Abstract

AQUAPORIN in a wide range of different species, from bacteria to plants and humans are found and facilitate rapid transfer of water from the cell membrane, play an important role in controlling cell size and pass out water to the cell play.In this study, a comparative study on the STRUCTURE and SEQUENCE of four molecules of AQUAPORIN four different species including human, cow and help and are MOLECULAR DYNAMICS SIMULATIONs using VMD SOFTWARE done and paid results are mentioned.
