Abstract

Every society, in accordance with the culture in which it exists, needs committed and expert managers for its progress and development, In the meantime, the West uses non-Islamic and Western Management methods, However, our country is based on Islamic Jihadi culture and by using Islamic principles and rules and revolutionary culture, it uses Jihadi Management method. Among the obvious examples of Jihadi Management in the early history of Islam, we can mention the Management method of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), This method is always a suitable model for Jihadi managers. Jihadi Management in Nahjolbalaqe refers to a set of features and Management principles that were formed based on the teachings of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). In this research, by taking a close look at Nahjolbalaqe, one can understand the Components of Jihadi Management. Among the variables of Jihadi Management, according to the valuable statements of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), we can mention managerial duties including Planning, organization, leadership and performance control, However, in the present study, the main goal is to familiarize and recognize the Planning Components in Jihadi Management in Nahjolbalaqe, The main question is: What are the Planning Components in the Jihadi Management system from the point of view of Nahjolbalaqe? With a general look at the research findings, this result is obtained that: from the point of view of Nahjolbalaqe, the Components of Planning in Jihadi Management are: being God-centered, being scientific, being powerful, timing, orderliness in work, being purposeful, etc.
