This study determined the optimum model using linear programming model (single objective) and planning Lexico and CGP (multi-objective) and discussed the optimum model by using the method of choice in normal use genetic algorithms. Information required through a questionnaire which were completed by 270 (down villages provinces) farmers in the Torbat-e Heydarieh Township. A two-stage cluster sampling was executed. The results of comparing changes in the land acreage of farmers, agricultural cooperatives can be inferred members and non-member farmers' cooperatives in agriculture, generally lower than cropping pattern changes are sustainable, Therefore, it can be concluded that membership in agricultural cooperatives due to the cropping pattern with the objective of sustainable agriculture cropping pattern and water efficiency is appropriate in order to extend and expand the facility to recruit farmers to non-agricultural cooperatives was recommended.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Affecting Factors on Rural Cooperatives Manager's Entrepreneurial intention in Neka Township. The population of this study included 29 managers of premier and active cooperative in Neka Township, who were selected by Census method. The instrument used in this research, was a questionnaire. The questionnaire validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and also its reliability was gained at 0. 901 Cronbach's alpha level. In order to analyze the data, SPSS20 software was used. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between factors; Psychological, Social-cultural, Educational, Organizational and Economic and the entrepreneurship intention and the Psychological, Social-cultural, Educational, Organizational and Economic factors had most importance respectively. The multiple regression showed that Psychological and Organizational factors can estimate 34. 9 % of variation of entrepreneurship intention.

E-readiness is the ability of an organization to successfully adopt, use and benefit from ICTs such as e-commerce. The importance of ICTs, which assist organizations in management decision-making, succeeding and gaining competitive advantages, has already been underscored. The goal of this research was to assess e-readiness of rural and agricultural cooperatives' managers and specialists in province of Ilam. Based on target goal, this study was an applied research, while based on data collection it was a descriptive-correlative method. The statistical population of study included managers and experts of rural and agricultural cooperatives; out of which115 respondents were selected using stratified samplings. Data were collected using researcher-made questionnaires and Digital Literacy version of Washington University. Content validity of the questionnaire was tested by a panel of experts. Cronbach’ s alpha was used to estimate reliability of the questionnaire, the low range of it was 0. 9 and the high range of it was 0. 98. Findings revealed that the mean application of ICTs by managers and specialists was 2. 19, lower than the average value. Variables of familiarity with the Web, Web2 and social pressure explained around 55% of the variance of ICTs application. Thus, we suggest that managers and specialists should be provided with computer training courses and Internet workshops as well as the necessary social preconditions for successful application of ICTs in such units.

Rangeland Management Cooperatives Alliance ( RMCA) is one of the organizations that had a significant role in protecting and restoring rangeland. In recent year RMCA in Golestan province has been one of the successful one. This study aimed to determine the successful predictors of this Alliance. This was a descriptive correlation and causative relative that have beeen done through a survey. The statistical population of this study consisted of manager and members of the cooperative rangeland management board of RMCA. Number of rangeland management cooperatives were 23 and managers and members of the cooperative rangeland management board were 122. Using Krejcie andMorgan’ s (1970) Table and simple random sampling method 92 person were selected as sample. A panel of agricultural extension and education and manager and managerial board of the RMCA confirmed the validity of the questionnaire. For determining the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach’ s alpha was calculated for different parts of questionnaire (0. 70-0. 81). The results showed that environmental (background), structural and content dimensions had the most effect on the success of RMCA, respectively. Also, there were a significant and positive correlation between success of RMCA and empowerment of rangeland management cooperatives.

This research aimed to investigate influencing factors on tendency to collective entrepreneurship in agricultural production cooperatives. This applied research was conducted by survey method. The statistical population of this research included all members of agricultural production cooperatives in the Ghaemshahr Township (N=327). Using Cochran formula, Sample size was determined (n=141). The sample was selected by multi-stage sampling technique. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. Validity of research questionnaire was verified based on the view of experts and its reliability was confirmed based on the calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α =0/86 and 0/79 for variable Tendency to Collective Entrepreneurship and Social Capital index, respectively). The path analysis was used to identify the direct and indirect effect of the independent variables on the two final dependent variables, including Tendency to Collective Entrepreneurship (TCE) and Social Capital. Results of research showed that 25. 9 and 13. 5 % of the respondents had high and very high TCE in the cooperative, respectively. The result of path analysis showed that TCE positively influenced by some independent variables, including social capital (0. 69), membership in cooperative union (0. 46), using a consultant (0. 45), full exploitation of production capacity (0. 38), current number of cooperative members (0. 25), fostering essential changes in the cooperative (0. 24), number of family members of the cooperative (0. 14), initial capital of the Cooperative (0. 14) and member participation in cooperative forums (0. 80).

The main purpose of this applied research was to assess and analyze the performance of agricultural cooperatives in Hamedan Province based on combined evaluation model. The research paradigm was mixed method (Qualitative and Quantitative) in some phases. In qualitative part of the research, Delphi technique was used in order to distinguish suitable indexes for assessing successful cooperatives. In this phase, 26 specialists were selected as purposive sampling. In quantitative phase of the research, a survey were used for assessing agricultural cooperatives based on defined indexes in last phase. A questionnaire were used as main tool in this phase. A sample of 86 managers of agricultural cooperatives were selected randomly. Assessing performance of agricultural cooperatives by TOPSIS method showed that for identifying successful agricultural cooperatives, six group of indexes such as economic, social, legal, managerial, educational and individual were needed. Based on TOPSIS results, cooperatives of Hamedan Township was in the first rank. After that, the cooperatives in Bahar and Toyserkan Township have second and third rank. The results also showed that the rank of Townships were different based on different indexes. There was not an appropriate distribution of facilities and opportunities in all Townships of the province.

The object of this research is the investigation of the causes of the dysfunction of general policies concerning 44th principal of the constitution in relation to the development of cooperative sector during 2006-2015. In this research, by applying present documents and the analysis of contents and analyzing the function of executive and legislature bodies, the issue is studied from the point of legal system. In sum with a descriptive-analytical approach it has been concluded that the main points of these general policies in the field of cooperative sector have not been properly legislated or have not implemented. Of course during the fourth and the fifth schedule of the development of the country, the capacity for the development of the cooperative sector was supplied legally to some extent؛ But neither in performing the pointed duties, nor in the making use of the legal powers, no effective step was taken; the result is that the share of the cooperative sector in the national economy not only did not reach to the pointed 25 percent, but also in accordance with the official announcement it declined from 5/5 percent to previous 5 percent.
