Abstract: 

The importance of Aristotle for education is not a new issue. Also Aristotle has effected on ethical issues in education. This article, at first, will examine different interpretations of the term Phronesis, in Aristotle’ practical ethic and then will draw on some implications for researching in education. This article concludes that interpretation of Phronesis with regard to rationality, situational perception and moral character could be a basis for different researches in education. Interpretation of Phronesis dealing with rationality could be a basis for researches about examining thinking processes, practical arguments and also competencies of teachers. Interpretation of this term with regard to situational perception could be a basis for researches about identifying the elements in unique classroom situations and interpretation of Phronesis with regard to moral character could be a basis for researches about teachers’ characteristics.

Abstract: 

Knowledge is as only source of organisational strategic, knowledge lie intelligence capital of organization. Against traditional capitals, this capital is mobil and diversity. Acquistion, recruitment and maintenance theirs is key challenge of managers. This study assessing the climate for diversity and relation it with knowledge creation in organisation. The method of this study was surveycorrelation. The participants of this study were 132 the members of higher education system faculty that participant in this study by using stratified random sampling. The tool of measurement was questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS software that included the methods of statistics chi-square, correlation and regression. Founds indicate in managerial and individual levels have positive attitude about workforce diversity, but in organistional level have resistance also workforce diversity have positive relation of knowledge creation.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The present study explored the role of religious orientations to predict identity styles. In the past decades identity style has been one of the basic discussion in social and personality psychology. Recently, religious orientation was converted to the core perspective in religious psychology. Based On this, this study has been examined the role of religious orientations in predict of identity styles.Method: The sample included 195 female and male students of Shiraz University to whom the Religious orientation scale, Quest orientation scale, and Identity style scale were given. Data were analyzed using inter multiple regression method.Results: The results showed that internal and quest orientation can positively predict informational identity style. Internal orientation positively and quest orientation negatively predict normative style. Also, quest orientation can negatively predict diffuse/ avoidant style.Conclusion: Multiple regression analysis indicated that religious orientations can predict identity styles.

Abstract: 

Imagination is a two-dimensional concept. The first dimension considers imagination as an absurd concept (non-existent), this meaning is often used in everyday conversations conveying the sense of nothingness. The second, corresponds to the existent dimension commonly discussed by philosophers and art theorists. In the latter approach, "imagination" is the original material of art which provides the opportunity for creation. For better and deeper understanding of "imagination" it seems helpful to review the Islamic Scholars ideas.The present study is looking for the analysis of imagination role in the creation of art. Also, we attempt to justify the process of art creation from the transcendental process happening in artists mind (spirit). At last, in the conclusion part we have come up to the idea that art is the result of the intuition of truth based on imaginative forms, and art world is the result of imagination. The more the artist purifies his being, the more successful he would be in the creation of art.

Abstract: 

In order to identify strategies for improving the effectiveness of organizational training courses, the opinions of 220 staff and 6 administrators at a regional power company regarding six basic components of training programs were surveyed. The survey instrument includes 26 multiple choice questions that according to experts was both valid and reliable. The administrators were interviewed in a semi structured fashion. The data analyses indicate that among the six basic components of the training programs teaching method and conditions in which the course was administered were more effective than need assessment, course content, instructor, and evaluation. Suggestions for improving the effectiveness of training courses are given.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to design, construct and examine a constructivism teaching model for assisting Iranian university students to learn better. Firstly, constructivist principles of learning and teaching were discussed and then, based on the principles a teaching model has been developed. The model emphasized both higher order thinking and affective aspect of learning. Basic components of this model were: problem based learning, co-learning and computer use.For testing the developed model a quasi-experiments study was undertaken. Although the results show no significant difference between the two groups in terms of higher cognitive skills and attitude, there was a significant correlation between levels of students’ activity and higher order thinking in experimental group.

Abstract: 

Along to study the Effectiveness of strategic instruction of goal management on self- efficacy to attend to madiated effects of attribution styles, 60 subjects selected in way clusteral sampling among girls students thirth grade of Tabriz high school and by considering variables same as (age, sex, educational course and social status) were placed in two experimental and control groups. The experimental groups received twelve 60- minutes education sessions of goal management strategies. Becouse of research design (pre-test and post-test with control group), measuring tools for Causal Dimension Scale and Sherr's General Self-Efficacy Scale were implemented at two times (before and after training). Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) and Pearson correlation cofficient with SPSS were used for analyzing of data. Results showed that the education of goal management strategies by considering attribution styles (Internal- external) has had positive effect in increasing of student’s self- efficacy. Results also illustrated that there was positive relationship between attribution styles (Internal- external), and self- efficacy.
