This work aims to introduce the history and culture of Tajik people. In order to do this, I will first attempt to give a thorough history and definition of the word Tajik based on Chinese, Greek, Russian, Turkish, and Persian resources. This paper will then try to study the history of the Tajik people and the role that such varied peoples as Soghds, Bakhtaris, Forghanians, and Kilarazmians played in the formation and evolution of Tajiks as one unified people. In another part of the article, it will be tried to look at and analyze the reasons for tile migrations of the Tajik people as well as their distribution thorough history. Religion, language, livelihood, housing and the kind of architecture they use are amongst the main issues which will be dealt with in the current work. The final part will investigate the oral literature of Tajik people; and such varied genres as legend, du-bayti (two lines of a poem lumped into one), narrative songs, mythology, etc. will be dealt with.  

Post-cold War makes necessarily, the restructuring of the East-West relationship. Chorges in developing countries caused some intellectual advantores. This tread led to the critique of colonialism. Yet, post-colonialists calm there is a really radical critique of colonialism, because conventional theories neglect knowledge, for them, the new stage of anti-colonialism has been begun by the critique of western reason and its impact on third world. Also, post-modern critique of modernity and westernism interpreted in the different post-colonial perspectives is Mrican philosophy and sub alter study group. Accordingly, post-colonial thinkers synthesize some contemporary western theories with traditional interpretations. Each of them reach to a new understanding of colonialism    

Internet and the other forms of information technology have brought fundamental changes to the relations between human beings. The consequence now is the formation of a new form of human relation which is distinct from the common patterns in the mass media. This has inherently provided new opportunities in issues related to identity. Since Internet has become a daily part of the lives of the people in the modern world, it would be worthwhile to better understand its function and patterns in the lives of the people of modern world. Therefore, the attempt in this article is to study the effects of Internet on cultural and social structures and also to study its consequences in the formation of new individual or collective identifies based on different theoretical approaches.    

The Fili rulers came to power in the year 1006(HQ)on an order issued by Shah Abbas. They managed to rule all Lorestan of Pishkoh and Poshtkoh up to early Qajar period. During this time, Fatali Shah of Qajar brought Pishkoh under the control of the central government and restricted them to Poshtkoh region which they ruled until 1307(H.SH). In this year, Poshtkoh was conquered by the forces of the central government and Gholamreza Khan , the last ruler of Poshtkoh was peacefully banished to Iraq putting an end to the rule of Fili rulers of Poshtkoh and Pishkoh. The moving tribes and the ethnic groups living there were called Fili simply because of the rule of the Fili rulers of the region. The Filis are divided into three main dialectal groups of Lor, Lak and Kurd. The Lors and Laks live in the Pishkoh of Lorestan and the Fili Kurds live in Poshtkoh and eastern regions of Iraq. Almost half of the current Fili Kurds of Iraq are the main residents of eastern Iraq who were driven there when border demarcation took place between Iran and the Ottoman Empire during Safavid period. This research work attempts to study the socio-political conditions of Fili Kurds of Poshtkoh and will try to determine the reasons of their immigration to Iraq.      

Nowadays, the speed with which ideas, capital, people and many other socio-cu1tura1 elements travel has got a great momentum This has proved to be faster than any other period in human history. Globalization has brought the world of information and technology closer in the modern world. The exchange and flow of information in this network not only created some new levels it has also forget a series of fresh interdisciplinary avenues. The new multifaceted dynamics have led to the creation of some very innovative patterns in human relations. In the contemporary world of changing processes and cultural integrations, some very new grounds were broken leading to fresh patterns in which there are no traces of originality or adherence to religious traits. This is, therefore, a combination of two special forms which gave way to a totally new version. The Iranian cities are the center of such different and creole architectures. In this creole culture, we will have cities which are different from their traditional forms. In other words, it is neither a reflection of the traditional form nor one faithful to modern forms. It is actually a new form which can be called the creole Iranian city culture.
