Abstract

T o p r o v e t h e a p p l i c a b i l i t y a n d v a l i d i t y o f t h e p r o p o s e d d e c i s i o n m o d e l, w e p r o v i d e d a r e a l c a s e s t u d y i n t h e c i t y o f T e h r a n. T h e r e s u l t s o f t h e s u g g e s t e d m o d e l s h o w t h a t t h e r e i s a c o n f l i c t b e t w e e n o b j e c t i v e s. B e s i d e s, t h e i m p a c t o f t h e r e f e r r a l p a r a m e t e r o n t h e f l o w o f p a t i e n t s i n t h e s y s t e m i s c l e a r.
