Abstract

Evaluation and classification of land is done by comparing ecological characteristic of environment units with ECOLOGICAL MODELs. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the environmental capable area of KORIT using geographic information system and survey the land talent Workgroup for Landuses appropriation models. The ECOLOGICAL MODELs used in this study, is a mixure of Makhdoom and land talent workgroups models and ecological condition of the area. In the Models of Lands talent Workgroup criteria is considered more realistic .The results indicate that intense limitations including water resources, high evapotranspiration, earthquake and dry climate makes the area less capabe for most users. For Extensive outdoor recreation whole area have capability. Also 78 Environmental units which is included 14 percent of the area have, capability for Range Management landuse.
