Carelessness towards the principles of translation is the main cause of many mistakes in translation of hadith. To have special defaults is the another basic cause of mistakes in translation. Some defaults are required by human thinking ability.They are inevitable and are not the cause of mistakes. We must find the causes in some personal defaults which act as a hinder in the way of a proper translation.The author of the present paper has divided the existing errors occurred by personal defaults into three categories.

The purpose of this text is to recognize the hadith evaluating method of the old Shiite ulama and to open window for returning toward their basic, realistic and efficient method.The author tries to verify old Shiite ulama's approach to hadith from different perspectives such as recording the text, discrepancies in texts and also in one word authenticating the text.Since there is a close relation between authenticating the texts and bibliography, the author recommend the readers to read his previous article on Najashi and Tusi's Fihrists.

The History of the Quran, written by Theodor Noldekeh is one of the most famous and important works which studied the Quran in the current century. The present paper is a partial translation of the second volume of the above-mentioned book it deals with the following issues: Collecting and compiling the Quran; Different narrations in this case; Companions moshafs and evaluating the narrations concerning the collection pf the Quran.Abubakr's narrations concerning the collection is the only topic mentioned in this regard.

To be informed of the conditions and backgrounds of hadith issuance is of high importance in understanding the content of hadith.Some hadith has been issued in a special condition and for special people.Cultural, political and security conditions are the main reason behind the issuance of hadith to have a better understanding we must be familiar with the history of infallible Imams, peace be upon them.Presenting some evidence, the author of this article, deals with the backgrounds for the issuance of hadith.

The compiler of the book Imaginative Hadiths holds that hadiths in Tafsir of Majma al-Bayan ascribed to are not ofImam Baqir and they are Tabari's tafsir views.Since Shaykh Tusi calls Tabari's tafsir views as Abujafar and after his demise writers of Tibyan thought that Abujafar is the same as ImAM Baqir, thus this is the point that misled the writer of Majmaal-Bayan to ascribe these hadith to Imam Baqir.The author of this paper disagrees with the above-mentioned opinion and believes that Abujafar is the same Imam Baqir. To prove this, he presents some other evidences.

Paring nails is a tradition which dates back to prophet Ibrahim, peace be upon him. According to religious texts, he was the first one who came up with this tradition.The author of these article first deals with the papyrus verified by Nabbia Abboot and then views this tradition from different perspectives.This study also contains the results and the time and place of paring nails. Since paring nails is of a natural tradition, the author also comes up with other natural traditions.

The book of Sulaym bn Qays is one of the famous books among the Shiite which has been the center of some controversial discrepancies. Reliability of Sulaym and his book is accepted by all but to attribute the existing book to Sulaym is doubted by many of the Ulama. Investigating different opinions and reasons and finally finding the right one is the main concern of this paper.

The works of old Shiite hadith scholars in evaluating hadith are based on verifying text and hadith book and its status and authenticity.Shaykh Tusi and Najashi's Fihrists are two important resources which indicate the method of old Shiite traditionists in the evaluation of hadith.The author of the present work has extracted some of these methods and set them in a logical order to make away toward the old principles of Shiite hadith scholarship.

This article pivots around the speech of the late Mutahhari on the Night of Qadr.The whole part of this article is concerned with the finding the answer for these two questions.Is it right to say that narrations hasnot determined the Night of Qadr?The saying about the lack of determing the Night of Qadr is right or wrong?

Conflict of views concerning narrators is of the important issues in rijal and usul books. Experts have presented some practical methods in the case of discrepancies.In this text, the author points out to some discrepancies among the Najashi's views and other rijal experts. He finally utilizes the views of experts in the field of rijal to remove these discrepancies.

This paper is centered on the word Lasiyama and its different forms. The author also deals with its origin. Who used this word for the very first time? Is it of exceptional article or not?He also points out to the literary use of this word and its use in Shiite hadith literature.

The common method of the hadith-based exegesis is to collect the traditions which directly deal with a verse or a chapter. Although, it has been a common method, however, it has not been general or permanent. A more complete method is to go beyond the sphere of exegetical traditions and obtain other related traditions, although they are not mentioned in hadith-based exegesis books. In other words, common books of this method are not comprehensive and therefore they are not thoroughly authoritative.

Some assume that there are fewer verses of the Qur'an which are lucidly explained by exegetical hadiths. However, the idea of writing this discourse is to prove and explain this firm belief that the remnant of Ahl- al-Bayt's exegetical treasure is a base that contains a complete school in the knowledge of the holy Qur'an exegesis and it is sufficient to explain the entire Qur'an. It can be generalized to the juridical and theological schools of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) which each one is a complete school to meet man's needs in the realm of religious Dogmas and practical obligations. That is, if one could extract a decree from Ahl al-Bayt's rich juridical school and attributes it to their juridical school supported with an accepted and decisive argument, the same also applies to the exegetical rulings extracted or inferred from their exegetical school. It is natural that a fallible exegete comes to the right conclusion as he explores and researches in the school or despite the perfection and richness which exists in the essence of the school, he errs in searching the way and reaching the conclusion.

The present paper is devoted to introduce the Book entitled Quran Karim wa Ma'alim al- Madrasatayn which has been written by Alliimi Askari. The writer in the article mentions the following issues: the characteristics of the author, his motive for writing it, general outlines of the discussions, the range of resources and the method of research. Moreover, he considers this book as a rebuttal to the book Fasl al-Khitab written by Mirza Husayn Nun and the book al-Shiite wa al-Quran by Ihsan Ilahi Zahir, which includes some useful contents in each chapter.

The writer's aim in the article is to examine the role of hadiths in understanding verses of the Qur'an and its various forms of effect from different aspects. He also presents some relevant instances in brief. Subsequently, he seeks to answer the question of whether in order to understand the Qur'an any scientific source is required or there is no need for other epistemological teachings for understanding it.
