The main purpose of this study was documentation of managerial experiences of successful production cooperatives in Hamedan Province. This applied and qualitative research type was implemented through a documentation approach. The population of this study consisted of chief executive officers of successful production cooperatives in Hamedan Province (N= 20), were selected by census method. Data were collected by using observation, semi-structured interview and reviewed documents. Data analysis was conducted by coding and classification method. Results showed that managerial experiences ofsuccessful production cooperatives were classified in fourteen categories. These 14 categories were included as strategic management, human resource development, integration of knowledge and experience, board of directors empowered, customer relationship management, quality-oriented, innovation, development of the company, specialized of the company, providing infrastructure, cope with brokers, discipline at work, patience and diligently. Finally, a managerial experienceof successful production cooperatives model was presented.

The main purpose of this paper was to measure relationships between factors affecting corporate entrepreneurship in Bushehr cooperative companies using DEMATEL technique. A descriptive survey research was applied. Population included all 60 experts familiar with the corporate entrepreneurship in Bushehr cooperative companies and a 45 experts sample were selected by the use of simple random sampling. Data gathering tool was a paired questionnaire which has been completed based on expert's judgments. Excel software was used to analyze the research data. Ten affectivecriteria on corporate entrepreneurship in Bushehr cooperative companies were identified through reviewed literature. These criteria modified using a structured Likert questionnaire due to the expert opinions. In the next step relationships between factors were measured and their impacts were identified and calculated applying DEMATEL technique. Results showed that the most important factors affecting corporate entrepreneurship in Bushehr cooperative companies included: organizational culture, entrepreneurship moral, organization strategy, management support, marketing skill, opportunity orientation, communications system, profitability, risk acceptance and authority.

This study was conducted to investigate the production cooperatives activities in terms of economic, social and environmental dimensions and their member's participation in cooperative activities. This study used a survey research method to conduct the research. Data were collectedby a questionnaire. Face validity of the instrument confirmed by a group of faculty members of agricultural extension and education at Shiraz University. Also, Chronbach Alpha (077-0. 84) was gained for the reliability. The research sample consisted of 110 wheat farmers by using simple random sampling. Research hypothesis tested through SPSS software v. 16. Also, cooperative problems and participation obstacles of the members identified through an open-ended questionnaire. Results of the study showed that respondents believed cooperative activities were weak. There was a significant difference between the mean cooperative activities with respect to the member's participation levels. However, economic and social status and environmental performance of the members were improved in comparison with one year before their membership. Finally, results revealed that problems such aseconomic, cultural-social, educational and managerial prevented members participation in production cooperatives.

The main purpose of this research was to exam the economic impacts of Araz 1 and Araz 2 production cooperative companies in Maku Free Zone. This research utilized a quasi-experimental research design with two wheat producers groups; experimental group (members of production cooperative companies) and control group (farmers of Gheighach plain). Employing a survey method, a questionnaire was used to collect data. Using simple randomized sampling method, 110 wheat farmers were selected. Results showed that membership in production cooperative companies has brought about 39, 60, 59, 92 and 64percent increase in production costs, yield, income, profit, and benefit-cost ratio, respectively. As well, it has caused more benefits from training courses, agricultural products insurance, and living accommodations for families. However, rich farmers have received more benefits compared to the other farmers and this has widened social gap between the members of cooperatives. Despite, cooperatives companies face with several challenges such as; high cost and lack of clearness in the field of irrigation water, lack of appropriate marketing, lack of silage and agricultural machines and equipment, lack of agricultural clinics and technical consulting services, inadequate and ineffective training courses, improper management of supply and distribution of irrigation water, lack of dredging water channels, improper use of water by farmers, and swamping and water logging of downstream lands. Based on the results, to increase the positive impact of cooperatives, it is recommended to act out solving recognized problems and fair distribution of inputs and services especially among smallholders.

The aim of this study was to analyze the factors regarding barriers of Agricultural Production Cooperatives from viewpoints of their members in the Bukan Township. The methodology used in this research was survey which included the use of correlation and descriptive analysis as data processing methods. Content and face validity were established by a panel of experts consisting of faculty members and experts in the agriculture sector. The average of Cronbach’ s Alpha coefficient was 0. 94, which demonstrated that the questionnaire was highly reliable. The research population included farmers who member of agricultural production cooperatives in the city of Bukan in the West Azerbaijan Provinces (N = 1200). By using a Cochran formula, sample size was determined at 133. Exploratory factor analysis was used, to determine barriers factors in formation agricultural production cooperatives. By the use of exploratory factor analysis barriers of agricultural production cooperatives operating in the Bukan Township under five factors were identified. These factors were social obstacles, financial obstacles, administrative obstacles, educational obstacles and infrastructural obstacles. These five factors explained a total of 69% of the variance of barriers of Agricultural Production Cooperatives from perception of members in the Bukan Township.

Given the importance of agricultural products marketing, in the present study different aspects of livestock products marketing in Khuzestan province with emphasis on the role of cooperatives was assessed. Data was obtained from 450 community producers, cooperatives, wholesalers, retailers and consumers of livestock products through a questionnaire. The results of the research showed that production cooperatives did not play a significant role in marketing products. As a matter of fact, the lowest capital was given to marketing activities and. devoted to the cooperative sector.

Data envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the human resources at Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, Semnan Province as the first issue to be addressed in research. Finally, based on fuzzy models another issue was the uncertainty in the world of paid staff performance evaluation. The results in this research indicated that the traditional systems of assessment in Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare of Semnan Province did not have enough efficiency and it did not have any effects on the increase of willingness and tendency of the staff. Therefore, a new system of assessment which was compiled on the basis of the fuzzy data envelopment analysis was represented to substitute the traditional system. This model had some strong points such as the personnel assessment without the manager`s verdict, had the ability to perform under the circumstance of uncertainly, the probable presence of an ideal virtual unit, and the evaluation of personnel based on the qualitative objects.
