Abstract

 Background and objective: Wide application of antibiotics and ANTIMICROBIAL SUBSTANCEs caused emergence of resistant microorganisms which give rise to the need of search and discovery of new kinds of antibiotics and antimicrobials substance. There is no doubt that emergence resistance microorganism on of the serious problem. The aim of this current study has survey of effects ANTIMICROBIAL SUBSTANCE derived of bacterium isolated from the frog skin (Hyla Savigni), and its identification phylogenetical and biochemical.Materials and Methods: After sampling from frog skin in steril conditions and cultivation in nutrient broth, a total of four bacterial strains were found to be producing zone of inhibition , one species were selected using for further studies.Results: The substance was inhibitory to a broad range against of indicator strains. Phylogeneetical analysis using as 16srDNA showed that similarity with seven bacterium from Bacillus genus. Carry out of biochemical test confirmed most of similarity with Bacillus subtilis. The antimicrobial activity was detected starting at the exponential growth phase and maximum activity was observed at stationary phase. The ANTIMICROBIAL SUBSTANCE was polar and stable over a wide temperature rang but it was sensitive to pH range.Conclusion: In due to the ANTIMICROBIAL SUBSTANCE's saleint effect against of indicator microorganism, therefore its identification could have effective.
