Abstract

 The present study intended to investigate how organizational and culture its components relate to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hereby, the impact of organizational culture and its components (involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission) on OCB tested among staffs of. MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE JIHAD. Our samples taken from the statistical population of 1222 staff members in MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE JIHAD. The 257 cases were determined using by Krejcie and Morgan Table and proportional stratified random sampling method. Research instrument was questionnaire. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of experts. Validity was calculated by average variance extracted (AVE) method between 0.45-0.87. In order to measure the reliability of questionnaire, Cronbach's Alpha and composition reliability (CR) coefficients were calculated (amin.=0.62, CRmin.=0.56). Data were analyzed by applying SPSSwin20 and LISREL8.80. Results of structural equation model (SEM) showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture (OC) and OCB. So that, OC could explain 49% of variations of OCB. Also, path analysis findings showed that there is positive and significant correlation between components of OC (such as: involvement, adaptability and mission) and OCB. These components could explain 44% of variations of OCB.
