used in combined warfare.

Abstract: 

Organizational effectiveness is a complex category that is related to many factors. Beliefs and attitudes of people in the organization is one of the relevant and influential factors on organizational effectiveness. Paying attention to other factors affecting the organizational effectiveness of sports managers in the Armed Forces can play a key role in developing the country's defense capability. The aim of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between religious attitude and organizational effectiveness with the mediating role of organizational justice, organizational trust and job satisfaction in sports managers of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study was descriptive and causal (structural equation). The number of samples was 234 and they were selected by stratified random sampling. To measure research variables for religious attitude from Glock and Stark religious attitude questionnaire, organizational effectiveness from Hesso organizational effectiveness questionnaire, organizational justice from Niehoff and Morman organizational justice questionnaire, organizational trust from Alonen organizational trust questionnaire and for job satisfaction from Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was used. Statistical results showed that the mediating effect of justice and organizational trust is positive and direct and with increasing justice and organizational trust, the effect of religious attitude on organizational effectiveness increases. But job satisfaction can not play a mediating role in the relationship between religious attitudes and organizational effectiveness. Strengthening religious beliefs and attitudes can help spread justice and trust in the organization, and these reinforcements can positively and directly lead to increased effectiveness in the organization.

Abstract: 

Today, given the political situation in the country and the effects of sanctions on the economic development of countries in the world, as well as the instrumental use of sanctions by the superpowers to advance their political goals and interests that affect the economic development of countries under sanctions, Planning for economic development seems necessary in the face of sanctions. This study uses the method of interaction analysis after describing the current situation in the region and the world, using the opinion of the elites to identify the factors affecting sanctions and the development of the country at the time of sanctions and then through the interaction analysis matrix and Mick Mac software Will extract key factors. In the next stage, through the scenario wizard software, it will identify the scenarios and compile the scenarios, and And will provide an analysis of the country's scenarios of sustainable economic development, given the sanctions. The main findings of the study are 8 regulatory factors that by combining their uncertainties, three different scenarios will be obtained. And by investing in it, 8 factors of economic prosperity scenario will be formed.

Abstract: 

The model of governance has been an issue for thinkers and experts in public administration since the beginning of the revolution. Because it is necessary to determine and explain the governance pattern of each society in accordance with the values and culture of each society. Imam Khomeini, as the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Revolution, was not only the leader of society, but also the theorist of the revolution, and his views on the model of governance should be taken into account. According to the purpose of the research, which is a review and analysis of research conducted in the field of governance based on the idea of Imam Khomeini, the research strategy has been selected. In this research, 97 researches were counted, out of which 67 articles and scientific documents were selected and researched. Of these 67 articles, 28 researches have dealt with the components of governance and 39 other researches have dealt with the basics and description of the single component. In the meantime, you extracted 14 components. These 14 components include legalism (divine), freedom, Velayat-e-Faqih as a pivotal role in governance, republic and populism, education and human well-being as the main goals of governance, justice, independence, supervision and accountability, public interest, service, Unity, security and prosperity, rationality and the fight against corruption. On the other hand, by examining the researches done in relation to Imam Khomeini's thought, 4 approaches were observed as political science, constitutional law, religion, and public administration.

Abstract: 

مفهوم «مدیریت جهادی» مولود نهاد جهاد سازندگی در اولین سال پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی است که در سیر تطور جهاد سازندگی با فراز و نشیب هایی همراه بود و این تجربیات برای بازسازی «مدیریت جهادی» در زمان حال قابل بهره برداری است. از این رو هدف این تحقیق بررسی سیر تطور مدیریت جهادی در جهاد سازندگی است؛ برای این منظور از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. نمونه این تحقیق 57 مقاله از میان مقالات چاپ شده در همایشهای ملی مدیریت و فرهنگ جهادی است که توسط وزارت جهاد کشاورزی در سالهای 1386، 1387 و 1388 برگزار شده که حداقل یکی از نویسندگان مقالات از کارکنان جهاد سازندگی بوده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد جهاد سازندگی در سیر تطور خود پنج دوره عمر را تجربه کرده است. شروع هر یک از دوره ها به ترتیب عبارت است از: تشکیل جهاد سازندگی (1358)، شروع جنگ تحمیلی (1359)، وزارتخانه شدن جهاد سازندگی (1362)، پایان جنگ تحمیلی (1367) و ادغام در وزارت کشاورزی (1379). مدیریت و فرهنگ جهادی در دوره اول متولد شد و رشد یافت و در دوره دوم تقویت شد و در دوره سوم به بلوغ کامل رسید؛ اما با پایان یافتن جنگ و شروع دوره چهارم، مدیریت جهادی افول کرد و در دوره پنجم همزمان با ادغام جهاد سازندگی در وزارت کشاورزی استحاله شد.
