Abstract

In this article the new approaches has been discussed about planning for FUTURE and definition of macro challenges which includes fore sighting issues besides pointing the actions which are done towards foresight.Besides, some global samples and their impacts are defined. Finally, the conditions and compulsions of designing long term planning are reviewed and at last long term planning in Iran and other countries are compared with a focus on 20-year ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN’S VISION.
