Abstract

Rural Heritage Museum project aims to provide different elements of rural culture and consequently develop of Guilan Tourism. This project in an area of over 200 acres in SARAVAN FOREST PARK, part of the Low-elevation northern Alborz forests has been implemented in the southwest of Guilan province. In addition to ANALYSIS OF TOURISM development in SARAVAN FOREST PARK through RURAL HERITAGE MUSEUM project, appropriate strategies, especially instructional strategies to implement sustainable tourism has been done. Analytical methods used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is the SWOT model. The results of this model, after analyzing of data obtained from field studies and surveys conducted by questionnaire indicate that despite the high potential of the RURAL HERITAGE MUSEUM to attract tourism, this project has an important role to develop this industry, because of ecological situation, The degree of vulnerability in the area is high which express the need for review and providing appropriate strategies to overcome limitation and threats in region and use exising advantages.
