The era of interval covers seventh to twelfth hijri centuries and rulership of Mongols (651 - 756), Taimurids (782 - 900), Safavids (906 - 1135), Afsharids (1148- 1160) and Zandids (1179 - 1193). It is a matter of honor that if science did not develop in the era of interval, the religion and especially Shiism and related sciences flourished. Great scholars and poets who were experts on both Farsi and Arabic languages appeared in Fars province, especially in Shiraz, the city of knowledge, who enriched religious honors of Shiism in that part of Iran through their Arabic poems and works from time of Mongols to the Ghajar era. The present essay intends to investigate reflection of Shiism in Arabic works of some such great scholars and poets.

While explaining and interpreting 6 Quranic verses, the present essay expounds characteristics as well as practical way of life of the holy Prophet from the viewpoint of Quran as well as some Quranic commentators and analyzes literary points of verses in question.

The holy Quran as God's last divine book for guidance of people and the eternal document of revelation has been subject to thousands of commentaries with various methods and styles among which being the method of commentary of Quran through Quran whose authority is proved by various proofs. On the other hand, some hadiths which condemn striking Quran by Quran and treat one who does so as an unbeliever have made some to interpret them as commentary of Quran through Quran and thus condemn the latter. The present essay offers the proofs of correctness of commentary of Quran through Quran first, investigates hadiths of striking Quran by Quran and different perspectives in this connection secondly, and indicates that those hadiths do not mean method of commentary of Quran through Quran at all finally.

Among foundations of hadith understanding and criticism is survey of its relation to the historical circumstances of the time when hadith is issued. Cultural, social, and political conditions of the time when hadith is issued in general and causes of issuance of hadith in particular are among vital factors in hadith understanding and criticism - since they are detached evidence of hadiths. Heedlessness to the relation of hadith and history has caused imperfect understanding of so many hadiths with which the present essay deals.

A huge transformation is appeared in the way of life of people due to some fundamental changes in economic, social, cultural, and family structures. The present essay investigates the role of religion and religious beliefs in the psychic health. In the present essay the role of some functions of religion and religious beliefs as a natural need is surveyed first, psychic health is explained secondly, and the role of religious beliefs in enjoying a good life as well as the way of preserving psychic health are described through several researches finally.

In order to control the society and establish rulership, Islam has some fundamental criteria whose observance guarantee happiness of the society as well as individuals. According to the holy Prophet, one of the two groups which cause goodness or corruption of the society is rulers. Doubtless this group is always subject to dangers and damages through whose knowledge they can protect themselves and society from corruption. Considering Islamic rulership in the time of holy Prophet and Imam Ali as supreme examples, it seems that some major dangers may threaten rulers of societies with whom the present essay thoroughly deals.

The present essay intends to investigate the relation of information technology with new horizons expounded in the realm of Quran as a miracle. Expounding some parts of process of information technology in scientific miracle, it surveys and criticizes the computer project called "symbolic miracle". It, then, studies criteria of the term miracle in the Quran and its differences with scientific miracle in the process of information technology. The distinction between real concept of "Quran as a miracle" and new scientific achievements is among topics presented in this research.

Among manifestations of verses of the holy Quran in Farsi literature is that of surahs 17 and 53 in the prefaces of diwans of poets and prose works of authors. The present essay explains that consideration of Quranic verses, especially in the said topic, has always been rooted as an important principle in the mind and language of men of letters and has drawn a literal tradition in some centuries indicating inward and outward beauty of Quranic verses as well as genius of poets and authors. Poetry evidence in any work proves that subject quite well.

The present essay intends to report and expound "an outlook for happiness in the human family with an emphasis upon Quranic verses" and attempts to discuss chief educational methods of prophets for divinely education and training of people from Quranic perspective. While being subject to general principles of education, educational methods vary in accordance with conditions of the individual, environment, time, and space. Exemplary methods, preaching, kindness, teaching, encouraging and punishing, and continuity in the action are the most important methods of prophets in educating man with all of which the present essay deals in detail.

Investigation of Quranic logic concerning creation of men indicates that any human being, like vegetables and animals, has its own specific seed and embryo, in such a way that any of such seeds can be considered as an invisible molecule containing identity of a human being. Being dead before entering this world, that molecule transfers into the womb in order to be raised in a secure environment. It is the same invisible molecule that is taken by angels when man dies and finally is cultivated in the soil again in order to be raised in the resurrection. Today some researchers try to experience the possibility of a creation similar to the original existent through putting animals' DNA in an appropriate environment. The present essay intends to clarify the main process of creation of man on the basis of respective Quranic verses.

The Question of leisure time and the ways it can be spent has different dimensions in the present era. Nowadays people spend less time due to the development of technology and usage of automatic machines and hence this question is raised that how can one spend his idle times? Since individuals of society are not the same, they use different approaches in their leisure time. While emphasizing the importance of such a time in man's life, the present essay attempts to introduce some of such approaches from two authentic sources of Quran and hadith.
