Abstract: 

The Ghazan Khan (694-703 Higrah) conversation as the seventh Ilkhani Ruler was a turning point in history of Mughal rule in Iran. Ghazan had paid to reforms and changment of government approach. He also attentioned to change management style and was caused of developments. Most reforms have reflected in famous work of Khajeh Rashid-al-din Fazlolah Hamadani which called Jame-al-Tavarikh, especially in Tarikh Mobarak Ghazani section. Because of the author of this work was one of head officials in Ilkhanid government, there are some questions about his narrative. Some of these questions were the axis of conclusion and pathology about reforms.The purpose of this paper will essay about Jame-al-Tavarikh narratives about Ghazan reforms and then will comparative essay of these narratives with the Mohamad Hindoshah Nakhjavani's narrative in the Dastur-al-Kateb fi Taaein-al-Marateb. Then, we pay attention to evaluate the success rate of Ghazan reforms and we analysis the social and economical conditions of Iran at second half of eight century.

Abstract: 

Constitutional revolution is considered as a new stage in Iran's social and political history. Following this revolution, some modern notions and perspectives took place in the country's political arena. The constitutional revolution is the outcome of the will of the Iranian society in order to make most of its ideals and mental products concrete. One of these notions was the legislation and the other was the representation that in the shade of the establishment of the national council parliament became salient. This article aims at investigating this system's foundations and structure from the viewpoint of the recent parliamentarian scholars. So the centrality of this article, in order to have a better organization and objectivity, is on the views of two important current scholars who are sheikh Mohammad Hussein Gharovi Naeini and especially his book "tanbih alomma va tanzih alamella" and sheikh Esmaeel Mahallati and his book "al laeali almarbotah fi alvojob almashrootah".

Abstract: 

Elites as pillar of society played most important role in the developments. At this research, we analyze the society and its elites with the axis of Chardin itinerary at safavid period. At this period, the elites were divided based on two factors authority and influence. Based on this definition, three types of elites are worthy for essaying such as technocratic elites and some elites who depended on formal structure of government such as Omara, Ashraf (Noblesse) and courtiers. We analyze their psychology and how to get their positions and the factors which had influence in their operation and factors which limited their power. The second section is traditional elites whom they are two group of Tribal leaders (Ghezelbash) and Iranian rulers. These were analyzed their position and operation and factors which attenuator their power and their position. The third group such as religious or idea logical elites whom were divided based on their belief of succession right at absense period. These were divided two groups such as religious undepended elites and religious depended elites. The first group believed that the succession right at the absense period was the Mujtaheds right. The second group of elites besides the Mujtaheds had believed to a justice king. At this paper, we analyze their operation in the society and the challenges which appearance from the first group thought of elites.

Abstract: 

The most important historical source of Georgia, is "The Georgian Chronicles". This source was written between 8 to 14 A. D in 13 separated section and by various historians. The first 3 section of this collection, "History of the Kings of the Georgia", The Life of Nino "The Life of Vachtang Gorgasali" contains important information about ancient Iran history.In the middle of all this, first work, "History of the Kings of the Georgia" was written by Leonti Mrovli. The author with the knowledge of the epic literature of Iran and Iranian national narratives, has written this work. In this article related resources with Iran's history from which Leonti Merovli was benefited and his way to take advantage of this resource will be reviewed.

Abstract: 

Zaroastrian as an Iranian minority like most residents of Iran has neither any school nor any educational official center till mid-Qajar period. They attentioned to training programs as religious education for children. The formation of modern school with new style has began since entry of the first parsian envoy to Iran whose named manekjy limjy Houshang Hateria. He would build new schools for zaroastrian children in time presence in Iran. After him, other Persian envoys such as Keikhosrow G. Khansaheb continued his work to building new schools. Arbab Keikhosrow Shahrokh was diligent in making schools. Zaroastrian Schools was not dedicated solely to educating boys but it were founded schools for Zaroastrian girls' education. In this paper, we want to review effects of new schools on cultural and social advancement of Iranian Zaroastrians with an analytical approach. It is necessary to show that new schools were able to attend field for Zaroastrian in Iranian social scene.

Abstract: 

Abdolrahim Talibov was an Intellectual in Qajar period. He compiled many works. He had explained his ideas meanwhile of his works. One aspect of the content of his thoughts was educational ideas. He criticed main objections to the official discourse of Qajar Education system. Talibov has compared between Iranian educational system and other countries system with a critical approach to Iranian traditional education. This paper, is a review which focuses on the educational ideas of Talibov. Another aspect of our review in this paper is comparison of his educational ideas with other contemporary thinkers.
