The aim of this paper is to study the effect of different macroeconomic variable on stagflation in Iran"s Economy and the ways that government"s fiscal policies can effect on stagflation. Calculating correlation coefficients for macroeconomic variables and value added of different sectors and inflation, the effect of each of them on stagflation is determined. The effect of revenue earned from export of oil on value added of industry, agriculture and service sectors will be discussed, and then mechanisms which exasprate the staglfation in Iran, will be analysed.

Introducing the position of each industry among the other industries of country is an important subject for policy makers in the macro level of country. Up to now, in most of the serveys about ranking Iran industries,.the macro indicators such as production, employment, investment, etc. were implemented. In this research, besides the above mentioned indicators, the export and import capacity of each industry is also used. So, by using numerical taxonomy method and implementing indicators resulted from large manufacturing firms statistics along with export and import statistics of each industry (in separate four digit code ISIC for the period 1996-2000). According to the results, the ranks of some the industries were changed. Also, the ranks of some of the industries were changed when the foreign trade indicators were used comparing to the results where these indicators were ignored.

In this everchanging world, any policy - makersand expertshave been focused on the problems of employment and it"s complexities. It is obvious that the frame of country"s youth population and increasing work inquiries, requires more attention to this phenomenon. The fact is that, in due to change in traditional economies, in providing imployment and generating production, some temporary industrial projects, are not efficient. In other words, in today"s country situations, which have been most affected by external elements, to decfease the problem of unemployment, the new job opportunities should be defined and introduced to the society. In this paper, the focus woutd be on analysing the infrastructure obstacles facing the problems of country"s unemployment. Finally, with more attention to the different economic sectors with high potential, educational system and production development, the ways that can get rid of this crisis, will be presented.

In the last quarter of the past century, the world economy has been witnessed important changes in economic growth, foreign trade and production in different sectors of the economy in different countries. The technological changes and the emergence of the information era along with the development and spread of communication net-work, have had important effects on the labour force as well as the world economy. In general, the structural changes which have takenplace in the world economy during 1970-1999 are as follows: - Decrease in value added of agricultural sector as compared to industrial and service sectors. - Decrease in agricultural labor force or increase in unemployment due to the biotechnological revolution. - Decrease in tariff and nontariff barriers in the world trade. - Increase in the share of trade of the gross national products of countries, particularly the increase in the export share of commodity and services. - Increase in the export share of industrial commodities in developing countries in the total export of the world.

The paper focuses on the activities of the insurance companies and the role of informing and adventising in proper recognition of the public liabilityinsurance. It considers the advertisement as a "Communicative Tool for marketing" which has a social role and affects public benefits. The paper also discusses different assumptions in relation to the effectiveness of advertisement and information in the success of the insurances and absorbing of demands, by considering the projected goals. The relationship between marketing and services also have been considered.
